I had two different bookings for a last minute change in my travel plans, and they helped me to do the transition from one room to another very smoothly without being without a room at any moment. • Marta (10/5): Świetny hotel w centrum. - Bardzo dobry hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie, perfekcyjna czystość. Pokoje przestronne, łóżka duże i wygodne. Śniadania urozmaicone, bardzo smaczne. Duży wybór dań na ciepło. Na dachu klimatyczny basen, sauna. Dostęp do niewielkiej siłowni. Szczerze polecam to miejsce. -
• ANNABELLE (6/5): La chambre était peu adaptée à nos besoins. - L’hôtel était bien situé, à proximité des lieux importants de la ville. Il y a plusieurs points qui ne nous ont pas plu lors de notre séjour : - petit déjeuner > peu de choix sur les boissons. Nous aurions aimé avoir le choix parmi des sachets de thé et non juste du café ou thé noir. Les jus étaient très sucrés et pour certains peu qualitatif. - le lit était très mou et les bordures en bois peu pratiques. - la salle de bain ne disposait que d’une baignoire peu pratique sans aucun rideau ou vitre. C’était donc dangereux pour y rentrer et cela mouillait la salle de bain. - nous avions une chambre de 3 et il n’y avait aucune place pour sécher nos serviettes et peu de cintres pour nos vêtements dans le dressing. - nous avions pris une chambre vue ville. Via le rooftop nous avons vu que les 3 autres côtés de la tour avaient une belle vue : la nôtre était sur un immeuble en construction.

The location is also very good and its easy accessible. The hallways to the rooms are a bit older, they don't match the standard of the foyer, rooftop and gym. If you're staying on a lower level you can hear the traffic in the night.

• Jonny (10/5): Perfect stay for Ho Chi Minh City stay - We’ve had a brilliant stay at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel itself felt very luxurious and clean, and our room was kindly upgraded due to it being our honeymoon. Location was great for district 1, and going further afield was very cheap in a grab. Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you. We loved the rooftop bar and pool and one of the waiters even replaced my husband’s drink because it was his last drink on his final night and he wasn’t keen - very kind! Cocktail hour was 4-7pm and you get 40% off, making drinks even more affordable and really yummy too. We used the gym once, not huge but had the basics and was air-conned. The only slight improvement could be to have more gluten free friendly options at breakfast or have dishes clearly labelled and better understanding of the allergy. For anyone visiting HCMC, we’d highly recommend this hotel! See above

The staff were welcoming and we appreciated the greeting from the doorman every time we returned. The rooftop pool and bar is spacious and the pool was clean and refreshing after the heat of the day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return. We could not get hot water in the shower in one of our rooms, however given it was so warm during our stay the cool shower was refreshing.
• juraj (9/5): - Hotel bol v dobrej lokalite, cenovo dostupný s veľmi milým personálom. Bazén na streche bol veľmi príjemný hoci voda bola chladnejšia. Vo všeobecnosti odporúčame. V hoteli sme strávili 3 noci z čoho dve boli absolútne bez problémové a posledná tretia noc bola v noci z piatka na sobotu. Cca o 22:00 sa začala izba otriasať, rezonovať a s extrémnym hlukom. Naša izba bola rožná na druhom poschodí a bola takmer nad diskotékou. Toto je vec, ktorá sa určite pravidelne opakuje a personál bol empatický, snažil sa problém reportovať polícií, alebo ponúkol štuple do uší. Hudba sa vypla pred polnocou a začala opäť hrať oveľa tichšie o pol hodinu neskôr. Je to patová situácia pre všetkých a v iných ako rožných izbách je hluk určite menší.

• Damian (10/5): A beautiful hotel, great staff all so willing to help. Awesome roof top bar and pool. - Small, boutique style but upmarket in every respect. It is on the pricier side of things in Saigon.

Für den Preis hätte das Hotelzimmer noch ein tick schicker sein können und die Laundry wurde nach stück mit 2 euro pro stück abgerechnet. Das war in dem 5 Sterne Hotel vorher deutlich günstiger.

• Michelle (9/5): Centrally located, warm and welcoming staff and good value. - The staff were incredibly helpful. Troy gave us an exceptionally warm welcome, brought our bags up, helped to direct me to find a new phone charger after mine broke and overall were incredibly kind. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The city lights on the roof top were pretty at night. The rooftop lounge chairs are comfy, and a nice place to hangout, away from our room. The location is fab, with an awesome coffee place across the road 100m and plenty of nail and massage places at the end of our street. Super central. Our family were able to be located in one room, with a surcharge for an extra bed (3). Spacious and comfy. Circle K and seven-eleven closeby. The breakfast buffet was really great! Not a biggie as we weren’t in the room long, but we were facing a building site with a view of scaffolding. No work was being done so it was quiet.

• Clare (10/5): Modern boutique hotel in a great location. - Great location. A very modern boutique hotel. Unbelievable shower & pillows! Great rooftop bar & pool. The staff can’t do enough for you. Whilst the shower was unbelievable I needed a manual to use 😀

• Deike (9/5): - Sehr hilfsbereite und nette Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Samstag Nacht war der Bass aus einem Club in der Nähe extrem nervig. An den anderen Tagen war es ruhig.

The bathroom sink was smashed, the hair dryer wasn't working properly, it smelled burnt, and then it shut off altogether.

• David (9/5): Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Staff - Location was super. Close to Japantown, the river, the market. The staff were courteous, helpful, friendly and all one could want. The room was clean and the shower an unexpected bonus.
