• paula (5/5): Suficiente. - Sossegado O terraço sujo e com aves mortas, não podemos usufruir desse espaço. Os acessos ( escadas exteriores) muito sujas.
• Marcela (4/5): Decepcionante - Da região em que a propriedade se encontra e a proximidade com meios de transporte e comércio A casa em si é bastante diferente do que se vê nas fotos. Não tem luz natural. Tem um degrau enorme para entrar no banheiro; se alguém tem problemas de mobilidade, com certeza terá dificuldade para usá-lo. O apartamento tem uma cama de casal, ok, e um sofá-cama que não cabe na sala e então é impossível de abrir e, consequentemente, de ser utilizado. Assim, se forem mais de duas pessoas, é impossível dormir lá ou todos terão que compartilhar uma única cama de casal. O apartamento fica localizado em um beco, e isso só é mostrado no momento do check-in, quando recebemos o acesso. Além disso, não é informado no momento da contratação que será cobrado um valor de seguro; somente após a reserva (sem possibilidade de cancelamento) ser concluída, somos encaminhados para uma empresa e obrigados a pagar o seguro do imóvel.
• Suzanne (4/5): NOT ACCESSIBLE if you have ANY kind of mobility issues! 18 very steep stairs to & from the flat. HUGE step down into - The host was responsive when there were problems. The location was close to our family’s, restaurants, & shops. There was good hot water supply for showers & a good heater to keep the place warm. Easy access to my streaming services on tv. Kitchen made it possible to prepare our food. NOT ACCESSIBLE if you have ANY mobility issues! 18 very steep steps to & from the flat. HIGE step down into the bathroom! Shower doesn’t drain properly. You have to sweep the water down the drain! There were LOTS of maintenance issues! Definitely NOT “LUXE”!
• Edineia (7/5): Good place, comfortable, good location - The location is good, the place is comfortable, with utensils, and everything in the kitchen. The shower seems broken, hard to find a good temperature, the shower head didn’t stay in place. Also there was no water pressure.
• stewart (6/5): Needs a revamp - Good location, good facilities Mould in the shower, shower head was broken, walls were filthy with scuff marks everywhere, very noisy as renovations were being done and no one warned me which was disappointing
• Eleanore (8/5): Review: The Lux and Modern Studio - The accommodation was comfortable and clean. We had the facilities which made the day comfortable (fridge, freezer, t.v, oven and microwave). It was close to shopping malls and gaming arcades. Quiet environment The shower had too cold or too hot water- settings were difficult to manage. The place is in an alley, which may be scary if you go alone. No lift available No place to dry the washed clothes.
• Lorenzo (7/5): PScomodo per i mezzi pubblici. Non per famiglie. Pulito. - Arredamento nuovo Il divano letto è inaccettabile, non stadisteso, scomodissimo. Mio figlio ha sofferto. Il bagno è senza finestra ricavato da uno sgabuzzino. Lingresso è in un vicolo di fronte ai bidoni della spazzatura che erano sempre pieni. La posizione è scomoda per raggiungere i mezzi pubblici.

The host was very responsive and gave me a wholesome experience The place was generally organized but cleaning could’ve been done better. The door wasn’t strong enough and did not feel safe. The bathroom had an interesting pathway that makes water stay in the bath
• Cristina (1/5): ¡Una decepción grande! - La ubicación. Las fotos que presenta este señor en booking son un engaño. Para enpezar, nos alquiló un apartamento que en realidad es para 2 como si fuese para 3. Ponía que disponía de un sofá cama para mi hija en el que era imposible dormir debido a la incomodidad de la cama y lo fino que era ese colchón además de estar asqueroso y para más inri, al desplegarse el sofá cama no quedaba sitio para poder acceder al baño sin tener que pasar por encima de la persona que durmiese en ese sofá cama. Por lo que mi marido ha tenido que dormir 6 noches en el suelo y mi hija y yo en la cama de matrimonio. En el anuncio presenta el apartamento con lámparas y objetos en buen estado y cuando llegamos nos encontramos varias cosas rotas, como: una de las lámparas en una de las mesitas de noche, los focos del techo que alumbraban la zona del salón arriba del sofá no funcionaban, dos cacerolas de cocina con el fondo completamente oxidado, las puertas de los muebles altos de la cocina rotas, las cremalleras de los cogines del sofá roto, el sofá desfondado, ... Tercero, en el anuncio te dice que el apartamento dispone de una terraza y vistas a la ciudad, algo que es totalmente incierto. No existe tal terraza, sino una puerta bloqueada que daba a un patio interior lleno de mugre y de suciedad acumulada de excrementos de paloma y sabe Dios qué mas. Además las fotos que presenta de las vistas de la ventana y de la entrada y "supuesta urbanicación" son mentira. La entrada de la casa está justo al lado de vidones de basura que no vaciaron en 6 días y está en un callejón oscuro, con tablones y andamios y restos de basura (sucio). Por último, la limpieza del apartamento dejaba mucho que desear. Cuando llegamos había restos de comida de los inquilinos anteriores y la cubertería y los vasos estaban sucios.

• Jack (7/5): Great location, lots of space as a solo traveller. Be warned in hotter weeks of the year it can be quite warm inside, bu - Location was great. Bus stop directly outside and walking distance to shops Very hot in summer months

• Sarah (6/5): Pleasant but does need some tweaks. - It was pleasantly furnished and it was helpful that it was well appointed with linen, towels, kitchen essentials like kitchen towels and tea bags etc. the WiFi was really good and enabled me to work uninterrupted when I needed to. Excellent access to public transport. Too much furniture in a small space made it feel quite cramped and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was of poor quality meaning our 3rd guest had an unpleasant sleep for 5 nights. Things like extension leads (as plugs were not in convenient places and then covered by furniture) didn’t work and some cables were exposed on these leads and the lamp. I was also majorly inconvenienced as although 2 sets of keys were provided for the property, it transpired that only one set was full, and the set I took with me did not have a main front door key on it. I was then locked out for 5 hours while I waited for an engineer. Either only 1 set should be provided, or it ensured that if 2 sets are available, that both are full sets. This property would be awful for those with mobility problems as the stairs to get to the flat are steep. This should be noted in the property description. Also if you have a car it cannot easily be parked close by, and cannot be parked outside the property at all for loading/unloading as it’s on a very busy main road. On a final note, the description reads like there is a separate bedroom at this property which these is not. Looking back at the photos this is clearer, but to be explicit this is a studio apartment not a flat.
