• Μαρία (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία Το κλιματιστικό έκανε πολύ θόρυβο και μας προκαλούσε πονοκέφαλο, δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε, χρειάζεται επειγόντως αλλαγή. Κακή ηχομόνωση. Υπήρχαν πολλά κουνούπια, απαραίτητες οι σίτες. Μας προκάλεσε αρνητική εντύπωση το γεγονός ότι στο κόστος της διαμονής δεν συμπεριλαμβανόταν η υπηρεσία καθαρισμού. Μόνο έπειτα από δικό μας αίτημα και με έξτρα χρήματα θα μπορούσε να φρεσκαριστεί το δωμάτιό μας.

• Paola (9/5): - La posizione e' comoda e ben servita . L'appartamento e' molto carino, bene arredato e molto funzionale Purtroppo l'inconveniente di 3 piani di scale. Ritengo che questo aspetto vada evidenziato onde evitare spiacevoli sorprese x persone avanti con gli anni e bagaglio.
• 雅純 (6/5): The entire house only had 2 rolls of toilet paper, and we were staying for 4 nights. We asked the B&B owner to provi - The bathroom is big. No elevator. We have to carry all the luggages all the way to the top floor. Exhausting.

• Anonymous (5/5): The kitchen was fully equipped. - The location was close to the train station but is far off from other attractions. There was no elevator, and we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor ourselves. This was the only property during our trip that required a security deposit. Surprisingly, the shower door was broken, and the tap knobs were loose. The sofa bed also sagged noticeably in the center, making it uncomfortable. Although the check-in time was stated as 3 PM, the room wasn’t ready until 4 PM. On the day of check-out, the cleaning staff entered the room unannounced before the scheduled check-out time. While it didn’t lead to an awkward situation, it felt intrusive and unprofessional.

• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect Stay in Venice – Highly Recommended! - Our stay at this place was absolutely amazing. It had that classic Venetian charm—cosy, beautifully styled, and full of character. Everything was spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable, well-furnished rooms. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the agency staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The location was also ideal—easily accessible to all the main landmarks, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets just a short walk away. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice and would absolutely stay here again on a future trip!
• Jeff (10/5): Gorgeous venue in a great location! - Exactly what we needed. Close to the Alilaguna stop and an easy walk to attractions. Perfectly appointed space. Very beautiful! We had to pull the doo closed kind of hard when we left. We were worried the noise would wake the neighbors but they didn’t complain
• Sarah (5/5): Way too much time spent messaging in vain trying to get air con fixed. R and R not good hosts - Bed firm but so comfy. Great size accommodation for 2.tastefully decorated. Good location, although in a very touristy area.. Air con in bedroom wouldn’t work. Hosts really not helpful and after 2 nights of messaging, promised to send someone, who never arrived. So our whole stay was without air con in bedroom. Surely that should be checked before a new guest stays? Safe in apartment has no instructions and host needs to set that up, but would not come to do so, so that is a useless facility! Shower room large, but cubicle tiny. Felt very let down by hosts, they really could not care a less if there’s a problem..
• Todd (9/5): Great location and great value - Great size and comfortable. Great amenities. Was nice to have a washer dryer. Great location. Right in the heart of everything. Need for more towels and toilet paper. Was an additional 30 euro. Ended up buying at grocery and washed toilets, no big deal. Just FYI.
• Danuta (9/5): Great stay, very clean and comfortable beds. Close to all the attractions - The location was great, very close to all the attractions, many restaurants and bars, shops. We had a walking distance to all the places we wanted to see. Also very comfortable to come to the appartment from rail station and bus. Please be aware that the appartment is on the 3rd floor with many stairs. Moskitos
• Andreas (1/5): It was absolutely horrible - Not a lot to like. Regular room nothing nice about it, definitely nowhere near 5 stars I don’t even know where to begin. 1. Rude staff, no services; you had to take out your own garbage; you have to take your luggage with you as there is nowhere to store it after you check out; it is not a hotel or suites. 2. There was a door in the room where I could heat the people in the other room banging the door. 3. After leaving I kept asking for an invoice because I need it for reimbursement and they refuse to send me, telling me to contact Booking.com 4. the last day a cleaning lady banged on our door cursing in Italian to kick us out of the room because we were a few minutes late; I thought the check out was at 11am like all regular hotels and she started harassing us since 9:45am

• Katrina (7/5): Nice apartment for Venice - The property is extremely quiet in a great area to access most of Venice. The facilities of having a washing machine and kitchen were really handy and the property was clean. Appreciated having somewhere to leave our bags on checkout and the host was quite accommodating with this. The host on arrival was quite rude, she asked what time approximately we would arrive - we were 4 minutes late and she was already messaging asking where we were and she had other places to be. As tourists it is hard to gauge arrival with boats and being in an unknown city. The Wi-Fi was very sporadic and sometimes not working, the main host did try to fix this and not sure it was due to the location there was an issue. Also the water pressure was really low most of the time (again not sure this is in the control of the host)

• Aiden (7/5): Amazing location, expected bigger room - The location of the property was perfect, short walk to all the major sites. The host was fantastic and unbelievably helpful in giving recommendations, arranging transport to and from the airport and also decorating the room for my wife’s birthday. The pictures were slightly deceiving on the website, I was expecting a bigger room/more of an apartment style whereas we only had a room/ensuite. I was slightly disappointed with the room if I’m being honest.

