- VS Annu (3/5): - Nothing as I expected Room floor was sticky and have to change the room 3x water heater not working.
- Chew (6/5): - The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the LRT station, making it highly accessible for public transport users. The room’s cleanliness requires significant improvement. It was not thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in, as there were visible remnants left behind from previous guests, including fingernail clippings on the floor. We had to do some light cleaning ourselves before we felt comfortable staying. Greater attention to housekeeping standards is strongly recommended.

I check in at 9pm. there have 1 a window cant lock & people from outside can enter the room. receptionist - unfriendly (night shift).

The room is okay and again spacious. Overall good for short Vacay. Nothing much aside from the aircond slightly leaking (dried fast), the windows are unlocked and slightly open, we assume for ventilations since it cannot be open fully at all. - Aatif (1/5): The ONLY worse experience in Malaysia - Few staff were friendly, however one was the laziest and visibly looked like he didn't like his job thus kept making faces upon the simplest of requests. When we told him, we're never coming back here again (and this was literally our first day) he says, "okay, dont come". Dont know his name, didn't care to ask him. Its one guy during morning time. He was thai. Or atleast he said he was. The rooms were poor, overall service poor, location awful, since nothing was close by, and bathroom was poor. Overall i would like to give it a negative 5.

- Ng (3/5): Bad attitude - Not at all. Will be my last stay in his hotel. Staff attitude is very bad. Do not have a proper SOP. Drop off at the front of the hotel was being shouted by the staff asking to move away due to stop at there is not allowed. It may just talk nicely instead of shouting to us.

- Mohab (1/5): The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. - The only thing that was good is the staff. Very dirty. Room full of cockroaches and the sheets had stains on them. Also there was no wifi in the room. You can only use wifi in the lobby.
