• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful setting
• Tomasz (7/5): Was ok - Location, comfortable bed, good bathroom You have to drive 10 minutes to return keys as the check out(!) Instead of living them in post box of the property. Really stupid solution have to say. Shared balcony which is not so private on the backyard.
• Julie (5/5): Basic - Ceiling fans did not operate on arrival in bedrooms, kitchen or lounge- jiggling the batteries which did not resolve issue. Reported to letting agency who said someone would attend to rectify...they did not. We phoned again 6.15pm that night without resolution. Letting agency phoned next morning with apology. No dishcloth for kitchen. Luckily, I brought my own kitchen disinfectant wipes and a microfiber cloth. The 2nd bedroom with single beds had tiny ants crawling through linen the entire stay.

• John (5/5): Overall, location good and beds comfy but disappointed with cleanliness and service re reported issu - The location was very good in terms of ability to drive to Theme Parks, Brisbane and other parts of Gold Coast. Very disappointed that none of the ceiling fans operated upon arrival. We reported to letting agent at 4pm who seemed less than interested and advised someone would be there soon. No person arrived by 6.30pm. Still extremely hot and unbearable indoors, contacted out of hours who was very understanding and apologetic but could not send contractor or person to assist, advised to contact the following day. We reported again the following morning and waited in despite plans to meet people in a theme park and within an hour somebody came out to fix, issue was incorrect coding in all remotes. Disappointed that we lost a chunk of her first day waiting around for a repair which should have been done the previous day. When you pay what we did this should not have occurred, a refund for one night without adequate fans should at least have been offered.
• Giulia (9/5): Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. - Loved the proximity to shops, especially oxley village, the opening hours, produce and service was amazing and options for eat out. The unit kitchen was extremely well equipped. Value for money accommodation. Arriving in the evening after dark, in the rain after a delayed flight, it was difficult to find the letting agency, even using google maps, it was difficult to find parking to get to the locked box. The instructions for the locked box should have been emailed or texted earlier than they were. however the phone assistance was great. The internet and phone reception even for hotspotting or phone use in the unit was poor, like to get 2 bars.

• Candice (8/5): Absolutely amazing aside from no wifi - Location was great, family friendly, we had all the necessary things a house would hold. Was great There was no wifi which was ashame.
• Jennifer (8/5): The staff were fabulous when calling about broken washing machine and needing extra bedding / towels - The location was fantastic The size was perfect Great to have a carpark It wasn’t clean Floors dirty / feet were black Curtains dirty Windows dirty (I cleaned the kitchen ones as we were breathing in mould)
• Chloe (7/5): We enjoyed our stay very much. - It was nice, quiet and cozy and the beach was pretty close by. We loved the size of the apartment and how we had somewhere safe and secure to park our car. Lack of maintenance and cleanliness. The pool was untidy and unkept so could not use it. And no air con so it was quite hot.

• Aaron (5/5): You get what you pay for. - We were arriving late at night so picked up keys from lockbox which was easy. Was very clean. Had cooking and eating utensils. Pool was filthy and did not get cleaned the entire 2 weeks we were there. No phone signal (had to go outside). Front loader washing machine that was provided marked my white shirts fairly significantly and had to throw shirts out.
