• Kateryna (9/5): - Этот небольшой уютный домик расположен рядом с озером. Есть где погулять вечером. В доме есть все для комфортной жизни. Посуды вполне достаточно, чисто и комфортно. На кухне было все необходимое, даже пачка макарон, специи, соль, сахар, кофе и чай, еще какие-то консервы. Парковка перед домом. Нам все понравилось и нашей собаке тоже) Тропический душ в душевой очень разбрызгивает воду. Требуется чистка или ремонт.

• Geria Srour (10/5): המחיר גבוה , והוא כפול ממה ששילמנו באוסטריה איטליה וגרמניה . - דירה בקומת קרקע , חניה פרטית בשפע ליד הדירה , איזור שקט מאוד ליד האגם , חדר כביסה עם מייבש כביסה וחומרי ניקוי , פינת ישיבה בחוף , מטבח מאובזר , המארחת השאירה לנו שתיה ושוקולד עם חלב ופסטה וקופסאות שימורים .. התאורה בבית חלשה מאוד , אין מזגן ( היה אחד נייד שלא הוציא אוויר קר וגם לא מספיק לשני החדרים) . היה חסר מלח ביקשנו מהמארת והבטיחה שתביא עם עובדת הנקיון יום למחרת ולא הביאה , ביקשנו מהשכנים .

Die Ausstattung ist zweckmässig Die Matratzen der Betten sind unbequem, ungenügend Licht (Lampen/Leuchtmittel defekt) Wenn wirklich fünf Personen im Apartement sind, wäre eine zusätzliche Toilette/Dusche von nutzten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist eher schwierig (Antwortet nicht zeitnahe auf Fragen)

• Antonio (7/5): Wenn diese Mängel beseitigt werden (vor allem der Gestank aus dem Abfluss) würden wir wieder buchen! - Regelung der Schlüsselübergabe und gute Lage nicht weit vom See entfernt. Ruhige Gegend! Erst nach der 3ten Mail und 2 vergeblichen Anrufen habe ich Antwort von der Besitzerin auf meine Fragen erhalten, obwohl der volle Preis bereits bezahlt wurde. Wäre hilfreich gewesen, sie eine Woche vorher zu erreichen!!! Wir hatten ein Kleinkind dabei und wollten es baden: kurz nachdem wir das Wasser in die Wanne laufen ließen hat es ganz fürchterlich angefangen zu stinken! Extrem übler Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Wir mussten alle Fenster und die Haustüre öffnen (bei Minusgraden), um den Geruch wieder los zu bekommen. Einige Deckenspots (Leuchten) gingen nicht. Fett tropfte aus der Abzugshaube, sollte mal gründlich gereinigt werden! Gerne darf sich auch die Besitzerin bei den Gästen erkundigen, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Dann hätten wir gleich die Mängel ansprechen/zeigen können.
• Yasmin (9/5): Good value for money, good location, good stay - Quite nice property, two bedrooms and kitchen was included. Breakfast supplies for the first morning was a nice gesture The heating was bit difficult to control. It was either too hot or too cold
• Kátia (10/5): All good - Everything met our expectations. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The place is quiet, easily accessible, and just a short walk from the lake. The service was also quick and accurate. We didn't have any negative points.

• Laura (10/5): Great property for families - The location was beautiful and quiet. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. It was a lovely walk from the train station, and Sarnen was a wonderful base to explore Switzerland by train. We didn't have a car, but there was plenty of parking also. If you do not have a car, groceries are a bit farther, so bring a comfortable bag to carry your food back to the apartment.

• Carlijn (7/5): Prima huis, maar verschrikkelijke slechte eigenaresse! - Redelijk schoon huis, op een rustige plek, er is een eigen parkeerplaats naast het huis. Ongeveer 5-7 minuten lopen met 2 kleine kindjes naar het meer. Daar is ook een grote speeltuin aanwezig. Je kan zelf koken in het huis, er is genoeg keukenmateriaal aanwezig, handdoeken e.d. we hoefden van onszelf weinig spullen uit de auto te pakken, bijna alles was al aanwezig in het huis. Contact met de eigenaresse..... is er tot op de dag van vandaag niet geweest. Ik heb via de app van booking.com onze aankomsttijd doorgegeven, maar 0 respons. We kwamen aan bij het huisje en daar was toevallig de schoonmaakster nog bezig (lieve vrouw) en die ging daarna weg... we moesten aan haar vragen of en hoe we het huis in konden komen. Via haar zijn we uiteindelijk het huis in gekomen. De eigenaresse vangt veel geld, maar is in dit geval niet in beeld geweest. Niet netjes en zeker niet als gastvrouw. Wi-Fi code nergens te vinden. Ook gevraagd bij de eigenaresse, maar geen gehoor. Daarnaast is de wasruimte tussen de twee appartementen in geplaatst. Normaal gesproken lijkt mij dat geen probleem.. maar wel als er Italianen om 3 uur 's nachts aankomen, gaan wassen en drogen en om 10 uur in de ochtend weer vertrekken. Om 3 uur was iedereen in ons huis wakker vanwege de wasmachine/droger geluiden.
• Hanke (8/5): Fijne woning en goede uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes - Prima woning , erg schoon en alles aanwezig. Was in woonwijk en alleen uitzicht tussen gebouwen door.
• Yousuf (8/5): Our stay in Switzerland was amazing.we visited the major resorts such as Lake Lucerne, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Inter - The property was in a a nice and quite location 5 minutes drive from the lake. There were small items of useful cooking items available such as oil pasta etc. and for breakfast & Jam/butter to cover us for the morning. 👏 We liked the shutters on the windows. The kitchen/diner was big enough. Parking onsite was really useful for our. Driving in between the lakes & the mountains was really amazing to see the natural beauty of Switzerland. The double bed made noise every time we turned around during sleep. This needs checking and repairing.

