- Steven (10/5): A great place for family or friends to enjoy with pets so well accomodated for. Young and old kids have so many things - The space and view so close to Kondalilla NP and falls. Nothing really
- duff (10/5): Beam Creek Cottage is the breathe of fresh air we all need. - Beam Creek Cottage was one of the most magical and majestic accommodations I've stayed in. The moment we drove along the driveway and entered the property, we were transported to a place of complete serenity. The view literally took my breathe away. Once we opened the front door, I think I actually squealed with delight. Every room, every decoration, every part of the house is so thoroughly and beautifully presented. The hosts thought of everything. It was so cozy, relaxed and inspired. We were swept up in the vibe and it was a welcome respite. Could not recommend this property enough. The only thing we didn’t like was leaving.
- Macena (10/5): Lovely and peaceful - Beautiful location. Bed and linen were exceptional. Felt like a second home and the view was amazing
- Andrew (9/5): Perfect for exploring the Sunshine Coast hinterland - A great house in a beautiful spot. Very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a short, or long, term stay.

- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - The whole house was amazing the decor was so unique we were blown away. Didn't want to leave. We will be back. The view was breathtaking 😍 A couple of the beds had broken slats
- Julie (10/5): Perfect for our get together. We will happily choose Beam Creek Cottage again for a reunion. - Thank you for the lovely home and gardens, the spectacular views and all the unique decor.
So much space for us. A truly lovely mini vacation for five women friends spending a 42nd anniversary of our first meeting together with our new born first. It was a kind of retreat in a way, as there were indoor and outdoor spaces to have time together and in solitude too - away from the usual ups and downs of life. We mostly had a talking, laughing, drinking 🍸 fun loving retreat.
What an ideal location and cottage to unwind and chat. Very spacious, lots of outdoor area for casual dining etc. Big kitchen with everything you need, and well supplied with cleaning and packaging essentials, something you don't get elsewhere. Special thanks for the basic pantry supplies too which were appreciated. Rooms were comfortable spacious, and beds comfortable. Sone of us loved sitting on the verandah in the morning to hear the bird song, and in the afternoon to see out the remains of the day and the glorious sunset over the valley below. Glad neighbours were a good distance away as our laughter would have been the envy of others who’d have been welcome to join us. Plenty of room for all.
Lighting the fire was an experience and even though we lack the experience to keep it going, it was a special part of our stay.
- Shannon (8/5): It was a beautiful stay with our dog. Would recommend. - We could take our dog with us and there was plenty of space. The house is unique and we loved our stay. The yard wasn’t very tidy and there were leeches
- Stella (10/5): Such a relaxing stay - Fantastic views and very homely and comfortable. Had everything you need Nothing
- Helen (7/5): Lovely view but needs some spring cleaning. - Beautiful view across the valley
House thoughtfully decorated
Kitchen well stocked with equipment The outside of the property looks tired and unloved. Not a great first impression compared to the photos. Just a good thorough clean would make all difference - remove dirt, cobwebs, cigarette butts etc.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The beauty and wonder of the location plus the comfort and style of the accommodation. There is nothing to dislike. It is perfect for a getaway holiday.
- Joanne (7/5): Good - The location was great, very quiet and close to Montville. The view from the verandahs was a joy. The central air was fabulous as it was quite hot while we were visiting. The kitchen was pretty amazing and had everything you could possibly want to assist you in cooking, even the microwave was cheery. The house, while beautiful, seemed just a little neglected. We found a food wrapper on the verandah and there were cigarette butts around the place. Not what you want when you are travelling with a dog. Inside was clean but there were obvious signs of the previous occupants, eg dog poop on the lawn, hairs on the bedhead in one of the rooms, just little things, but for the money I expect more.
- Jacquie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (6/5): Beautiful view from the delightful wrap-around veranda. - Beautiful view and handy location very near Kondalila Falls and the Flaxton Barn. Delightful south-facing wrap-around balcony and under-cover parking for 2 vehicles. Large, well-appointed kitchen (but I couldn't find a corkscrew). Good bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Despite letting WelcomeReady know on the Saturday, the ducted Heating/AC didn't work & on 2 nights it was very cold (there were good doonas & blankets on the beds but sitting around was chilly). There was something wrong with the wood-burning fire's flue in the lounge room & we couldn't light a fire despite trying 3 nights in a row, buying fire starters, gathering dry tinder & more matches etc. I was disappointed because I chose the accomm based on the wood fire. There was no hairdryer.
- Carmen (9/5): Great quiet location, plenty of space for our family of 5. Loved our stay will definitely book again. - Beautiful decor and quirky touches inside, loved the fireplace.
