- Grant (2/5): Skip this place. Booking pictures very misleading. - Dirty. Dust under the beds and sofa. Sofa covered in stains. Three sets of dangerous stairs and the toel racks and heating system didn't work.

- Caryn (7/5): Great apartment for the right people. May be problematic for some. - Big apartment with a large kitchen for a city apartment. Good location near the Duomo. Several stairs to the door is no surprise for an apartment in the city. But the stairway is very steep and narrow. The staircase to the 2nd floor/bedroom is also better as a decoration than a functional staircase. Then the 2nd floor is more of a loft and its open to the kitchen. That part wasn't really a problem for us but may be for those wanting more privacy/quite in the morning. The ceiling is also very low and you have to be careful not to hit your head. So its great for kids but may not be ideal for some adults. There is one AC/heating unit for the whole apartment other than the 1st floor bedroom. This wasn't a problem for us either since we were there in November, but it might be more problematic in the middle of summer and winter.
- Machin (7/5): Quick 48hours in Florence Fam 4 (9/12ys olds) - this apartment was really close to the central market which has great food facilites, the train station and sites are all really close by aswell, just have to be careful of the Narrow stairs to the apartment and the in the apartment our boys slept upstairs on the mezzaine floor and they didn't fall or anything bad but were tricky to navigate at times, there also was a smell in the room it wasn't bad as such but was there.

- Pendolino 纽约 (10/5): Quiet, comfortable, and convenient in Firenze. - Spacious, comfortable accommodation centrally located. Mere steps from the heart of Firenze. Fast attention via phone and text message for whatever we needed. I really liked everything.

