• Julie (10/5): If I could give this place an 11 I would - This place was amazing. Very close to saint Marks square and the water and water bus. Rooms were very clean and large. Decorations made you feel the history but everything was modern. The host Cesar was a blast. Definitely would stay there again and refer to friends.

• Andreea (10/5): Very good location, clan and comfortable room - The accommodation is very well located, 4 minutes away from Rialto and 3 minutes away from San Marco. The room was very clean, the bad was comfortable and the staff was very nice and responsive.

All the facilities are trying their best but not achieving much. The mini fridge in the room seems only barely colder than room temperature. The water pressure in shower is weak.

Está en una calle que no es tan concurrida por lo que se puede dormir bien y con tranquilidad. Esta en pleno centro de Venecia. El chico de recepción súper agradable . Muy recomendable Por poner algo la almohada un poquito dura.

• Enrico (8/5): A due passi da Piazza San Marco - Posizione comodissima. Camera molto spaziosa considerando di essere a venezia san marco, bagno con doccia molto ampia. Cesar numero uno! Pulizia sufficiente ma da rivedere. Leggero odore sgradevole delle fognature che si nota ogni volta al rientro nella camera ma poi andava via. TV non sintonizzata.

We were going to be late for checkin so the host was quite helpful in texting us exact directions to the property with pictures for every step (otherwise it would have been difficult to find it). The room was quite large and well maintained and equipped. The host was very friendly and offered us complimentary bottles of water since he knew we were headed to catch our flights.

• sach bubu (8/5): - La posizione è ottima per spostarsi, dista 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco da dove si può prendere il traghetto per visitare Murano e Burano. Camera carina, bagno a posto. Le finestre non isolano minimamente dai rumori esterni, dunque si sente tutto quello che arriva da fuori (soprattutto la sera)

• Marta (8/5): Ideal - Una casa reconvertida en habitacions pel turisme. Al ser una casa, hi ha molts pocs hostes i gens de soroll. Ubicació excel·lent. Llit molt còmode. La persona que neteja i te el contacte amb els hostes és molt agradable i servicial. No hi ha ascensor i s'han de pujar escales si o si. No recomanable per una persona amb mobilitat reduïda.

• Adriana (10/5): - Cazarea este poziționată la doar 3 minute de Piazza San Marco și Ponte di Rialto, ceea ce a făcut deplasarea foarte ușoară. Camera a fost impecabil de curată, spațioasă și amenajată în stil venețian autentic, cu mult bun gust. Personalul este extrem de amabil și atent la detalii. Am apreciat foarte mult apa și cafeaua oferite din partea casei.

• Trez (10/5): - Everything the positive reviews are spot on. Nothing. There can be a smell from the bathroom but that's just Venice and not the apartment's fault. We kept the windkw open and bought an air freshner for the bathrooom and had no issues at all and we were there for 4 days. Wonderful accommodation and hopefully go back
