• WAI MAN (9/5): - 兩年前第一次入住，今次是第二次，房間環境一向都是非常理想，空間十分大，浴室設備非常好，洗衣機及乾衣機容量非常大，很方便清洗衣服。第一次來的時候每天早上都有員工在大堂接待旅客，亦會提供小食和咖啡做早餐，與住客有很多交流。可惜今次入住的時候，已經沒有員工在早上接待旅行，缺少了溝通。有任何要求要經網上發訊息，還好，回覆得很快。 提一提，大堂的咖啡機無法使用。

• Mehnaz (7/5): Good stay with minor flaws - 1. Spacious than other properties 2. Moderately clean 3. Provided clean towels and water every day 4. Location wise had bus stop for Sunshine city just next to the place and train station within 12/15 minutes walking distance. 5. Laundromat close by, 7/11 and Lawson within walking distance. 6. Had lift 7. Living area had microwave, cooking area etc 1. Outdated flimsy fixtures and tacky decor- too many pillows and decorative items. Some may like it however we found it hard to find space for our items. 2. Bathroom exhaust didn’t work 3. Everything felt fragile and would break easily 4. There was washing machine and dryer but it didn’t work most of the time we were there. We could only use it one time. Rest we had to take it to the laundromat for drying. 5. The coffee machine provided worked fantastic the first day however later on it didn’t have beans.
• Nigel (7/5): This is a budget apartment hotel, not a luxury hotel, it is good value for what it is. - Large rooms. Fresh Towels and bottled water each day. Large TV with Netflix. Train station and bars and restaurants nearby. Helpful man at reception. Decor shabby with torn wall paper and holes in skirting boards. Bathroom a bit smelly and apartment not immaculate.

• Yong Xian (7/5): 池袋家庭出遊推薦 - 訂的三臥室套房空間很大，非常適合家庭旅遊，而且每間房間的床都很大，這在日本住宿很罕見。住宿配有全自動洗衣機，我們入住三天，要換洗的衣物很多，所以有洗衣機真的很加分。設備很完善，微波爐、吹風機、吸塵機、冰箱、餐具、刀具都有，讓人感覺像回到自己家裡。 因為是冬天，所以地板非常冷，對於喜歡脫鞋的馬來西亞人來說，磁磚地板簡直是惡夢。即使開了暖氣，房間也還是很冷，尤其早上起床的時候，每次離開棉都要鼓起很大的勇氣。離池袋車站不算近，需要步行好長的一段路才能到，如果買太多東西回去，走路真的很累。

• Audrey (8/5): Not a five-star hotel but does the job - Great place to stay, clean and had fresh towels and (complimentary?) water daily. There was no staff when we came in at 2:30 other than a sign on the desk stating our keys were on the counter. The instructions were a bit confusing but the check-in was very easy since we just grabbed the keys and went to our room. The rooms were really nice and clean. No complaints. Clean bathroom. Clean shower. Clean bedsheets. It was very comfortable. It's still close to the train station and downtown area. I recommend this hotel if you're looking for something nice in a decent area. The only critique I have is that there were ants by the fridge and an ant on my bed once. The location is also a few minutes farther than I would like and close to a busy, loud street.

• Dean (3/5): The landlord special hotel room - The staff I talked to were nice. There was a bowl of mandarins in my room (it was around new years), which was nice. Even though this room looked directly out on to an expressway, the double doors on the balcony really soundproofed the room. The room was not at all what I expected from the photos. What you don't see in the photos is the slapdash handyman work. The entire hotel is fairly gaudy, but I learned the hard way that does not mean it's luxurious. Most notible issues: - Everywhere there were noticable construction issues; patches, tape, poorly fitted fixtures and fittings, miss aligned and loose tiles, etc. - The bathroom door didn't close properly, however the latch did get caught on overhanging tiles when you tried to push it open. - The elevator was filled with essential oils creating an unbearably strong smell. I can only imagine what it was covering up. - The tile floor in the room was freezing in the winter, no matter how long I had the heater on, I had to avoid walking on it. - The laundry was outside, in a courtyard behind the building. Not ideal in winter. - The hotel is a bit out of the way. Interestingly, when walking to the hotel from the train station, you have to pass like 20+ love hotels, all of which looked much nicer and had better prices, haha.

• Kimberley (10/5): Amazing stay and really good hosts! - I would rate this accommodation 5* , I stayed here with 4 of my friends (total of 5) in November 2024 for 1 week and we enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, and the staff provided fresh towels every morning and a bottle of water for each guests every day. I really liked the service they provided. I didn’t like the fact that it was around 12-13 min walk from the station. Other than that, it was really good.

• Gerry (10/5): A very comfortable and convenient place for a family to stay in Tokyo - Great central location for touring Tokyo. The property had great communication before our arrival answered all our questions promptly and presented very detailed directions on getting from the airport or Tokyo station to the property. The three-room apartment was roomier than expected for Japan and accommodated 4 adults and 2 children quite comfortably. The staff were very friendly and helpful for all our needs and questions. The provision of a washing machine and dryer was convenient and beneficial. There was nothing I didn't like - a great place to stay for a family.
• Maria (10/5): Perfect stay - Friendly staff, comfortable beds, daily replacement of towels and water. It was perfect for our stay. I travelled with 10 family members and we were able to book 1x2bedroom and 1x3bedroom apartments which fit us perfectly. There was also a washing machine and dryer for us to use which was great. We stayed on level 8, the elevator only went up to level 7 which meant we had to carry our bags up a level. It wasn’t too much of a problem as it only affected us during check in and check out. Otherwise everything else was perfect.
