Anonymous (10/5): 2 straight summers staying here, would do it again. - Good distance to Hollywood boulevard activities. Roof deck is always nice to look over the city. AC/ washer dryer, fridge stove, very at home. No soap for Dishwasher, no trash bags.
Baillie (2/5): Very dirty, dark , damp and basic apartment. Location and parking good but overall very disappointed! - The only thing was location and ability to park It was damp, mouldy, dirty and very poorly equipped (only 3 dirty forks provided !) The TV didn’t work correctly. There was damp over walls and ceiling , the sink and bath were significantly cracked . There was no glass tumblers only wine glasses . The sockets were all filthy , the hairdryer was very filthy. The walls were all marked and dirty. The list goes on…really disappointed in the apartment . Have been miss sold completely as not luxury at all !!

Cuneyt (8/5): In terms of short stay and closeness to Hollywood center it’s overall good and worth the money paid for. - Location is great, comfortable and nice apartment. Free and convenient parking is a big advantage, The hosts are friendly and welcoming people. The couch is not comfortable, might need to be changed, it lost its softness. The kitchen design is ok but all the appliances are super old, the refrigerator is working like a factory generating loud noise all the time. Similar, dishwasher is old-we could not make it work.

Took 2 days to realise you have to run it for 5 minutes first! Had to leave the property, find a parking spot on hollywood boulevard and then walk back to return the key. Not very practical.

It was confusing and it smelled really bad. We did not even stay this property looks nothing like what this picture shows. It was disgusting and dirty and it smelled horrible.

Paweł (9/5): Superb - The biggest advantage of this place is the location, because it is close to the main attractions of Las Vegas. Another nice thing is the ability to park your car. If someone has the opportunity and willingness to use the kitchen in the facility, they will also be satisfied.
Javier (7/5): Good - Very comfy, all you need in a trip even if you are staying in the house because of the bad weather (which is what happened to me). The water from the shower was not hot enough and neither was the air conditioner even at its maximum temperature.
Christopher (8/5): Vantage is good location - Location and parking worked out well. Walking distance to most things enjoyable. Fully equipped Kitchen, Laundry Washer and Dryer, WiFi, and most amenities were very satisfying. Some minor damage or missed spots from cleaning from prior use was noticeable in apartment. I didn't notice some things, only my gf noticed.
Shane (5/5): Photos are grossly misleading - Close to hollywood Boulevard! Andrew (I believe thats the correct name) is responsive and extremely helpful when you have any issues. The apartment is not what you see in the photos. It smelt, it wasn't cleaned properly, the tap for the shower is almost coming out of the wall when you turn the shower on, there is mold in the bathroom, the carpet is filthy and having to use the toilet plunger to unclog the kitchen sink was disgusting! I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking. There is absolutely nothing luxury about this apartment.

Stephen (3/5): Needs a deep clean... - Location is right near Hollywood Blvd and the property has a great rooftop view of LA. Parking is included and area seems safe and secure. Well equipped kitchen. The apartment felt like a boys frat house that needed a deep clean. One toilet roll, most soap containers empty, and towels have had a hard life. Unfortunately, very disappointing for the price and compared to all our other USA accommodation.

Thomas (4/5): Great location but place was not clean. Linen not clean. - Host was friendly and was there on time for check in. Floor was not clean. Bed linen for the fold up bed was retrieved from a basket unfolded. It was not clean. Looks like it was taken off the bed after the previous guests left and thrown there for the next time. Not impressed with that at all. Another problem was the fridge seemed to be in bad shape because it was extremely loud at night.
Aditi (10/5): A great find amidst all the iconic Hollywood spots! - I loved the location it was very close to the iconic hollywood spots. The parking was free and secure which is a big relief especially in LA. The amenities were all there so pretty much everything was very comfortable. There could have been some basic cooking ingredients like cooking oil or coffee pouches just to get the day started with a cup of coffee.

Abigail (1/5): Bad - I was disappointed to find that the room did not match the pictures on the website. Additionally, I found a mole, dust, and several missing items in the room. As I am allergic to dust, this situation is particularly concerning for me. I asked for refund for my stay. He said no. Seems lack of clarity the refund policy.
Aya (10/5): Wonderful, cozy, relaxing. - The host was very welcoming and accomodating. We arrived late to the location because we ran into some challenegs with public transport, but the host waited for us patiently and answered all of our questions. The stay was great! Maybe having shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods available beforehand would've been nice. But the host was very responsive and provided it to us when we requested, so no complaints :)
William (10/5): Great location in a comfortable cozy apartment - Quiet, safe, comfortable and well maintained. Don’t forget to find the outdoor patio on the 6th floor.

