• EFA_0510 (9/5): Muy buena opción cerca de la estación de trenes - Cuando realizamos la reserva se contactaron por mensaje para explicarnos la operativa del servicio. El check in se hace de manera online y sobre la fecha de la estadía figuran los datos de como acceder a la llaves e ingresar. Tanto el anfitrión como los administradores fueron muy amables. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes del check in sin problemas. El apartamento esta ubicado a unas cuadras de la estación Santa Maria Novella. Es posible caminar hasta los puntos turísticos sin problemas. Igualmente si no quieren caminar, pasa un tranvía por la puerta. El apartamento es muy cómodo, acogedor, limpio y con linda decoración. Algo que no tiene que ver con el alojamiento en si, es el ruido del tranvía, el cual se siente cuando pasa por la puerta. Igualmente al llegar tan cansados ni lo sentíamos.

• Erin (9/5): - We liked that the property was a good central location to the heart of Florence. The apartment was perfect for five people with all beds being extremely comfortable in such a spacious apartment.
• melody (7/5): Location is good and bed. As t2 tram was by the door, one can easily go anywhere. - Property is as described . It’s clean and spacious, all the closets can fit Imelda Marcos shoes. T2 right out of the window. Promptly awoken on 5:17am.

• Deborah (8/5): Spacious and comfortable - The property is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. There is also a large balcony There is a/c in both bedrooms and the living area The property feels safe and there is an elevator if you wish to avoid the stairs. The property is on a busy road and there is some noise from the passing trams which run late and start early - it’s not too bad but noticeable. Only a few eating options close by

• Caspar (9/5): Comfortable and Classy with a touch of Elegance. - Property was very clean, beautifully decorated and was high enough to have a really nice view of the hills. Beds were super comfortable, bathroom was just great, and there was a lot of space. Everything worked. The apartment was close to town so it was easy to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Very impressed. Also the Mamo staff were very quick to respond to questions and nice to deal with. Nothing, was great.

• Tariq (10/5): Marvelous experience. - The property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, quite and convenient. There is an elevator in the building. A/C is very good. The view from terrace was nice. The location very close to train station. There are grocery shops in the area, in addition to cafeterias and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. We left our luggage after check-out for free. I definitely recommend this unit. Nothing reaaly

Okazało się ze ic - Odległość do stacji kolejowej Brak miejsca w kuchni, brak deski do krojenia, suszarki do prania. Łóżko piętrowe słabej jakości i mało funkcjonalne. Kontakt z agencją beznadziejny.

• Janet (8/5): Nice and clean apartment for a big group of 5-6. Close to train station - The unit is very clean, spacious, well-equipped with kitchen and laundry. The host was quick to attend to our concerns Unfortunately the building’s lift was broken during our visit and it was challenging to carry large luggage up to the 3rd (4th) floor. Appreciate that we were advised about the issue prior to our stay but we were not able to find a good alternative for our group so we stayed. Overall experience still good except for the broken lift which was not the fault of the host

Good location only about 15 minutes to walk to the centre and close to the tram stop if going further. Lack of wardrobe space, would be better with single beds in the second room ( not bunk beds)

• Sali (8/5): Very good - Good location, near train station 10 min by walk. Easy check in. Great kitchen appliances and terrace . Quiet neighbourhood. There was a problem with hot water.
• Weng (9/5): Good location for Florence stay - Location was great. The kitchen appliances and cutleries were well stocked and I was able to cook for Christmas. Beds were comfortable. Was able to have a good sleep every night. The bathroom is a bit small and it’s kinda tight to enter the shower area. Toilet paper was not enough. We stayed 4 nights but was only given 2 extras.

• Malcolm (7/5): Big space for a family of four. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Very close to the train station. - Great location, close to the station and not far to walk to the sights. We found the sitting room uncomfortable and there was an issue which meant we couldn’t use the WiFi.

• Cleber (10/5): Confortable and specious place - Everything, the place looked and felt great, it had all the basic things one need to stay comfortably. Great beds and a clean bathroom/hot shower. The weather, it was raining, and we couldn't explore Firenze the way we wanted to.Fortunately, it has nothing to do with the apartment.

Ability to close the shutter to the terrace at night for the person sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area was very helpful.

• Age (10/5): Great location and facilities for a larger group of friends - The apartment is large enough for 7 persons (6 adults and a kid), the room plan is really great - bedrooms were situated far from each other. The kitchen is well-equipped. Good air conditioner. It is very close to the railway station (10 minutes walk) and the historical center of Florence (15 minutes walk). The service from Mamo Team was excellent, we got quick replies to all our questions and requests, even late in the evening. There was only one set of keys and we didn't know we could get another set as well. Thus, in case there are more of you accommodating in the apartment it is wise to ask for another set of keys as well.
• Antonio (9/5): Great place near the train station, quiet neighborhood. - Loved the location, cleanliness and overall comfort the place has, very comfortable A/C and dark window louvers throughout the place so you can sleep soundly. Very near train station. Place is in a very high 4th floor and the building elevator is very small so if you arrive with lots of luggage it can get quite complicated to reach it but overall the view from the balcony and how great the apartment is, compensates everything.

• Mahammad (10/5): Exceptional - It is near to city centre. 5 mins walk to central station and 15 mins walk to the central square. You can find everything that you need near the apartment. The facilities were good, one can find everything that is needed in the house. Some neighbors were loud at weekend nights, and it can bother you.