- Kocic (4/5): - Location is very good, and you have a lot of space in apartmant Aircondition didn't work. We were told that someone would come to fix it, but it never happened. Temeperature was 40° , we could't sleep hole night. Also someone tried to steal mybike that was in cront of the building.
- Rafael Belvedere (9/5): - La ubicación La escalera
- Anthony (8/5): Good - Clean good location Getting key arrangements
- Kristy (7/5): Convenient location - Located fairly central and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. It's well decorated with a bit of a funky vibe with the artwork. There's heaps of restaurants, supermarkets etc close by. We had some maintenance issues which we advised staff about (didn't affect our stay) and I'm sure they'll address. The apartment is on the second floor and you do need to go up steep stairs to get to the apartment. then inside the apartment it's a loft setup, so there's more steps. We found the beds to be uncomfortable but that's personal preference and I know you can't please everyone.
- Sophia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (6/5): close to everything, but seedy area and inadequate furniture. - Lots of space, close to market hall and sites. Walking distance to the train station. Reasonable beds. The area was a bit seedy. Only one couch which meant our party of 4 had no real lounge area where we could sit together. Kitchen table small, rickety and awful.
- Lyuba (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ryan (8/5): Great apartment to stay at while visiting Florence - Great location, the apartment was a great size and clean. When we had an issue, the owner sorted it while we were out, keeping us fully informed of what was going on. Would recommend.
- Alana (9/5): Would stay again - It was pretty central to everything in Florence. It is also only a 10 minute walk from the train station which was nice. The apartment looked new. The management also seemed to handle issues with the apartment pretty fast. For example, our drain the kitchen was making a noise so they had someone come out within a few hours it seemed. The water in the shower was coming out faster than it drained, so if you took a decent amount of time there was pool of water on the shower floor. One thing I think I should note is that the stairs up to the apartment were narrow so it was a little challenging to get some of the bigger luggage that my group had up them.
- Ana (10/5): Great location, customer service is exceptional - The location was very good Even though we liked it a lot, there is not air conditioning in the first floor room, but in the living room and this is not enough during the hot summer time
- Dongi (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and a wonderful location! Responsive host. The AC did not cool the sleeping areas and we were unable to adjust the temperature. They did send a technician to help to fix which was greatly appreciated but still didn’t work properly.
- Sefika (9/5): Great location; we had a great stay. - Location, and how spacious it was. Very narrow- steep stairs to get to the apartment. Wasn’t an issue for us but if you have any limitations such as bad knees, it may be a struggle to get in/out of the apartment.
- Loraine (9/5): The apartment is great, it was just where we wanted to be. The steps to get in are very small but fine for all of us. It - Loved the look and location. It was very hot on the Mezzanine bedroom, the air con didn’t make a lot of difference.
- Staci (9/5): Spacious & funky! - Everything was lovely! Place was easy to get from train station. Place was very spacious. Funky cool vibe! My only complaint was that it got stuffy in bedroom, so a fan would’ve been nice but it wasn’t horrible.
- Lyali (7/5): Good - We love the apartment The television and radiator were not working
- Carlos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicole (6/5): Great location, steep entrance and no privacy. - Location was great, easy check in and there was a washing machine. Steep stairs at entrance and in apartment. The top two bedrooms are not bedrooms but, separated by a curtain and are all open lofts. No aircon in downstairs bedrooms means you need to sleep with the door open and so there is not much privacy.
- Glez (7/5): Good -
- Frederic (8/5): Very good - Big and comfortable. No terrace. The neighborhood is dirty and old.
- Matt (9/5): Nice place to stay with lots of room. - This was an easy location to get to and explore the city from. It's less than 10min walk from the train and the Duomo is only 10min walk away. The apartment is simple but well appointed with everything you need. Everything was clean and comfortable. There are some narrow stairs to get up to access the apartment but this was only a small inconvenience on the first day when we arrived with our bags. Two of the beds are also located in a mezzanine level which is accessed by steep stairs so if you have mobility issues this apartment might become frustrating but as a relatively young family (mid 40s and kids 8 & 12) we didn't find it an issue, especially given the price and location.
- Nicholas (10/5): We really enjoyed staying in the apartment and were impressed with the size and facilities. - The apartment was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked well and there was a large kitchen with appliances and a large kitchen table we could all sit around and prepare meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of sheets and towels. The bathroom was a good size and had a decent shower.
The apartment was about a 10min walk to the Duomo and we found it to be an easy walk, so much so that we often came back to the apartment for lunch to relax a bit when it was hot in the middle of the day. When you enter the door from the street there were steps inside that lead up to the apartment. It was no problem for us but if you were elderly you may need to consider this.
- Anonymous (8/5): Enjoyed our Firenze visit - Location was great Stairway from building entry to apartment is narrow and steep. Big baggage will have difficulty. Anyone with mobility issues should not stay here
- Matthew (7/5): Good apartment, but blocked shower drain was never fixed properly. - The kitchen had a good range of equipment for cooking. The apartment was cool enough to sleep at night, because of the aircon. The shower drain was blocked when we arrived, and drained very slowly (had to use the water for only a minute at a time). The management were quick to respond and sent someone to have a look. However, the problem wasn't completely solved, and the second person who was meant to have a look the following day never came. So we had to deal with a blocked drain for the whole stay (not great since 5 people sharing one bathroom!).
The television also could not get any signal despite the aerial being plugged in.
- Eva69 (8/5): Clean, nice apartment in a good location and friendly staff assistance! - Accommodations were nice and clean. We arrived a few minutes early and the narrow steep stairs leading to the apartment were difficult to navigate with any additional person or things on the steps. The stairs in the apartment were also interesting, had to get used to them. Location was great, easy to get to/from train station overall and then to the museums/Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. and good restaurants around it! Washer with dryer rack provided, easily did multiple loads. The only problem was one bathroom for 5 people (including 3 teenage girls); but we made it work!
- Clive (9/5): Superb - Good location in Florence, for the city centre, railway and local food shops/Central market. Very good apartment, but if you have any mobility issues then the stairs from the street to the apartment are not for you, neither are the stairs to the mezzanine floor. This is mentioned in the advert, so just read it carefully.
- Marie (8/5): Very good - nice apartment on upper floor (!! no lift) close to most attractions in Florence.
- Aditya (8/5): WELL LOCATED SIMPLE APARTMENT - Location was TOP.
The host was very communicative.
The parking was VERY convenient.
Clean and simple. Staircase was very narrow.
A few mosquitos ruined our sleep :(
- Alba (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Ivanka (9/5): Superb -
- Petar (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, excellent cleanliness, value for the money Except the narrow staircase leading to the front door which is quite difficult to manage your luggage up to, everything else is great.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Libby (7/5): Good - Nice apartment, that was clean and in a great location in the centre of Florence. Two of the bedrooms are only seperated by a curtain, they also overlook the downstairs so they have no walls. Therefore the two bedrooms are not very private. We only stayed for one night so this was okay but we probably wouldn't have wanted to stay for longer as a group of 5. There was also a large £100 cleaning fee.
- Vicken (9/5): I would stay here again! - location was perfect! Size was big and spacious. The stairs up with the suitcases is a bit hard to go up.