Mario (8/5): Sisters Trip - I like that someone was at the apartment building to address issues in case we needed something. The atmosphere was good and people in the building were nice. we wanted more TV accessibility. It didn't have local channels. They could also use a chest of drawers in the bedroom or place it in the large closet...But these are minor issues and the overall stay was very good.

Mcclennon (2/5): Apt 446..... NOTHING LUXURIOUS ABOUT THIS PLACE. - Close to the Event. Upon arrival the outside of the Building smelt like Urine. The ENTIRE Apartment was FLITHY..... Carpet is FLITHY, Bathroom Tub have a crack with Mold growing which is covered by a shower mat 🤢. Kitchen was left Garbage on the Floor behind the Garbage Can. Refrigerator and Oven was dirty. Couch arm was broken. Dust and Dirt around the Fireplace and Floor of Fireplace. Black stains on the wall. Beds was barley made sheets looked old and used. Old Dirty Towels left in Hamper. However, when I expressed my concerns and complaints, this was dismissed by the contact person by saying..... WE HAVE A CLEANING CREW... Well!!! they DO NOT CLEAN NOTHING. Like for EVER. Missing picture of Dirty Carpet, couldn't post.

Ilian (5/5): The 3 good things were close to walk of fame, free parking, and it felt safe. The 3 not so great things were the deceivi - I like that it was exactly where I wanted to be within walking distance of the walk of fame. The add is deceiving by using the word luxury. Aldo the picture does not represent the way the apartment actually looks as it does not have hard wood floors but instead dirty light colored carpet.
Lizette (3/5): Dirty only liked the location. Host was nice. - Location Dirty. The property seems to need a deep cleaning at this point as dust, residue and build up was seen throughout the apartment. The apartment also smelled and carpet was dirty too.

Lozano (4/5): Wouldn’t stay here again especially with children - Location. Stayed there to be close to universal studios The apartment was hot, no fans no control for the bedroom tv the inconvenience of checking in and out especially if you have children. Not to mention the host was rude

Vivienne (7/5): A great option for more than 2 people, although some extra touches would make it better. - Location, space, access and security, comfortable beds, a kettle! Not very clean, floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or vacuumed. No coffee pods or filter coffee, would have been nice first thing in morning . More towels and maybe cleaner/ newer.
Nabor (9/5): Love this place, always choose to stay here. - The balcony is amazing, a quiet little space to read a book. The privacy of the balcony is unexpected but makes it all the better. The living room space is spacious and nice to lounge in. The beds are comfy and the washers are so useful. The thermostat might be a little faulty, never really stays warm inside the place.

Lisa (5/5): Ok but would absolutely not recommend it and hortible value for your money - It was a safe environment and in a kinda quiet apartment complex! I liked the opportunity of the kitchen and the washer and dryer but all of them were old and kinda not working (oven did not get warm) Not really clean! The smell of the apartment was disgusting! Had to get some scented candles in order to survive!

Yoko (5/5): Regret my choice of accommodation - The staff was very nice and the location was very good. Shower water flow was also very good. The apartment is not bad actually just need tidy up, clean, new towels, and decent furnitures especially the bed mat, pillow and cotton sheets & covers. We can tell that the cleaner is doing well but the wardrobe, kitchen&bathroom cabinets, drawers, laundry shelves, around the washing machine and the fridge were dirty. There was not nice strong cleaning chemicals smell when we walked in first I felt sick. All the towels were different colours and fading/breaching mark/hair colour mark… we felt yucky. The top of shampoo bottle was broken 100 degrees bent and clacked the tube part so I did not use it because I felt yucky. Bed covers and sheets are not cotton also very cheapy bed mat, bad pillows,,, not enough blankets or doona it was so uncomfortable. Sofa was very cheapy did not want to sit long. There were full of bed covers/sheets in the sofa storage and I guess they are washed? but all just pushed in the storage not even 1 piece was fold, I guess they were washed but I felt yucky. The 2 furry short stools on the veranda were looked filthy too. The vertical blinds were half broken too… The price was not cheap then staying there for 5 nights with these problems… LA was very fun to visit but I wanted to go home.

Lacie (1/5): We could not stay because of how awful it smelled - The smell was awful We weren’t sure exactly what the smell was it smelled like possibly cat pee and chemicals and musty It was horrible and made it difficult to breathe (I have asthma) We let them know once we were in there and they offered to bring a diffuser down to mask the smell We went out for about 30 minutes and left the windows open to try to see if that would help It did not We left and got a hotel They refused to refund us
Ewan (6/5): Great location , accommodation not luxury despite the price - Location was amazing , perfect base to see the sites Air conditioning was broken so it was 26oc in the flat , one single glass for a family of 5, no baking tray(s) or oven dishes so couldn’t use oven. Kitchen needs a good clean , carpets dirty.