• Elena (9/5): - Location is good next to the lake but not in the center of the city, the house is decent size with the full kitchen, with all the appliances, there is a porch which can be used , also parking right next to the house. There is a living room and two bedrooms. The bathroom has a jacuzzi. Next to the house, there is a small room with washing machine and a dryer, this is for the two apartments next to each other. And the first day we found is that the kitchen had milk and some basic food & snacks For the first day. The apartment next to us has two floors with a balcony ,the balcony is on top of the ceiling of our apartments, some kids were running around, and it was very noisy. We arrive in a hot day there is a portable air con better to have also a fan. Recommended, also to do some painting on the walls to refresh it.

• Srinivas (1/5): Bad - Nothing else about this propoerty. Had worst experience with unhygienic condition of beds and blankets, lost one valuable day and night. 1. Stove not all are working - only one working 2. Bedsheets and beds are dirty - Stingy smell and quilts were not washed 3. Dead cocroaches - zoom in to see the dead cocroaches in the yellow cup 4.Heater not efficient - i don't know how to show pics for this Especially regards to point 2 above, got this to immediate attention of the property owner and booking.com. Neither of them available amd I had to suffer mental trauma and lost 1 valuable day of my 5 day vacation. So I had requested for cancel and refund, vacated the property immediately the next day morning. Now exploring legal options to sue booking.com and the owner since this is unfair trade practices as they are forcing customers with self made rules of non-refund policies despite fair reasons and property related issues. The owner though next day offered cleaning charges refund, why would anyone go for vacation to clean others property wasting their valuable money, i have got all the evidences to show jow nasty the property maintained. I did follow all the due diligence by sharing the pictures and writing, calling etc. The next most important thing i would state is the booking.com support number can't be reached and will be put on wait to speak for 10 m at first, this is more frustrating experience. Then they route their calls to agents who doesn't have proper mic or speaker functions. I sincerely suggest everyone to think twice before booking this property.

• Yun (10/5): Perfect apartment to enjoy the surrounding nature - Super good apartment and very pleasant stay. The apartment is well renovated and in a good condition. The host has prepare everything for us during the stay even drinks. The location is great to visit Lucerne and surroundings.
• Mol (8/5): Great option for a relaxing holiday. - This is a very nice home with an easy check-in process and a responsive host. The house is very close to the lake which is only a 10 minute walk away. It's in a very quiet area and there's a nice trail you can walk on by the lake. There are some activities in the area too (eg playground for children). The first day breakfast supplies prepared by the host (water, bread, jam etc) were a nice touch. The lights in the hall/kitchen area could be slightly brighter but this is not as big of an issue once the sun is out and you open the blinds.

• Allonzeng21cn (9/5): Very good choice. - Very good location, close to the lake. The rooms are very clean, nice and big parking space. the number of bed is good for a big family live in. Sofa is very nice. The electrical lighting can be improved. With bigger power will be much better.

• Hitesh (2/5): Very poor - The neighbours were quite rude!! Basically, what they portray in the photograph is a completely different view in reality. There is a home in front of this property whose owner is just standing next to the door to inform you that this area is private and that you cannot stand or stroll there... If you encounter this angry individual, your holiday mood will plummet. The dishwasher was horrible and didn't function correctly. They claim the lake is 100 metres long, but that is only if their neighbour lets you pass by adjacent to his house.
• Marc (10/5): Spectacular accommodation. - Property has everything you need. Just go to Migros supermarket down the street and cook your own food. Washer/dryer awesome option for road tripping family like us. Everything was perfect.
• Angelique (6/5): Sarnen itself is not a very interesting place to visit. The house was not located at the lake as the photos made us to b - The property was clean The location and no airco. The was surrounding by houses and therefore no privacy at all.

• Oliver (5/5): Passable - Sarnen is well located to visit several interesting spots in the region. Clean place, functional and private entrance. Nicely equipped apartment. Good fourniture of towels, cookware, etc... Poor (nearly no) view on the mountains. Nobody to welcome us or to provide any explaination on how to use the facility (electronic heat pump) and what we can use or not at the place. Poor isolation with the neighboring apartment, kids were jumping all afternoon on the terrasse above our heads and we had to support the "boum boum boum" during hours. Cold tile flooring with no carpet anywhere, zero cosyness.

• Amy (9/5): despite the 6.30pm check in the house was beautiful, well equipped with everything you need, comfortable and in a good l - Beautifully well equipped property, one of the best we have stayed in as you can cook and feel right at home. We were told check in was 3pm, the listing says 4 which is already very late. We then were told that check in is 5. we get there at 5 and cleaner had just arrived, wasn’t able to check in until 6:30pm. No apology by owner. Had to run our car for 1.5 hrs in cold with groceries with little kids who were starved. Zero reimbursement or recognition of the fact it was 3.5 hrs after they said.
