• Shadwa (2/5): Only good thing about the apartment is the LOCATION. Don’t recommend staying there. - The only good thing about the flat is the location 1. Property is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The staircase is so small and filthy 2. The flat has an extremely bad smell 3. There is no central heating, but the owner left two heaters that barely work, so we were always freezing 4. The flat is not clean. The flooring is very bad with spaces between the panels that collected a lot of dirt. The sofa bed had a lot of stains and smelled bad. 5. Furniture is very old 6. The bathroom’s light didn’t work and it was always very dark, and when I contacted the property, they said to email them a picture without them coming to fix it. 7. Bathroom’s sink was also clogged the whole time, so we had to move everything to the kitchen’s sink 8. We were 3 staying in the apartment, so they left extra bedding for someone to sleep on the sofa bed. Bedding was dirty and had a really bad smell. We ended up sleeping in the freezing cold with only a bed sheet to cover us.

• Reema (8/5): Perfect location, safe! - Location is perfect! Apartment is good for 2-3 adults. Clean and good equipments! No elevator, apartment is on 3rd floor. Keys collection for the apartment is not the same place for the apartment, 5-10 mins away by walking. (Two places for the key collection depends on your arrival time). Only one small shampoo and conditioner for your whole stay.
• Laurie (7/5): Good area, but would not stay in this unit again due to the stairs. - The apartment was comfortable, roomy enough for 3 adults, and fairly clean. The area was great for shopping and walking to Buckingham Palace. The host clearly communicated the checkin process. the checkin process was unpleasant - had to walk 3 blocks in rain to get key, and wait in line there to get it. No elevator, so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights in a narrow spiral stairway. Pretty basic unit with no extras like a coffee maker and coffee. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy some.
