• Guest (8/5): Very Good. - Cozy, big enough to stay comfy for 2 persons, good tables, kitchen tools, good room closet and drawers, the tv channels, the hot water in the kitchen and bathroom, clean apartment, lot of clean sheets and towels. Little far from city center around 30 min, but manageable by taking tram (1 means of transportation) or other buses. I couldn't find easily the keys since the video sent was not well recorded, it took us an hour to find the keys, plus there was a motor bike parking over the key box and its owner thought i was robbing his bike :D I suggest pictures instead of letting the client click on the video, since we arrived without internet yet, but the document was already opening.
• Umberto (1/5): Da eviatare assolutamente , prendere così in giro gli ospiti ,non è corretto - NULLA Struttura assolutamente non adeguata al ricevimento degli ospiti, valutazione meno di zero . Ci vuole molto fegato a proporre una struttura del genere ,in realta anche Booking dovrebbe verificarne le condizioni minime di affitto
• Julia (5/5): Сомнительный опыт - Можно быстро добраться пешком на метро, на этом плюсы апартаментов заканчиваются Очень неспокойная локация, до поздней ночи на улице сигналят машины и громко разговаривают местные жители, если открыть окна будет очень шумно и придется вдыхать не очень приятные запахи аутентичных заведений общепита, расположенных рядом, с закрытым окном душно, кондиционер напольный и очень громкий. Квартира неопрятная, посуда покрыта вековым слоем грязи и жира, при этом к губке для мытья посуды противно даже прикоснуться, не то, что мыть посуду. Дверь стиральной машины заблокирована, постирать одежду не было возможности. Апартаменты обслуживаются сервисом, который не работает по выходным, про машинку писала представителям сервиса, ответа так и не дождалась. Потолок в гостиной-столовой в каких-то пятнах, стол накрыт клиенкой, возраст и чистота которых тоже вызывают массу вопросов
• Roman (9/5): Recommendable - The street was little dirty but the house itself is great. Connection to Bus and tram in 5 minute walk. Supermarkets around the corner, great value for money.
