• lynne (4/5): Good location but flat needs a deep clean. - Close to tube Needed TLC, flat felt dirty. Washed the tableware before we used. No tea towel to dry them. Broken toilet seat in WC & the other in main bathroom didn’t fit properly Advertised jacuzzi bath , dirty so didn’t use. Only throws available for all 3 beds - did manage to find top flat sheet & duvets when we looked in chest of drawers & wardrobe in master suite, but they didn’t feel clean No hairdryer found Kettle needs descaling. Communication prior to stay poor. Asked a few times prior to stay if we could arrive earlier but no reply. No information given about keycode to access property , had to contact Booking . Com to receive this information.

Ideal um London zu erkunden und den Abend dann in einem der Pubs und Restaurants ausklingen zu lassen. Das Apartment ist abgewohnt (Klobrille abgebrochen, Möbel mit deutlichen Gebrauchspuren, malader Handlauf zur Dachterasse und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig (verdreckte Terasse). Das Thema Wasserdruck bei Toiletten ist grade grösseren Gruppen störend. Renovierung/ Facelift ist hier dringend nötig
• milne (2/5): Hassled. Dirty - Location Dirty - every thing was filthy Heating & water not working. We had to complain & wait in for a heating engineer on our second day
• Veronica (6/5): Generally we enjoyed our stay and it was a good location for us. - Good location .Well appointed Cleanliness could have been better especially around sinks .Some mugs weren’t clean.No hairdryer though there was an empty box so possibly taken by a guest.Beds weren’t completely made up. The small terrace was a godsend in the heat but not easy to get to and not really looked after, there were the remnants of other people’s parties from along time ago , I wouldn’t expect air con in most London flats but the fans didn’t really help, they just move the hot air about. Lots of stairs which I should probably have noted on booking.No bottle of wine which wasn’t a big issue but take it out of your description.In many self catering properties, not just this one I think the problem is that there is a turnover just after one set of guests leaves , then if there is an amount of time till the next guests nobody bothers to do a check and freshen up so it can feel a bit stale and untended.
• Diemyr (6/5): Ok. Not great. Needs some love. - Large living room, comfortable couches & functional kitchen - Apartment needs some love. Everything is bit old and needs an upgrade. - Beds with hard springs in your back. - Curtains that are not functional. Don't block any light. - Very warm. There are fans but they are not enough to cool the rooms for a comfortabel temperature. Ok it was exceptional hot for a few days. - Not very clean. Ok but not great. - Toilets flush once then you have to wait a while.

• Alison (8/5): We had a lovely stay in London and particularly appreciated the excellent location. Will stay again - Fabulous location. Plenty of space. Very well kitted out. Felt very comfortable. There was an administrative error on the booking. But it was dealt with by the highly responsive admin team swiftly and well - which was appreciated.

• Darren (9/5): We loved our stay there and would definitely book again - Lovely apartment very well decorated and comfortable. Nice roof terrace and great location in Fulham Road. Not a negative but there was only one shower for 6 of us and we couldn’t get the WiFi to work. We weren’t there too much so it wasn’t a problem.

• Nicole (5/5): Spacious and good location but unclean with various issues - Lovely and spacious. Good location and nice on appearance. Good size beds and though we didn't venture outside at all nice there would be an option if you stayed in better weather. Also when issues reported the host/booking.com replied quickly. Apartment quite dirty despite cleaning equipment being all left out. Takeaway pizza boxes left from previous guests, floor greasy/sticky. Lots of dust when checking under beds and empty coke cans from other guests. Water was only lukewarm for first 24 hours couldn't get it to get hot to clean with or shower. We did report it and they came out but we'd managed to uo the temp by then - issue then was the place was sweltering . Smart tv WiFi instructions not the same on the manual left as when I messaged to ask so again the first night we didn't use. Only one bathroom not as stated. Booked as 5 adults and racing in London so could have done with 2 showers but only one bathroom with a shower that didn't drain -drains must need unblocking, and a toilet. If I'd known I would have chose elsewhere or 2 seperate bookings that I'd cancelled elsewhere. Also none of the facilities they listed- no shower gel or shampoo or basic facilities. Coffee machine but no pods for it only basic instant . Not that we would have expected it but no chocolate/cookies or wine as also stated on booking.com. Had to go back out to buy more toilet roll shampoo shower gel etc.
• Kenneth (10/5): Exceptional - We rented this property for our corporate needs on several occasions. We have found the property exceptional value for money and the host very easy to deal with.
• Marion (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed it and all said we would stay there again. - As a party of 3, this apartment was very spacious and giving each of us a room each. We all loved the layout of it. Plumbing a bit dodgy.
