• Risha (7/5): Overall good in budget... - Breakfast is really good. Coffee is just Awesome. Staff is too good in behaviour. Service is available on 24 hours. Air cooler for non-ac( there is no window). Toilet is too small. No towel. No window. So, no view. Ventilation is not good. Smelly air through the room. Cupboard is not clean properly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with our requests , The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions. Specially tnx to reception manager Mr. Samun & Mr. Anik give me more facilities 💞

• Sunni (3/5): Nothing Grand about this hotel - The room itself is quite spacious There is nothing Grand about this hotel. Breakfast was awful and the bed was ridiculously hard. It was harder than the floor and they added a little topper that does nothing. Had no bedding nor towels changed after a 4-nights stay. Water pressure is horribly low for washing

• Faisal (1/5): Please avoid this Hotel till to stay at road. - My ever life bad experience with this hotel as follows 1. The mattress lacked a topper, making it extremely uncomfortable. 2. The towels provided were old, torn, and of very poor quality. 3. The bathroom fittings and commode were substandard and not well-maintained. 4. The furniture in the room resembled that of a very low-budget establishment. 5. The door lock was broken, compromising safety and privacy. 6. The floor tiles were mismatched in color and design, appearing to be made from leftover or discarded materials, which gave the room a very unprofessional and neglected look.

• Mashfiq (2/5): Hotel Scammers of Sylhet - The location only. It was in the center of the city. Staff, Receptionist, Environment, Quality, Service — Nothing was good. The receptionist was rude during check-in. I had booked a non-AC room, but they told me there were none available. Moments later, I saw them offer a non-AC room to another guest at the same price — clear dishonesty. The room was very small, unclean, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Room service was poor, and the food was below average. The worst part happened during checkout. One of the staff asked if I had booked through Booking.com. When I said yes, he asked to see my phone. I handed it to him thinking he just needed to verify something. Instead, he started going through my photo gallery. Then, without my permission, he opened Booking.com and began writing a positive review — giving them five stars on my behalf. When I asked him why he was doing that without my consent and why he was looking through my personal photos, he denied it — even though I clearly saw what he was doing. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Their behavior was shady, unprofessional, and intrusive. This hotel is a scam. The staff are frauds, liars, and borderline intrusive criminals. They’re running a shady operation, faking reviews and violating guests' privacy. I don’t care how cheap it is — do NOT stay here. This wasn’t just bad service — it was disgusting, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
