• Javier (10/5): - El trato de Simona, había leído comentarios muy positivos y luego entendí el porqué, la anfitriona es estupenda, te aconseja sitios, como moverte y que zonas disfrutar sea de día o de noche. La ubicación tambien es increíble, diez pasos de distancia a 2 paradas de autobús que te dejan en zonas turisticas. Y el apartamento tiene todo para que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Le doy un 10 en todo. Nada, estaba todo genial.

• Cristina (9/5): Very good value for money - Very calm neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops and the bus station in front of the house. Not far from the Vatican. The apartment is very nice and cosy. We will come back, when in Rome again!

• Tamás (10/5): Perfect choice to discover Rome. - Everything. Simona was very kind, and gave us all the information we needed. We liked very much that she welcomed us personally. The apartment is very silent and clean. Design of the flat was great, especially the fridge. :-) The windows overlook a quiet courtyard. We loved that the bus stop was in front of the house. There was a little bakery and a supermarket near to the apartment. And lots of places to eat. You can get to the city center very easily. That we could not stay longer...

• Jia (10/5): - Simona非常热情，周到，我们到的那天下雨，她一直等着我们，事无巨细给我们交待清楚。 门口有公交车站，距离地铁站大概8-10分钟步行。 步行到梵蒂冈圣彼得大教堂大概15分钟。 房间里有冰箱，微波炉，餐具锅具（甚至可以自己做菜，虽然我没做），胶囊咖啡机（Simona备好了足够的胶囊咖啡）。 街道安静，看起来这一片也比较安全。附近有家可以打包带走的pizza非常不错。出门左转有2家餐厅，早餐各式面包选择蛮多的。 Simona说我们是第一个入住她家的中国人，很开心。 房间对于在外旅行的三口之家足够宽敞。 好像没有。

Fin dal momento in cui abbiamo varcato la soglia, siamo stati accolti con un calore e una gentilezza straordinari che ci hanno fatto sentire immediatamente a nostro agio, come se fossimo a casa nostra. • Manuel (10/5): - La atención de su anfitriona Simona es inigualable, está atenta a que uno se sienta cómodo y te ayuda hasta con recomendaciones de donde comer cerca del apartamento. Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme en su apartamento en el futuro. Tuvimos un problema con la regadera, pero Simona nos dió una solución rápida. La suavidad de la cama, al padecer de lumbalgia es duro dormir en un colchón tan suave.

• Melissa (10/5): Great stay in Rome for anyone with kids - Great space and very convenient for visiting the Vatican and Rome. The metro is a 15 min walk away with lots of great restaurants all around. Simona is a fantastic host and will help you with everything. We have an 8 months old and she had a very spacious playpen with a very comfortable mattress. The bed was also very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well to North American standards. She was very accommodating for our infant and provided literally everything we needed for her from baby clothes to utensils and bib. It has a nice seating area so the baby could sleep and you could hang in the kitchen. Nothing everything was perfect

• Rosy (10/5): Breve vacanza a Roma in totale serenità - Appartamento molto grazioso, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, arredato in stile moderno. Dispone di cucina attrezzata, lavastoviglie, tostapane, forno a microonde, bollitore, macchina per caffè aria condizionata. Si trova in zona tranquilla a 15 minuti a piedi dai musei Vaticani e dalla metro A, che porta alla stazione Termini e in diverse zone centrali. Nel viale davanti casa passano due autobus diretti in centro. Nei dintorni si trovano diversi bar e ottimi ristoranti, oltre ad un supermercato grande e ben fornito. La signora Simona è molto gentile e vi darà ogni informazione per poter girare la città con estrema serenità. Sicuramente sceglierei questa struttura per un futuro soggiorno a Roma.

• Nermin H. (10/5): Top Unterkunft in Vatikannähe - Wir haben ein Konzert im Stadion Olympico besucht und dafür ist die Lage top. Man ist aber auch gleich beim Vatikan und in die Innenstadt kommt man bequem mit dem Bus, da direkt vor der Tür die Bushaltestelle ist. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Simona ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin und hat uns viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben.

