• Th (3/5): Stay Away - The location is good. The space is enough for a couple and perhaps one child. A nightmare. As other reviews, it's very complicated and unreliable to get into the apartment, which is the last thing you want for travel. The owner did not send me information about check-in until I emailed him a few days before. Initially, he sent me the wrong information about another apartment. It's me who found out the wrong address and queried again. He then sent me the information about the correct apartment. However, the instruction about entrance was complicated and not accurate. When I arrived, I couldn't get in the front door of the apartment. I contacted with the owner through the messages of BOOKINGS.com. He did not answer phone calls from foreign numbers. He was not willing to come to assist me and blamed me for not reading his instructions carefully (could you trust a guy who sent the instructions about the wrong property?) After many trials and errors, finally I got into the apartment. I thought the nightmare was over. But the next day when I returned, I couldn't get in again. I followed the instructions he messaged me yesterday, but it's useless. The neighbors saw my struggle, and were very nice to contact the owner. Finally, I got in. Then, I studied the lock mechanism and realised that the owner's instructions were simply too complicated and misguided. If he gave the correct information, we wouldn't have so much trouble. Besides, as other reviews pointed out, it's very strange that once you enter the front door, there is one last door of the apartment. A few days later, I realised that the front door is actually a door into TWO apartments! But the key for the front door and the last door is actually the same, which means that the residents of the other apartment can get into your apartment!!! Never in any place the owner mentions this. Does the owner actually live there and doesn't want to show up to help? Or, why doesn't the owner pay them to assist cumstorms when needed?
• Liliya (9/5): Superb - Very nice flat, convenient location, 10 minutes metro, central station, buses to Bergamo airport. Clean linen, towels.
• Wazma (5/5): Cozy stay but needs some maintenance - I liked that it was 10 minutes walk to Milano central the host was great and responsive. When we arrived there was a complicated sign on security process to get in, and sometimes the high security doors wouldn’t open easily, as soon as we came the apartment wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests. pillows and blankets were on top of the table. We went out and the cleaner came to clean it. The sink wasn’t fixed looking at previous reviews and it was still partially blocked. You get what you pay for it’s a low price rental but passable.

• Ccitorres (3/5): Needs for improvement - Centrally located, 5-10 minutes walk from main train station of Milano. It was a bit challenging to figure out the code and keys during check-in, as the host only provided instructions upon our arrival. The kitchen appliances were not very clean, particularly the kettle, which was full of limescale, although the refrigerator and freezer were in good condition. Additionally, the bathroom had drainage issues in both the sink and the shower. The door knob to the main apartment was also loose and difficult to open each time.
• Анастасія (6/5): Not bad for a short period. - Location was good. Close to the metro and the tram. Kitchen is good equipped. Bed is big enough for two people with a child. The water in the sink in the bathroom did not drain well. The bedding was synthetic. Blankets were generally without duvet covers and they were not provided at all. The towels didn't look very clean either.

• Daniel (7/5): Adventurous arriving, unexpected kindness - Situated in a good place, near metro and Centrale, also the host was super kind Good for exploring the city, recommended to friend groups The check in was a bit problematic., I dont know if the host is just careless or forgot about us. But compensated with being absolute kind and helpful when called.
• Rumen (5/5): Passable - The location. Only 5 walk to the train station and to the metro station. It was clean. We got a very good explanation by the owner. 1. The access to the apartment was very complicated: the first door should be opened by using an app but it didn't work for us. Then the owner told us that we first have to open a small safe attached to the fence with a 4-digit code. Inside the safe there was a bunch if keys. We opened the first door with key, than the second door with another key, then the third door with the third key and when we finally were in front of the last door, we had to use a 6-digit code. And we should do all this everytime single time. 2. The bathroom: both sinks were stuck. According to other feedbacks, the owner knows about the problem but didn't do anything to fix the problem. 3. There was totally two coffee cups. No other glasses or cups. We were four people and had to use the two cups on rotations. 4. It is mentioned in the announce so that's not actually owner's fail, but should be known: There's no air condition in the apartment and it was extremelly hot inside and almost impossible to sleep at night.

• Боряна (4/5): Disappointing - The location is excellent. The owner is responsive and helps with a problem. The apartment is too small for 5 people. It is sufficient for two adults and a small child at most. The bathroom lock was falling apart. It wasn't very clean.
• Abdallah (3/5): Never do it again - Location Room was not clean while we arrived at 5 pm. Then they sent the cleaner to start the cleaning and finish at 6 pm. They wasted my time. The bathroom needs a plumber. The access to the building and the apartment is really annoying as they use mobile app but it does not work well.
• Zeynep (9/5): Superb - Host was very helpful and kind. Whenever ı something or there was a problem , host tried to help and fix the situation. It was comfortable and location was very gppd near the central station. For day trips going to central station by walking easily was wonderful.
• Ricardo (1/5): Terrible and false advertising in booking. Com - Location All, despite the apartment is modern it is an apartment only for three people usually a couple and a kid that’s it, but this guy rented us this property for five people and it was cramped. When we booked this property they offered WIFI a tool super important for the tourist in this times, but when we arrived oh surprise there is no WIFiI during the four days in that property and also no AC and at night the hot is intense, we have to sleep with the window open.
• Cathy (3/5): there are better stays in Milan - -location was near the tube station -good kitchen appliances - not clean upon arrival , why is there half a toilet roll that was used and not a whole toilet roll. - the door broke and we were locked out but the host helped as soon as possible. -the flat was small for 2 people - the sofa bed was really uncomfortable - there was no shampoo or enough toilet roll provided - asked for extra toilet roll but gave us one for 4 people for 1 day.
