Jose (10/5): A hotel to consider in Brussels! - Our stay in this hotel has been fantastic. Its location, 2-3 minutes away from Central Station is perfect if you want, as we did take a direct train to Amsterdam for the day. The hotel is only a couple of blocks to the Central Square and lively street around it. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small refrigerator and coffee/tea maker. The staff was very helpful if you needed directions. We did not try the hotel breakfast as we consider it, at 35 euros in advance or 40 euros at the door, overpriced. Please note that this comment only refers to the cost and not the quality of the food and service which might justify the price quoted.

Michael (6/5): Great Location but rooms let it down at the rate charged - Great location, smart reception, great roof top facilities/bar area For the amount of money charged expected a better room. (We find this at a lot of hotels when using booking. com it seems we are a necessary inconvenience) 5th floor seemed to be all the smaller double rooms, wardrobe doors needed attention, air conditioning controls didnt work properly, shower head not working and bath taps were loose. So in summary front facing very smart and clean but better rooms for booking.com customers (when paying these rates) and lastly get the basics right in the rooms I.e shower that works,air conditioning that works and a wardrobe that the doors close properly.

美穂 (10/5): - ブリュッセル中央駅から歩いてすぐ、グランプラスや芸術の丘など市内観光地全て徒歩圏内の好立地です。駅にスーパーがあるので、ちょっとした買物もできます。チェックイン前・後の荷物預け可能で、フロントの方は大変親切でした。誕生日の滞在だったのですが、パスポートを見て気がついてくれて、お部屋のアップグレードとルーフトップバーの飲み物券までいただいてしまいました。素敵な誕生日になりました。ありがとうございました。ブリュッセルでの宿泊におすすめします。

L’accueil peu chaleureux. Le peu de prise en compte de nos demandes. Le bruit de la ventilation dans la salle de bain. Le retrait (et pas l’empreinte de carte) de 50€ « en cas de dépenses dans l’hôtel », qui sera remboursé mais sans délai annoncé

Su13 (4/5): Preis-Leistung stimmt gar nicht! - Die Lage ist zentral und gut. Das Frühstück ist gut. Zimmer sollten renoviert werden. Wasserhahn im Lavabo war nicht dicht, im anderen Zimmer Duschkopf. Ein Möbel konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Alles sehr abgeschossen. In der Badewanne war eine Art Sprung, wo man sich unter Umständen den Fuss hätte verletzen können. Kommunikation an Rezeption sehr schwierig. Es hiess Zahlung ging nicht durch, ich konnte jedoch beweisen, dass ich bezahlt hatte. Trotzdem ca. 20 Minuten diskutiert. Am nächsten Tag hiess es, wir hätten kein Depot bezahlt und dann wurde die Zahlung doch noch gefunden. Wirkt sehr unprofessionell. Die Tür zum Gepäckraum wurde uns geöffnet, wir mussten es jedoch selber holten, auch beim Frühstück wurden die gebrauchten Teller nicht abgeräumt.

Pervova (10/5): We loved it! Will be back! - 5 minutes walk from the train station in the center of the city made it a very convenient spot after our long days of walking around. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good sound insulation. Friendly staff. Rooftop bar with an amazing view of the city hall tower that changes illumination every 15 minutes. Wish they had an iron in the room, because going downstairs to ask for it was inconvenient when you are rushing out of the room to be somewhere.

STEPHANIE (10/5): - Etablissement magnifique, chaleureux (boiseries et couleurs chaudes). Lit très confortable. Chambre décorée avec gout, très calme. Petit déjeuner excellent avec personnel attentif. Roof top à la vue idéal pour visualiser les dômes de Bruxelles. Idéalement situé.

Da ripetere..... - Posizione centralissima alle spalle della Grand Place, disponibilità di locali di tutti i generi, dalle birrerie ai ristoranti gourmet. Terrazza bar panoramica aperta la sera. L'unica osservazione negativa è sul costo giornaliero del loro garage; sembra eccessivo ma non se ne può fare a meno perché parcheggiare per strada costerebbe molto di più.

Flordeliza (10/5): - This hotel is so beautiful and clean. The staff are nice as well. Its close to the train station, restaurants and stores are everywhere. Its a walking distance to the Grand place. This hotel has restaurant downstairs. I will definitely recommend this to anyone.

Kaoruko (9/5): 最高のロケーション - 清潔感があり、十分な広さ。そしてとても広いバスタブもあるのでリラックスできました。ホテルのロケーションも最高でした。スタッフの皆さんとてもにこやかで気持ちのいい接客でしたシャワーは水圧低め。水とお湯を混ぜるタイプで温度調整が難しかったです。デトックスウォーターがフロント前に置いてありましたが、人気のようで毎回ほぼ無かったです笑下の階にあるレストランを一度利用しましたが提供がとても遅かったです、あまりお勧めできません。ルーフトップバーがあり、一度覗きに行きましたが、貸切パーティみたいなのをしていました。チェックインの際に説明がなかったので、前日に行っておけばよかったと悲しくなりました。ステイ自体は良かったので勿体無く感じました
Gary (10/5): Fabulous on all accounts - Super location for Grand-Place and all other attractions, excellent location with regards to central station also. The rooftop bar early evening watching the sunset was amazing and an added bonus. And the staff were all super friendly and helpful

We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and staff made us feel very special with an upgrade to a junior suite, balloons and truffles in our room and a cocktail at the bar. Nothing

MASAO (9/5): ロケーションがよくスタッフも気配りも素晴らしい。 - 入り口ドアからパスワードがあり部屋まで計４回のパスワードでメールで送信されてくるがチェックインが簡単にできすぐに部屋に入れた。部屋も広く清潔できれい、ベランダからのロケーションもよくコーヒーを飲んだりと最高です。朝食は部屋入口に朝6:30にパンが置いてあり冷蔵庫にはバター、ジャム、ヨーグルト、ジュースなどがある。　クレージーホースやエッフェル塔も近く日没後のダイヤモンドフラッシュも見れた。　建物が古く床が夜中にギシギシ言うのが少し気になった。

Gerardo (8/5): Muy buena, la ciudad tiene mucho para ver y el hotel está al lado de todo lo histórico - La ubicación es excelente, el hotel super comodo con jarra electrica café y té para tomar algo tranquilo al llegar en la noche La coordinación del taxi hacia el aeropuerto la hizo el personal del hotel, el taxi estuvo en hora pero durante el viaje mantuvo el cartel de libre y cuando llegamos no me permitió pagar con tarjeta y exigió pago contado

mustafa (10/5): - Great location. It is 2-3 minutes away to Grand Palace and the train station. Staff was kind and helpful. Comfortable and clean rooms. It was a nice stay. Also, many thanks for the gifts for the birthday. If i will come to Brussels again, I will prefer the hotel. Slippers could have been provided.
