Everything we needed was there - umbrella, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets. Very comfortable beds, good heating, modern and clean kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Easy 20 min walk to wharf, tour buses, restaurants and shops. 10/10

• F198 (10/5): Short minutes walk to everything in the city - The location is great - in the middle of the CBD and walking distance to everything you ever wanted. Everything provides more than you ever needed and feel like home. Nothing at all

• Joan (10/5): We stayed for three nights before we joined a small tour group which travelled around Tasmania. - Breakfast was not included. It was close to Salamanca Place, which we wanted, and it was in walking distance to most of the things we wanted to do.
• Kath (7/5): - The location was excellent. The property was clean and very comfortable. Although it advertised parking, the space was way too small for most cars. We were not able to fit our mid sized car in the garage and therefore had to pay for additional parking. This was disappointing. Also, the property did not even have a smart TV so we were not able to watch any streaming services like Netflix etc.
• Craig (7/5): Manners and guest relationships matter - Reasonable price for 2 beds , a double and a single When told the toilet flasher doesn't work and kept us awake we were told 'Things happen' there wasn't any apology or recognition that this was an inconvenience. Just, 'yes, that happened last week, just jiggle it'. Felt dismissive.
