• Martin (10/5): Clean, modern, well priced - would use again! - I booked this at the last minute based on location - the size and cleanliness of the rooms matched the pictures. It was exactly what I needed - the underground car park was a bonus and the staff were polite, professional and dealt with all of my requests swiftly. November Coffee shop is a bonus - clearly a popular hang out place, although there aren't many other facilities within walking distance at the moment as there is a lot of construction in the area (was never bothered by noise though!) Thanks to everyone.

• Robin (7/5): Good bed, large rooms, super loud, in the middle of nowhere - Large room WiFi barely works There is a coffee house in the building open until midnight and the room is facing the courtyard. It’s super loud and you need earplugs I specifically asked for NO room service and also marked the door with “no service” but they went in anyway.

Bellissimo l'arredamento molto pregiato. ho per sbaglio lavato i denti con l'acqua del lavandino ed ho avuto mal di pancia per giorni. La wifi non ha mai funzionato decentemente, peccato. sono gli unici difetti che do alla fine la posizione remota è una cosa comune a riyadh.
