• Daniel (7/5): Great location. Cheap (ish) and cheerful. - The property is in a great location right next to the beach, with one of the best value supermarkets right across the street. We drove and found the location to be perfect for all our favourite beaches. Speightstown is around 20 minutes one way and Carlisle bay is approximately 20 minutes the other. There is off street parking, and also a bus stop just outside the property, so no complaints there. The neighbours were warm and friendly. The kitchen and bathroom were ok, but just ok. Both could do with a refurb, but at this price point I really wouldn’t expect much more. The water pressure in the shower was decent and there was hot water on demand. The AC worked well, although we found the fans did the job most of the time. The people that manage the property are easily contactable and generally responsive. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The beds all had rubber/waterproof mattress protectors which felt disgusting, and the worn out, ill fitting sheets on the double felt thin and cheap. I personally wouldn’t stay there again solely for this reason.
• Simon (8/5): Seaspray Fitts The Bill - Great location, yards from the beach, supermarket and main road for the buses going up and down the island. Good amount of room in the house, aircon in the bedrooms and fans in the others. All the facilities worked well (washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer). Really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (cutlery, plates, coolbox, pots/pans and coffee machine). Great value for money given the location to the beach too. The property is on the main road so expect loud cars/buses/etc. to be carrying on well into the night and early morning so bring earplugs. Curtains are thin so would suggest bringing a blackout blind (especially if you have little ones). The beds have a plastic sheet under them which makes them quite noisy if you're turning over so be aware of that. Also, given the location, the house bakes in the sun which is great for drying clothes, but will be very hot if you're in during the day.

• Aliya (10/5): Exceptional - The proximity to the beach was great. The bus stop was right outside the gates of the property. I loved the outdoor space I sat out there for hours at night listening to the ocean.
• Kitty (9/5): The property was so nice and quiet. Best spot for a quick grocery to Jordan and to go to the amazing Batt Rock beach at - It was a perfect location to take the bus or any other type of transportation. It had the two bus stops in both ways in front attached to the house. Just the shower it needs a different attachment that you can take off for rinse the shower or for better shower especially with kids but it was not an issue anyways.
• Andell (9/5): Superb - Lots of toiletries, cookware and extras provided. Location to beach excellent. Very friendly owner. Accommodation in very good condition. Hot water in shower would have made it perfect
• Ria (7/5): Good - I love how cozy and comfortable the location is and great accessibility to the Jordan's supermarket across the street. The water pressure a bit low but I would stay there again for a short stay.
