• Gözde (8/5): - Odanın genişliği , temizliği ve konumu iyiydi. Sıcak su sıkıntılı, çok çabuk bitiyor. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli değil. Kahve makinası için kapsül konulması iyi olurdu. Yataklar daha konforlu olsa iyi olurdu
• Натали (10/5): Уют - Широк, просторен апартамент с нужните удобства. Локацията е супер. Няма такова нещо.
• Plamen (6/5): - Proximity to the ski slopes. Just 3 min by car. The beds were not comfortable and worn out.
• Doina (10/5): - Апартамент большой и уютный, особенно понравился салон. Очень тепло, чисто, есть терраса для курящих. Рекомендую шкаф для вещей во второй комнате.

• Olga (9/5): - Апартамент в Гранд Резорт Пампорово на первом высоком этаже с большой общей террасой на несколько апартаментов. Паркинг на улице в свободном режиме без охраны. Ремонт свежий. Все так, как на фото. Лёгкий независимый доступ в апартамент. Хозяева все время на связи, спасибо, быстро откликались. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым. Бойлер включается на святящейся панели нажатием на нее в центре. Диван удобный, большой. Смарт ТВ и вай фай работает отлично. Все понравилось в принципе. Несколько стульев были сломаны предыдущими жильцами, сидеть могли только дети. В ванной подтекает канализация, постоянно образуется лужа в центре. Хозяева обещали все исправить после нашего выезда.

• Iliyana (4/5): Ok, but certainly expected more for the money. - Spacious apartment 1. Building wasn’t finished, had an unsecured terrace so a complete NO GO for people with children. 2. All Building was smelling on toilette, obviously broken sewage system 3. Kitchen was really poorly equipped, so for people who count on preparing something cooked - a no go. 4. Heating was being stopped during the day, so if someone is staying in the apartment, s/he is freezing. 5. Only 1 key given for the apartment, which caused difficulties for a family of 4 and their logistics 6. No Bulgarian speakers. Local lady didn’t speak English either. We could understand basics but that was all. 7. Nobody cared whether we liked the stay. No one had sent directions how to find the place, but we were supposed to call a nonEU number to understand how to get the key. Luckily there was a quick answer and guidance to the local person, but still - not made conveniently.
