• ivan (7/5): Si buscas algo centrico y solo vas a dormir, cumple su funcion. - Muy buena ubicacion, el precio no esta mal, el trato del personal es muy muy bueno, y el desayuno si que superó nuestras espectativas. De primeras, parece que te van a sacar un organo, ya que es la porteria de un edificio. Le falta una mano de pintura y cambiar el colchon Urgentemente! Por un lado del colchon parece que hay un agujero , en mi lado era como dormir en un pozo

• Heike (1/5): Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen! - Gefallen hat uns gar nichts! Tatsächlich ist es eigentlich eine Frechheit das diese Unterkunft überhaupt über Booking zu buchen ist. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, weil es tatsächlich eine Zumutung war! Haben aber sofort auch die Gebühren bezahlen müssen für die kompletten Tage. Haben uns dann am nächsten Tag ein Hotel genommen. Mussten also unseren Aufenthalt in Rom doppelt bezahlen !!!

• Ζωή (7/5): - Η άμεση επικοινωνία με το προσωπικό και το πρωινό. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή, εύκολα προσβάσιμο για το ιστορικό κέντρο καθώς υπάρχουν στάσεις λεωφορείων πολύ κοντά αλλά και με 25 λεπτά περπάτημα. Πολύ στενό το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο, δεν υπήρχε χώρος να αφήσεις βαλίτσα. Το πιο άσχημο ήταν η έντονη άσχημη μυρωδιά από την υγρασία. Είναι σε ισόγειο παλιού κτηρίου κ ένα παράθυρο που βλέπει στον ακάλυπτο χώρο.
• Polyanne Lyvia (7/5): - O quarto fica em um local muito bem localizado, a 15 minutos andando da estação termini e basicamente da pra fazer muita coisa a pé. o café da manhã é bastante diverso, com frutas, pães e torradas , suco e iogurte, com certeza o ponto alto da reserva. E o atendimento do anfitrião foi muito bom. O quarto é bem apertado, falta um móvel planejado pra guardar os objetos de uso frequente e malas. E travesseiros mais fofos. O banheiro é pequeno mas usável porém tinha algumas marcas de mofo e a luz de dentro do box não funcionava e faltava uma toalha de piso, muito importante porque ficava tudo molhado.

La rubinetteria è arrugginita e la camera era piena di muffa. Inoltre, la stanza era molto sporca tanto da dover chiamare il proprietario e chiedere di effettuare le pulizie.

• Anja (8/5): Perfekt für City Trip - Sehr zentrale Lage. Tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit leckeren Croissants. Man muss durch eine Abstellkammer um ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Das fanden wir zuerst seltsam aber das Zimmer an sich war gut.

Nie do przejedzenia :) nawet był koszyk z owocami, babeczkami - który zostawał na cały okres pobytu w pokoju, także jak ktoś potem zgłodniał można było jeść :) Bliskość pokoju do kluczowych atrakcji Rzymu :) a jeśli ktoś chce się przemieścić jeszcze szybciej - obok przystanek autobusowy Dodatkowo w sąsiedztwie apartamentu restauracje oraz lodziarnie Właściciel - przemiły, kochany! Zawsze uśmiechnięty i serdeczny, ma mnóstwo polecajek i wskazówek :) w ostatni dzień pobytu przyniósł nam do pokoju pizze, wino i lody z jednej z najstarszych lodziarni w Rzymie :) wow! Z pewnością wrócimy!

