Ewen (6/5): Nice motel & staff but needs modernizsation - We were there for 2 nights in a superior room but decided to leave after one night due to lack of sleep on a hard materess. Instead we were offered an upgrade to a recently refurbished room wit better materess and pillow. The gardener piked some fresh apples for us (Please don't pick them yourself - more at reception). Lots of lovely rose bushes The materesses and pillows were very hard on the 1st night

raymond (4/5): Ok, but noisy traffic noise. - When I did the search for accommodation on Booking.com, I noted that there 2 of us, my wife and I. So when I found this motel in Mt Barker, I just accepted and automatically provided my details from your records. I stated 2 special requests, car parking and quiet room. I got the private room but the room was very noisy from adjacent traffic noise. But the worst thing was that the details from the Booking database seemed to show that I was the only guest. As a result, I costed my wife an additional $20 each per night and therefore $40 for the 2 nights. I am very disappointed with this as I have used Booking.Com to book all my accommondation bookings.

Rémi (9/5): Bien mais bruyant - Le jardin fleuri dans le motel, c'est plutôt sympa. Beaucoup de place où poser les bagages. L'établissement est à proximité d'une grande piscine de 50 m. Le motel est proche d'une route très empruntée par des camions et du coup la chambre est assez bruyante. On entend également pas mal les voisins. Le café offert est en poudre et pas terrible. Pas de vaisselle à disposition pour utiliser le micro ondes.

Noor Ilyana Binti (10/5): I truly enjoyed my stay at Valley Views Motel & Chalets. - The facility is neat and clean, they provided me with a steam iron and iron board in the room. I dont have to call the reception to get this deliver to me, which means I dont have to wait for it to get ready to work. They also provided me enough coffee, tea bags and sugar for the night. I hear knocking on the ceiling or roof at dawn. Probably from insects or small animals or birds. I am not too sure. It bothered me for a bit but then it just went away / silent after a while.

Stephen (8/5): Ok for an overnight stop - The hotel is close to town and the room was a reasonable size. While the accommodation was adequate there was nothing special about the place. The garden needed work and the furniture in the room was dated. Cheap tea and coffee was provided. We had beds in both rooms and there were inadequate curtain coverings on the glass door meaning the room was very light well before 5 am.