• Morgan (8/5): Very good - only a 15 min walk from the taxi / bus drop off, which was nice. good location close to Vino Vero wine bar - lots of cute things in that area. The hot wter stopped working on saturday night. So we had cold showers saturday night and sunday. when we sent a message to the host, they did not respond.

• David (8/5): Very good - The location in Cannaregio couldn’t be better. The bedding was very comfortable, and we were glad to have booked a place with in-unit laundry since our 2-night stay at this location was part of a significantly longer trip to Italy. The unit was pretty quiet while being on a busy street. The check in process could have been a little bit smoother. Since it was a keypad entry for both the outer and inner doors, it seemed unnecessary to send someone to the property to let us in (though the property attendant was responsive and helpful when we needed to meet up). The front door of the unit felt less secure than would typically be expected. The door itself felt a little flimsy/thin, and only had one latch that you had to slam shut. Adding an addition latch lock would be beneficial.

• Julia (9/5): Fabulous apartment - perfect location - Apartment was located in a fabulous area near the old Jewish quarter (Cannaregio). It was an easy walk to all the major attractions e.g. the Rialto Bridge and the Duomo. Although there was a fully functional kitchen there were also a lot of good restaurant options nearby too. Added bonus it was an easy walk to get to the apartment from the S.Lucia train station. The host met us on site, pretty easy to access the doors although we did need two codes. There are two flights of pretty steep stairs to get to the apartment. The couch was broken during our stay so it was pretty uncomfortable trying to sit on it while watching tv. A few added extras in the kitchen would have been great such as a tea towel (or paper towel/napkins).

They need a more friendly and more helpful contact person. And they must put extra bedding in a closet for the pull out sofa. My daughter slept without blankets and sheets!

• Ariano (10/5): Very pleasuable home station for our stay in venice. - Clean, well maintained, modern. All amenities needed and very comfortable. Just high up lots of stairs like most hotels and bnbs in Venice.
• Lisa (8/5): Perfect location - Location is perfect, lots of lovey shops,cafés and restaurants right outside. Water bus station less than 5 minutes walk away. The place is beautifully decorated as, too, is the hallway and has all the amenities needed for self-catering. Price, I think, was good for where we were and how tastefully the place is done out . The host was really friendly and allowed us to check in early, which was great considering the heat and the AC is great . We didn't manage to get the WiFi code sent to us even when we chased .The bed and pillows were way too hard for us personally, and there were no spare sheets for the pull out sofa bed .There were spare quilts, but no sheets or covers .Be prepared for stairs, but we were aware before booking.

It lacks some basics that would make the experience much better - To start with, the apartment I booked wasn't available so they moved me to the one near St Marks. Great location, very well kept place, well furnished and all equipment seemed to be new. The location there is great, but it was hard to communicate with the property to meet and get the keys, they pointed towards a place close by to meet the host when it could've been easier to just share the actual address. The bathroom had windows without curtains or shades that faced another building, and didn't have a curtain for the shower. The kitchen was lacking. The washing machine couldn't be used since there was no dryer and the towel rack didn't work since the heating was turned off.

• Louise (5/5): Overall not a pleasant stay 4 out of 10. Seems its more about the owners than the clients - Liked that it was an apartment that we could cook our own meals. It had a large bathroom but see below for the drawbacks on the bathroom. It was spacious and close to many things to do. 1. we started to run out of hot water the 2nd day with warm to cold water 2. promise of a washing machine but a really cold host that told us to read instead of be accessible when we needed to speak to her (Re hot water and where to dry our towels (metal) just stopped working) 3. the bathroom so big but the shower cant even fit one skinny person it was crazy for the size of that bathroom 4. we asked to check out late 1 hour to 11 which is a normal time and host refused with the issues we would have thought she wouldnt mind. 5. the fact that copies of our passport were insisted on which makes this law a farce in Italy a track and trace, accompanying forcing us to give them a credit card which thats the whole point of booking with booking.com so we dont have to give private details so that they can steal our identity was upsetting to say the least and felt very threatened if we didnt and gave the information because thats what the law states is jut the information NOT COPIES. This becomes a bigger issue of why? and for what reason? 6. the last 2 days no hot water and it was extremely upsetting 7. we asked for clean towels because the method of trying them was broken and we dried with wet towels daily because it is damp in that appartment