• Ali Onur (10/5): Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik, iyi bir yerde de konakladık. - Mustafa çok iyi birisi. Daha seyahate başlamadan bizle iletişime geçti, sorduğumuz her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Hatta Türkiyeye dönünce bile güvenli gidip gitmediğimizi sordu. Sabah kahvaltısı odanıza geliyor. Bu kahvaltı bazı 4-5 yıldızlı otellerde bile mevcut değil. Konumu Roma tarihi merkezlere yakın. -
• Luiz Cesar (1/5): Pessima experiencia - Absolutamente de nada! Nao havia equipe, somente fomos recebidos pelo Sr. Mustafa (proprietario dos quartos, que na verdade sao dois). Na frente do quarto havia uma cozinha muito pequena sem organizacao alguma, um saco de Toalhas e lencois sujos para serem retirados, que permaneceram pelas 2 noites que ficamos la. Na chegada quando nos instalamos no quarto, percebemos o quarto com muita sujeira e nao havia sido trocado as roupas de cama. Ao utilizar o banheiro, a tampa descarga caiu, o banheiro estava sem iluminacao, pedimos imediatamente para que ele fizesse o reparo, ele prontamente entrou no quarto, ele ajustou a tampa e no dia seguinte trouxe uma pessoa para arrumar a tampa, mas nos informou que nao daria para trocar a lampada do banheiro devido a varias trocas sem sucesso (ficamos no escuro qdo utilizavamos o banheiro). Para nossa surpresa o chuveiro ficava gelado qdo comecavamos a tomar banho, o Sr. Mustafa,trouxe no dia seguinte uma pessoa para arrumar este problema, com a nossa presenca ainda nas instalaçoes, ele entrava nas acomodacoes o que nos deixava extremamente incomodados, Enfim nossa estadia era para ser de 8 noites e ficamos 2 noites (ainda pq tivemos que correr para nos instalar em outro Hotel,(saindo do nosso orcamento). Vale lembrar ainda que qdo solicitamos a ele uma limpeza ele nos informou que aquele local nao se tratava de um Hotel, muito agressivo e com voz alta nos disse que gostaria que fomos embora, o que realmente fizemos com certeza, pois nem mesmo a questao de seguranca estavamos tranquilos naquele local.
• LAURA (8/5): - Gentilezza, cordialità e disponibilità del signor Mustafa'. Colazione abbondante. Posizione ottima per visitare Roma a piedi e con i mezzi a 12 minuti dalla stazione Termini. La mancanza di piani di appoggio nella stanza. La stanza più piccola di quello che mi aspettavo.
• Mateus (1/5): - Se você é brasileiro, não deve se hospedar nessa guest house. Estou escrevendo para relatar uma experiência extremamente desagradável que tivemos nesse local. Ao chegarmos ao quarto em nosso primeiro dia, encontramos um ambiente sujo, com pó de obra, lençóis malcheirosos e manchados. No dia seguinte, o chuveiro não funcionou a água quente. Quando relatamos o problema, Mustafa resolveu a questão, mas sua atitude foi extremamente agressiva e invasiva algumas horas depois. Ele entrou no quarto sem permissão (o que ele fez algumas vezes durante nossa breve estadia) e começou a gritar, falando que ficaria muito feliz se saíssemos do local, alegando que brasileiros "exigem limpeza" e que havíamos gastado toda a água dele (o que é mentira). Sentimo-nos desrespeitados e sem opção a não ser deixar o local após dois dias, apesar de termos reservado 11 noites. Agora, estamos enfrentando dificuldades com o Booking para obter o reembolso. Além disso, ele pediu para que no dia seguinte dessa gritaria não estivéssemos presentes no quarto pois o pintor iria vir pintar o teto (conosco hospedados), o que não fez algum sentido! Se ele precisava realizar melhorias, que fosse antes de chegarmos. RESUMO: quarto sujo, não há troca de toalhas e chuveiro gelado. Quarto sujo, o anfitrião entrando toda hora sem ao menos bater na porta e o pior, entrar gritando falando que acabamos com a agua dele e que ficaria feliz que fossemos embora.

• Petra (3/5): Nedoporučuji, strašné! - Nic, bylo to hrozné, ale vcelku čisté. Všechno. Pokoj bez okna jen s klimatizací. Jak v kobce. Byl to byt s dvěmi místnostmi, každá s koupelnou, ale procházelo se malou kuchyní (spíš skladištěm) kde majitel chystal snídani, kterou přinesl na táce do pokoje. Měli jsme jednu ze dvou místností (asi 15 m2), třílůžkový pokoj s velikosti stolu 50x20 cm. Ani talíř nám nedal a drobili jsme na zem. Matrace proležené. Od metra daleko, jen MHD.

