- Esther (9/5): - La ubicación, las vistas , la amplitud, ideal para familias, todo muy cerca. Por las mañanas entra mucha luz en las habitaciones, no hay persianas ni cortinas.
- Nikki (10/5): Perfect accomodation for a memorable stay in Rome - Fantastic location with two restaurants at the front gate, so quiet even though it’s just off via Corso. Up on the balcony all you can hear are the birds. View is amazing, looking straight at St Peter’s Basilica. We used the washer and drier which we much appreciated for the next leg of our travels. Tricky to find the location of the bins, they were 450m away from the apartment which caused a bit of a panic at checkout with transport to catch.
- Lino (5/5): Mixed Experience with Uncomfortable Stay. Great view. - Great welcome by Alex the host even if I arrived later than expected. Location and view are the highlights of this location. The bed was not comfortable at all, and my back was constantly sore. Light entering the room, either from the bathroom glass or the soffit, made it difficult for light sleepers, especially those prone to having a hard time sleeping. The WiFi did not reach the rooms, although the agency promptly attempted to resolve the issue by sending someone to fix the extender signal. One bathroom had a sewer smell, and taking a shower there was quite claustrophobic. The air conditioning worked well in the living room, but it did not reach the bedrooms. The place was not very clean. I hesitate to mention other issues because, unfortunately, my stay was not lucky, and I don’t believe this place usually experiences such problems.
Given all these issues, the agency offered to resolve them by providing a shuttle to the airport. I had to decline since I had already made my own arrangements, but I appreciated the offer.
- Margaret (1/5): Cockroaches and black mold - Nothing. It is very dirty. Cockroaches, black mold, and number of problems with bathroom showers. This property is not safe to shower and sleep in. There are cockroaches here and black mold. The first shower would not drain and the other smelled and leaked. We elevated this to staff with no resolution. They did send an exterminator and after that we just found dead cockroaches everywhere. There were no towels in bathrooms to dry your hands and no soap to wash them. We should have received a refund and moved to another location. We will not use bookings again. This rental should be removed from available rentals.
- Daniel (10/5): The apartment was clean, brilliant layout and everything you need there for your stay, superb location we will be back a - Matteo met us early so we could sort our bags in the apartment prior to check in which was very helpful, Apartment exceeded our expectations and was fabulous in every way! The location is superb with shops and restaurants on your door step and within a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. I can speak highly enough about all aspects of the apartment and our stay
- Corinne (8/5): Spacious apartment in great location - Spacious apartment within walking distance to all main attractions. Nice area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The terrace area had a great view but wasn’t well prepared with bird droppings on parapet wall and floor area. Could have been really pretty with a few more plants.
- Rosinia (9/5): Staff was very friendly and courteous. Eliza and Giacomo were a pleasure to work with and did a great job with welcoming - Great location and accommodations for our family.
- Cathy (9/5): Superb -
- Kirrin (8/5): Great view, great location. - The apartment was in a great location. Heaps of restaurants and shops in the surrounding streets, and the Rome attractions were all within walking distance. The view was stunning. If you’re taller than average or are planning to do a lot of cooking during your stay, this apartment is perhaps not for you. The slanting ceilings, particularly in the kitchen, were a bit challenging.
- Marie (9/5): My family and I enjoyed our stay in Rome. The unit was very well situated and it was within walking distance to many of - Perfectly situated, roomy for a family of four, quiet interiors for being in the middle of the city. The beds were comfortable as were the couches. I loved that the property had three bathrooms total. The kitchen was too small, the steps into sunken rooms were dangerous for someone with a bad knee, the dryer did not work well, the sliding doors to the washing units were stuck so it was difficult to get to the units.
- Matthew (3/5): expensive for the facilities you get but in a nice location - nice location when you actually find it, plenty of space showers didnt work properly and the drains overflowed flooding the bathrooms. after using showers the apartment stunk of sewage
- Karen (6/5): Adequate for our needs. - Great location and plenty of room for the three of us. It was cold and we couldn’t turn the heat on. The shower drain did not work. Water didn’t drain. Workers were on the roof early in the morning and the sky lights did not have shades for privacy or to block light. The internet code did not work.
- Gadi (6/5): Air-conditioning doesn't work properly and no response from management. - The location was excellent. Right on Via Corso and near the Parliament. Very close to bus stations. The closest Metro station was closed for renovation. There are several problems with the apartment:
1. The air-conditioning in the main bedroom didn't work properly. Numerous calls were left unanswered and without resolution to the issue. We used a fan to get some sort of breeze. This was a major issue as temperatures in July were around 35 degrees.
2. The apartment has multiple skylight windows. They do not have blinds or any way to darken them. So be prepared to wake up around 06:00 from the sun.
3. Do not plan to cook in the kitchen. Although there are appliances, the ceiling is so low, getting something from the fridge at night was an extremely painful experience.
4. The building next door is being renovated. The workers have a direct view into the bedrooms and bathrooms from the skylight windows.
All in all, if management were to acknowledge our problems, they may have gotten a better review.
- Skye (8/5): Great apartment - location and facilities! Construction going on though which affected our privacy. - Great location and super spacious apartment. A treat for my kids to be in separate beds - hard to find in Europe in apartments we found. Great cafe and restaurant straight downstairs. Secure building. Easy walk to everything. Washing machine worked well too - always a bonus. Construction going on to entire building - wasn't very noisy it was more that the builders could see directly into bathroom through the skylight when they were on site and also were literally right above/beside balcony so I didn't feel comfortable sitting outside when they were there. Skylights in master bedroom didn't have a blind - not an issue for us as we are early risers but just take note, was bright early. I was also told that there was aircon in the bedrooms which wasn't the case. Two units in living area which trickled down to bedrooms a little. Bedrooms did have a stand alone fan - just mentioning FYI.
- Cislo (9/5): Nice place to stay. Great location. Perfect for 2 couples or small family - Very nice little place. Had 4 adults and it was perfect for us. Location was great. Had a nice little coffee shop right outside which was perfect for a quick breakfast before busy day.
- Michał (10/5): Exceptional - Nice view, very good localization and lovely apartment
- Daryl (10/5): Great location, beautiful flat and local agent really helpful. - Lovely views from balcony of the Basilica. The flat was exactly like the photos, so happy with that. Ceiling quite low in kitchen.
- Mdngtlv (6/5): Pleasant -
- Catherine (8/5): A lovely comfortable apartment in central Rome with an exceptional balcony view - The apartment was in a superb location. It had a balcony with a stunning view. It was beautifully designed and fitted. Very tasteful decorated. It was very quiet notwithstanding being in such a central location. There was three of us and we had ample space. I received instant assistance from the management team when I had a difficulty with the lighting which was much appreciated. The management need to check the functioning of their lighting. Putting on one particular light in the shower en- suite in the twin room caused the trip switch on the lighting to cut out all the lights. A number of the lamps were out of order eg the bedside light, a lamp in the sitting area etc. We would have loved a couple of extra cereal bowls in the kitchen
- Illia (9/5): Superb - An incredible view from a terrace. Great interior coupled with an exceptional location. Very good place to stay with your friends!
