• James (5/5): You get what you pay for - Probably only the view tbh Had to pick up from a different location and also the room could do with a renovation , also when booking i thought we were getting access to the pools outside in the view and pics but that wasn’t the case that was next door completely different building but you still have access to the hotels spa pools just not as exiciting as the ones shown on photos
• Jayde (1/5): Horrible. - There was no sanitary bin in the bathroom. There were stains all over the bedding. The parking was really poor and not properly explained and far too expensive if you are staying for multiple days. The gym wasn't accessible despite being in the photos - you shouldn't be presenting photos of things that aren't applicable. The view was poor, there were cables and chords in the way, construction site was most of the view and rubbish all over the site itself. The email about leaving didn't apply to us, as we had no laundry for the dirty towels, we couldn't clean dishes because there was no sink and there was no house keeping. Overly priced for poor apartment. I would never stay with you guys again.

• Harris (5/5): Passable - Nice view of the beach Close to everything Beds were comfortable there were dead roaches in the bathroom Not enough toilet paper considering there were three adults Staff wouldn’t supply extra toilet paper because we were a private booking
• Sheridan (3/5): Huge let down. Vacated 3 days early. Won't be back. - Great location in the heart of surfers Dirty room, stained sheets, TV not working, broken lamps, mouldy sink in bathroom, broken drawers.
• Samantha (8/5): Very good - The buffet breakfast was delicious and well worth the price. No laundry facilities amd parking was a nightmare. The parking facility is good but, make sure you do your research.

• Brittany (7/5): Great views - Pretty views, nice location. Great atmosphere. No toaster in the room but kettle and a good coffee machine provided, had to do dishes in the bathroom sink. Needs a bit of a spruce up to look like the photos and blankets to be provided for the beds.
• Mikiko (8/5): Convenient, in the middle of Surfers Paradise. - Great location. Key collection was very unusual but came with good instruction. Spacious bedroom with good size comfortable twin beds. All amenities were there. Car park was not included and Cali Beach goes on until 1:00 am which can be noisy. No decaf coffee in the selection, though had a Nespresso machine in the room.
• Yung (4/5): Disappointing - Location is very good Near to the beach Near to coles Near to tram and bus We thought this was a hotel but not. It is in the same building as Mantra on View but privately managed Towels were smelly Bathroom were moldy Some parts of the room were dusty Room was not serviced or cleaned even we stayed for 7 nights Chair was broken Parts of the room was chipped off and was not maintained properly Keys collection was quite far away from the room Toilet tissue was only provided 2 rolls. It wasnt enough We have to buy our own trash bags There was no rubbish chute so we have to go to bring rubbish to the garbage disposal
