• Daniel (1/5): Totalt katastrof start på denna semesterresa tack vara Booking.com - Det finns inget bra med denna lägenhet! Det finns inget att tycka om hos denna uthyrare. Vi fick inte ens nyckel till lägenheten och blev lämnade på mörk gata i London 02:00 mitt i natten. Booking.com övergav oss oxå så vi fick boka vårt egna boende mitt i natten. Inte lätt och inte billigt

• Emma (5/5): - Smelt nice. Beds were comfy. Stains on sofa bed and on cushions in bedrooms though Unable to sleep due to outside noise and difficulties shutting window. TV didn't work in the living room (no plug sockets). On searching for sockets, rubbish had been left behind in cupboards. Rubbish under bed. It definitely does not look like it does as advertised. On an aside not suitable for tall people, although wouldn't have been an issue if didn't feel so uncomfortable. Hooks off doors left on radiator. Questionable stains on the sofa bed (we didn't need to use this thankfully) and on cushions in bedrooms . Definitely doesn't warrant the price paid. Needed to contact property as no checkin information. The number on booking .com was not in use . Different number sent, host in Philippines. Although i was sent check-in info straight away once prompted, this did work. Accommodation shared with others . Not advertised as such and door left open when we returned. Felt uncomfortable. Not suitable for families. Door number scratched on door doesn't look appealing. Overpriced and feel been miss sold a 'luxury ' apartment.

• Maxine (9/5): Highly recommended. Clean and comfortable - This was perfect for our group of 3 friends. Very cleverly laid out to maximise space. It was spotlessly clean. Close to shops and restaurants. Everything was as described so no complaints.

• Veronica (2/5): Very disappointing for the money we paid. - It was in the location we needed. They were responsive to our messages and offered to send a cleaner but it was too late. It should have been clean when we arrived and that’s what we paid a cleaning fee for. Poor facilities. It was cramped and dirty. The heating either had to be on or off as the timer function didn’t work.
• Gove (1/5): Avoid at all cost - Nothing to like Didn't get access to the apartment. It wasn't at all appealing with busted front door, no key where was supposed to be. There was a heap of mail behind the door, place leading upstairs to the supposed apartment was unappealing and had a strong smell that was totally off putting. I can only imagine, upon first impressions, that the so-called apartment is nothing like the pics. I rang the number attached to my booking to be told they had not managed the apartment in 3 months, leaving me my 7 year old grandson and 2 other family members stranded. Having to walk the streets after 9pm to try to find alternative accommodation. Now claimed I cancelled my booking refunding £75, and I'm still trying to get hold of someone to complain to and claim the rest of my money back!
• James (10/5): Beautiful and cute apartment. Would recommend 10000% - Great property, great location, and the staff quick to help through booking.com messenger. Pleasant stay! Nothing to dislike. If you are tall, it’s a little challenging in some areas but honestly not really serious problem at all.
• Aristarque (10/5): My colleagues and I enjoyed our stay and it was very easy to find - Easy access to local stores and transportation services I’m 6’3 and not the brightest I’ll be honest, so ended up banging my head on a door frame but I know we’re rare nowadays 😅

• Momo (1/5): Very miserable stay for the family. Such facilities should not be listed. - N/A This was a nightmare experience for the family as this was the worst accommodation we have ever stayed. All the details in the photographs posted turned out to be lies. The fridge to serve the whole apartment is a bedside fridge nothing significant could be stored in it. The bathroom is the greatest disappointment. No adult could stand upright to use the bath or the toilet we all had to crouch to bath. The doors are very low and we kept banging our heads. Generally not fit for human habitation. The host became elusive and did nothing to address our concerns. we had to check out on day 3 of 10. we paid to get another accommodation and this really affected our trip. This accommodation should not be listed it is being used to cheat lodgers. A very bad and unpleasant experience

• Stavros (7/5): Big house, cold though and misleading pictures. - I liked that the beds were comfortable and the house was big enough to host us. I didn’t like that in general the pictures were misleading and the ceiling was extremely low. I hit my head a couple of times and it was impossible for me to have a shower.
• Jochel (7/5): Affordable - Best bit was the price. 280 for 7 people not bad. If you are on a budget this is one of the affordable places for group stays. Though it’s hard to eat together as the living area is not that wide. Slept on the couch bed and it was comfortable. The shower area. Place isn’t for tall people. Im 5’2 and i struggle standing up to shower. My friends who are taller than me mostly hit their head against the doors’ overheads. No cabinets installed for hanging of clothes anywhere. Location is 13minute walk to the nearest tube station.

• Najeeb (7/5): Good - I like the location of the flat and it's proximity to overground, underground and shopping centres. The rooms were pristine and meticulously decorated. The advert on booking.com is misleading. It says "Camden and Kings Cross 3 bedroom flat with parking" instead of with paid parking. We spotted a rat running to the kitchen from one of the rooms.

• Kane (1/5): Do not waste your time! - Nothing, horrific experience, disgraceful customer service never book this company! We never got to see it as after hours trying to find it and gain access. The keys weren't in the safe so when we finally got in touch with the property we were told they had double booked us and to contact Booking.com to get our money back. Awful customer service. Was left stranded 3 hours from home with my wife and two children in the middle of the night. Absolutely furious! Couldn't find another place. The property taking no responsibility even though they messaged me the day before.
• Charlotte (8/5): Lovely stay. Good size. Good value. - The property was perfect for us. Small and cute. Rooms were a good size for what we needed. Beds were all comfy. Equipped with everything we needed. The smell of weed inside the block, the minute you walked into the main door. NOT IN THE PROPERTY ITSELF! But the neighbours. The actual number of the property I don’t believe was given to us, and we couldn’t find it on our documents, so was a struggle to find the right number at first. The host would have been helpful to give over the information though I’m sure, but we found it by looking at photos to match up to the actual property. Also, just to warn people if they’re tall. The property is in the roof, so slanting ceilings. So be careful to not hit your head.

• Kady (4/5): Ok - Really disappointed with the host Requested parking with booking and on arrival no host to greet us as stated in email and when I tried to call she would not answer phone but was replying via messenger. Parking was not provided as requested and the initial £35 a day for parking went up to £59 per day We had to loon elsewhere and was lucky to get it knowing the emirates we came up for had 60000 people going to the event.
• Marius (1/5): Scam! - Nothing All you need to know is that this is a scam. We booked this apartment for one night and when we arrived at the property the keys did not match , we had to call other apartments but they did not let us in. We email , called and send messages to the landlord and when someone finally answered they said they are from maintenance. We waited about 30 minutes and then the owner answered telling us we didn’t know how to open the door but nobody come to help us. We had 3 children with us.We had to go back to Oxford . DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!! It is a scam!
• Katrina (8/5): great apartment but contact needs changing - great location and lovely apartment we couldn’t get in when we arrived due to a key issue and the contact was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly and said she couldn’t come. had to ask neighbours to let us in which they did begrudgingly. luckily the landlord then called and came but key access really shouldn’t be an issue and not with such a bad attitude.
• Ian (10/5): We had a lovely stay in the clean and spacious apartment. Would definitely recommend! - The rooms were clean with good facilities and interior design. The daily rates made the property value proposition incredibly high It got a little loud in the mornings due to the proximity of the apartment to the main road.