• Nicolas (10/5): - El apartamento es perfecto para una estancia en Roma, todo muy nuevo, limpieza, ordenación, tiene todo lo necesario, tranquilo, silencioso, la ventana da a un jardín precioso sin vecinos, si tuviera que volver no lo dudaría, y lo recomiendo totalmente, la Anfitriona es muy amable, buena persona y muy atenta, te ayuda en todo lo posible, por eso valoramos en 10. • Catalin (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located in a good area. In front of the building is the bus stop. The metro is about 10-15 minutes walk. Shop 1 minute walk. There are many restaurants in the area.
• Sinéad (10/5): A great find close to the Vatican. - We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The location was great. Very close to the Vatican, you can walk or get the No 23 bus which will drop you outside. The number 23 & 70 buses stop directly outside the apartment. The 70 is great (if you stay on) as it brings you to lots of different sites. The traffic is busy in Rome so relax and enjoy the journey. There are restaurants very close by and an excellent supermarket across the road (through the alley). The apartment is very comfortable and has a decent kitchen for cooking in. There is a hob but no oven which was perfect. The shower was lovely and the bathroom was a great size. I will 100% stay here again when I visit Rome. I have to mention Simona, the host who is a fabulous lady and was very helpful in every way!! Everything was perfect!

Simona, the owner, explained and gave us all information we need to know to have a great experience in Rome. The bus station is in front of the building. Many places around were you can enjoy good local food. A supermarket close to apartment which was very helpfull. I recoomend to choose this accommodation if you want to spend a good quality time in Rome! Nothing

The district is very safe and nice. A few restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. 10 minutes walk to the metro station and Vatican. About 20-25 minutes on foot to the city center. Everything was great.

• Upali (10/5): Spacious, Clean, Cozy apartment in a nice area, Great host! - The apartment was spacious, family friendly, cozy and very clean. Simona's a great host. She went out of her way to accommodate our special request and was very understanding when we couldn't meet the check-in time due to a flight delay. Upon booking, she provided a lot of relevant information for our stay, which helped a lot in getting around and planning our outings each day. She was also quite available, prompt to answer even questions not directly related to our stay, such as information on taxi bookings. Location is very convenient, situated in a nice area, within 15 min walking distance from Vatican. Decent bus routes and metro is accessible within easy reach. There are decent places to do basic grocery shopping and eating, and Simona provided all these information to us which made things easier. I'm really glad we chose this apartment and will definitely book it again if we visit Rome. I can highly recommend it to anyone staying in Rome. Nothing to dislike!

The apartment is situated in a lovely and secure neighborhood, conveniently close to numerous restaurants and a large store. A bus stop is located right in front of the building, offering easy access to the heart of Rome. Alternatively, the metro is just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was impeccably clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We truly felt at home and look forward to returning in the future!

Vatican museum is down the street if you keep walking straight. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with everything what we needed. Simona was very kind and she welcomed us in the apartment. She explained everything to us about the public transport and local food and attractions. She was very responsive when we needed something. Rating is 10 excellent.

Beside being close to the Vatican it’s also a very tranquil area to stroll around in the day and evenings. Feels very safe and relaxing. Grate osterias, restaurants, bakeries and wine bars too. The flat is super easy to get to, within a short walk from the metro. The flat is newly renovated, every thing is clean and functional. The owner shows to have a good taste for quality and offers high quality service. Simona is a grate host, she received personally at our arrival and give is a good introduction of the flat and the area around it.

• Ferenc.16 (10/5): Nice apartment in Prati, close to Ottaviano and S. Pietro - Host, cleanliness and location. This part of Rome is my choice for safety and access to metro. The apartment is easily accessible and comfortable. The price is a bit over my budget but it was overall worth it. Everything was great, only in the second night the neighbour had the TV on very loud for a short period of time. Knocking on the wall worked, they then turned it down and I could go to sleep.
