• Tahereh (1/5): Super terrible. Dont get trapped by them as we did. Booking.com should remove them from the list. - Super terrible. They are terrible. Before we traveled there, I had a double-check of everything with their agent. He made me sure that it's clean and everything is provided as it was mentioned on the website. But when we arrived, They ask for an extra 83 euro over the confirmed price on the website. They refused to show us the suite before receiving money. The suit we received was super dirty. Trashes were everywhere. so much dust. There wasn't soap, shampoo, or body wash. toilet paper there. The towels were too dirty. The bedsheet was dusty and dirty. They think the black color of the bed sheet will hide the dirt. But how about the dead fish smell? There was mouthwash on the spot on the pillow. The bed was smelling like hell. The blanket was so dirty. The sofa was very dirty with smelly brown spots. Overall it was a terrible situation. But because we had paid all the money together, we couldn't cancel it. They were not responding after they received the money. They disappeared. I have contacted customer service support. They also couldn't do anything with them. We had to buy many things, like a towel, bedsheet, sofa cover, blanket, and... to be able to spend 4 nights there. The glass door of the bathroom had departed from the top, and it had the danger of falling on us any second. I will upload some photos, but you can't feel the bad smell that was there and the hairs and dust on the floor. It was supposed to be a hair dryer there. But the hair dryer didn't work. There was no one available at the reception. And the person I had on WhatsApp was not responding. At the end I forgot my expensive sunglasses in the suit. Less than an hour of check-out, I informed them, and the agent said he is not in Barcelona. Apparently, they refused to give it back.

• MUSTAFA (10/5): - The location can not be better. Rental prices in Barcelona are quite high, but considering the prices of other properties, I found this apartment to be more reasonable. When I read the reviews, I had some concerns about comments mentioning a smell in the bathroom. There was a slight odor, but it was definitely not at a disturbing level. This is quite common in historic buildings

• Florke ** (7/5): Op zich goed, maar ... - Goede ligging, vlak aan Plaza de Catalunya, waar de Aerobus aankomt en vertrekt. Klein, comfortabel appartementje *Je moest door de slaapkamer gaan om naar de badkamer te gaan. *Er was slechts 1 rol wc-papier voor 4 dagen, 3 pers. We hebben er moeten bijkopen. *Het putje van de badkamer stonk enorm, waardoor het ook stonk in onze kamer, zelfs met 't raam open. *De ochtend dat we vertrokken hadden we geen water en electriciteit! We werden hiervan NIET op de hoogte gesteld! Achteraf bleek er in de inkom een blad te hangen (in het Spaans) waarop dit stond. Best lastig als je je niet kan wassen/tanden poetsen/wc.doorspoelen en we geen ontbijt meer konden maken ... *Het was niet evident om binnen te geraken, we wisten niet welk appartement we hadden, geen receptie of zo. We hebben moeten bellen en dan moeten wachten tot we de sleutel kregen.

El problema o inconveniente es que el baño se encuentra en la habitación por lo que si viajas con más de dos personas no es cómodo para ir al baño porque tienes que pasar por la habitación. El departamento estaba sucio
• Ahmed (9/5): Great Apartment at the heart of Barcelona - we liked everything specially the apartment location was exceptional as it is at the city center near everything... The building itself is alo great and the apartment is sufficient for 3 ppl. The host was very responsive and nice... Internet connection is very good and stable. Although a bit old but amenities were also available like towels, shampoo and hand soap... Overall, I recommend this apartment to any small family or an individual travelling to Barcelona... Cleanliness could have been a lot better... The bed mattress and pillows are not that comfortable but they are adequate for a short stay...

Kitchen is well equiped. Host is kind and available. The apartment wasn't too clean. The bed is relatively small. Bed sheets and towels aren't too good. The bedroom window faces the next door neighbor, a few meters away. The building floor is noisy.

• Ana (7/5): Very well located, big open apartment, comfortable stay. - it's extremely well located, easy to go to and from the airport, grocery shops, restaurants and everything you might need in less than 200mtr. The apartment was really comfortable and big, taking into account I was there by myself. I've been seeing a trend in this kind of properties that they charge you a lot of money, they look fancy in the pictures but when you get there it's a bit disappointing. The bathroom had mold, they only provided one roll of toilet paper (I was there for 8 days), the kitchen was not very equipped, and when I got there there was still the full trash from the previous stay. It seems that people just want to grab your money and don't take into account the details anymore. And this is a bit disrespectful.

• Jianwei (5/5): Bring your own toilet paper and shampoo and you will be good. - Great location, spacious. Poor service. Actually no service. If you run out of toilet paper or shampoo, you are on your own. I kept telling the manager that we would arrive early. We got there and waited 1h30 mins for some one to show up. They asked us go shopping. That was fun with luggage because it’s not possible to store luggage. And when I said I need toilet paper and shampoo, they kept sending me messages that they don’t provide any supply or service, and they requested that I keep the apt clean. Then finally they said they would said some toilet paper and shampoo but they never did. And they don’t supply laundry detergent as well. I asked why and they said some customers did some thing to them?!

Receptionist was very helpful too when I left my bags with him for the day (my flight was very late). Just to tell the guests it’s an automatic locking door (locked myself out one night).
