• Marina (8/5): Buena ubicación - Muy buena ubicación, todo muy limpio y cuidado. Algo pequeño, justo de espacio. Cuidado con el check in, si llegas más tarde de las 19h te cobran 30-35€ y según a que hora llegues te cobran más (en efectivo).
• Guest (8/5): Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Venise ! - Emplacement top au calme loin du monde et jolie chambre. Prix un peu élevé quand même et la pièce de vie à côté de notre chambre un peu bruyant le matin quand les gens déjeunent très tôt et que nous dormions dans la chambre collée au salon.

• Guest (6/5): It was good but I expected much better - It could’ve been better if there was a possibility to leave the luggage’s when we arrived even before the room was ready, or to at least be told that there’s no reception. Also the bathroom had humidity leaks in the walls and the shower floor looked moldy.

• Grzegorz (9/5): I am satisfied - Giada welcomed us beautifully, explaining everything in a friendly atmosphere and with a smile. The Marco Polo room was perfect for two people. The entire building was very clean. Someone had thought of providing good home-like furnishings, including household appliances and even cutlery, plates, etc. in the kitchen, towels, hygiene products, and even a hairdryer. Thank You :) These are little things (tips) that might be useful to the staff: you could consider having a good quality umbrella available. Those bought in tourist boutiques don't last three days. A mosquito net, even on one window, would be great – not everyone likes air conditioning. But these are minor things.

• Anastasiia (6/5): Pleasant - We have dual impressions of the hotel. Room, kitchen and territory were great. But I will start from the check in. By plan we should came at 5:00 p.m but the train was delayed for more then 30 minutes and we came at 6.30 p.m. The owner warned he couldn’t meet us in this time because of other appointments and he asked his colleague to meet us. But one hour we stayed on the street under the rain waiting(( After check in we were informed that stove in the kitchen was broken few days ago and we can’t use it 👍🏼 But we booked apartment with kitchen intentionally because we really rely to have breakfast on mornings there. So we were upset after check in. Also good to know: the air in room is stale so if you want to sleep with open windows unfortunately you will hear all sounds very loud. - check in with 1 hour delay

She sent us lists of restaurants in the local area and showed us how to use everything in the room. The room was so clean and exactly how it was on the pictures. I don’t have any faults with Ca’ Naviglio. Close to port for water bus and only a short walk to shops, restaurants and landmarks. Nothing

• Aleksandra (9/5): Lovely place to stay - The room was like in the photos. Fresh and good renovation. There were good shower amenities. Location is perfect, not so crowded and near the port. We agreed to check in early without fees There is no kettle or pots on the kitchen and you can’t make tea 😕
• Paul (6/5): It was a nice room. - It was in a decent location and communication before arrival was professional. The bed was comfortable and it was peaceful. There were no staff and no service such as a change of towels, or a sweep of the floor which became quite dusty. We did not see another human for the duration. The room smelt musty and the facilities were lacking. There was no safe to put valuables in, there was no kettle or coffee maker or other little items such as tissue paper or hand soap. I felt the room was narrow with just 30 cm to get around the bed which was difficult if you got up during the night to go to the toilet. The shower was extremely small and you could barely move in it.

Someone did come to replace the batteries in the remote but that didn’t fix it. We thought this should have been checked prior to our stay.

• Jonas (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - The location was perfect for our stay, we enjoyed the bars and restaurants in Cannaregio and you can easily walk to the main attractions in San Marco and San Polo, since venezia is rather small! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. The room was/felt kinda cramped. Also, there is no real reception and check in/out have little to no tolerance: we could not leave the luggage for 60min more, which for the price of the room is a bit shabby. Very anonymous (for some this might be a good thing), there is no soul around in case you need advice or want to ask something and you either need to text the agency or the dude that did the check-in with you. Sometimes a bit noisy since the room is on the ground floor, just next to the alley.
• Edwina (7/5): Good place to sleep but you won’t be able to make a cup of tea. - The space was clean and modern. It is located in a great spot and easy to get to. The room was pokey, the shower was tiny with a shower head too big so you couldn’t avoid getting your hair wet easily. It really is a room and bathroom. There is a communal kitchen area that has no basic equipment like a toaster or kettle.

• Tufekcioglu (10/5): Exceptional - We were very pleased with the staff, Ms Dilara was very kindly and friendly, she responded immediately and advised us when we asked for her help. There is a stove that doesn't work, but even if it worked, there is no kettle.. we wanted to make a cup of tea but we didn't have anything to make it.
• Kateryna (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient location, clean room, working air conditioner. This is a guest house. on the first floor there is a kitchen, a refrigerator (common for all residents of the building). Dead mosquitoes in the room, in the bathroom. I asked several times to be provided with bed linen for two separate people because there was nothing to cover myself at night. There is no shampoo (the manager said that hand soap is shampoo). Additional check-in fee (remote check-in). Insisting that I go withdraw money and pay cash for this service. Although I said that it is convenient for me to send the payment to the card, because there is no commission. It seems as if they just wanted to take the money for themselves, because we were only 9 minutes late from the specified time, for which we had already paid in advance. Price and quality do not correspond to each other.

You could also tell some of the renovations had been done on the cheap as the skirting and boards around the door would come off each time we opened or closed the door.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - The location was great. Beds comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. Check in was straight forward. Not so much that I didn't like it, but the fact it was a single room with two double beds made it less than ideal for a family of four with two adult children. Not end of world and didn't impact our stay. Just a point to be aware of.

Bed comfortable, calm environment, you can have rest here after sightseeing. Also close the ports where you can catch the water buses. I recommend it by heart to everybody

From the photos, the room looked bigger, so it was kind of a disappointment. Also, there is a shared area with only little furniture. Shower is cramped confines.
• Andra (10/5): Very clean and comfy - We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very clean and comfortable, we had everything we need in the room. The location is also very good, it was easy to find and close to the city center. The area is also nice and quiet with bars and restaurant we could go to for a coffee and breakfast. We definitely recommend it! As others said a kettle or coffee maker would be a nice feature but it wasn’t necessary as we found places nearby to drink our coffee in the morning.