Codziennie przynosił do pokoju nam jedzenie na śniadanie i kawę, a jedzenia było naprawdę bardzo dużo. Pokój blisko ogrodów Borghese a do innych atrakcji również nie było daleko bo w granicach 30 min pieszo. Klimatyzacja w pokoju

• Gabriel (10/5): - The service, Mustafa is a great host, kind and helpful, if you need anything, do not hesitate in ask him, if he doesn't know... it doesn't exist. The location, close to a few bus stops, very convenient. The breakfast is great (savory and sweet), and if you don't like something you can ask for something else. It is a ground floor, so if you are carrying big bags there is no problem. Cleanliness, everything was perfect. Maybe the room is little, but you cannot find any better in the area for the same price.

Vstupní predsíň špinavá a společná se sousedním pokojem, kde je ubytování pro někoho jiného. Pokoje špinavé. Chybí odkládací prostory. Snídali jsme na posteli, protože nebylo kam jinam si sednout. V celém ubytování chybí okna! Nedá se tudíž vyvětrat a chybí denní světlo. Byli jsme zklamaní.

• Lukács (10/5): Kiváló szállás, egy csupaszív emberrel! - A párommal 2 éjszakát töltöttünk itt. Remek városrészen található. A Termini állomás is közel van. A közlekedés is kiváló, viszont gyalog is minden fontosabb helyszín megközelíthető. A szállás előtt van egy bolt és az utcában több bár és étterem is. A szállás felszereltsége teljesen oké. Minden a leírtak alapján. Kiemelném Mustafa vendégszeretetét, aki hatalmas törődéssel és kedvességével tett eleget az igényeinknek. A reggelik mesések voltak és igencsak bőségesek! Mindenben igyekezett segíteni, hogy jól érezzük magunkat Rómában. Köszönünk mindent, Mustafa! Nem volt ilyen!

Colazione strepitosa, che se mangi tutto ciò che ti prepara arrivi fino a cena, e che dire delle brioches che ti presenta appena sfornate e super golose e farcite? Lo consiglio vivamente, anche per la posizione comoda: a pochi metri fermata autobus per qualsiasi destinazione!!!

Included breakfast had variety of foods so everyone could pick what they liked. Overall very good would definitely recommend. Not much space but we weren’t staying in that much anyways.

• Nadia (10/5): Enjoyable experience - The property is in a nice and safe area just minutes away via walking from main attractions such as Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, and the colossum. The property location is great for Italian authentic cuisine with original pasta and pizza. The location is also few steps away from a bus stop where u can reach the main bus station and from there go anywhere in Rome. Mustafa the host, is exceptionally nice and very informative, he made our stay enjoyable and stress free! I would definitely return to the same property and would highly recommend this place!

The breakfast was plentiful and he even surprised us with pizza and wine on the last night. I'm so glad we stayed with him, he really helped us with everything. The room is tiny, but since we were out exploring the city all day, it was perfect for sleeping and relaxing. If we go to Rome again, we will definitely stay with him again :)
• Sue (9/5): Mustafa made us feel like family, and even though the room is tiny, I would stay at his room again. - Mustafa is an incredible host. He met us personally when we arrived, with juice and water. He was incredibly kind and generous throughout our five night stay, even brought us pizza and wine one night. Breakfast was unbelievable. So much food! I loved the location just outside city center. Quiet area, buses around the corner and some lovely restaurants nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept soundly every night. The bedroom is tiny. There is nowhere to put your clothes and there is very little space to walk around the bed. We stubbed our toes a couple of times. There is also nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom, even though it is a large bathroom. We put our toiletry bags on the floor. A shelf underneath the sink would have been very helpful.
• James (6/5): Overall was a great stay except for the mold-induced allergies. - We liked the general location, ease of access, and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, with always more than enough food. We found mold in the shower in and behind the toilet tank and bathroom on the top of the window sill. Looks like mildew spots beginning in the ceiling of the bedroom as well. We got sick (runny nose, cough, sneezing, itchy eyes) every time we returned to the room, which went away quickly after leaving. This prompted us to look, and we found the mold.

• Ben (10/5): Exceptional - Room was perfect for a few nights stay, it is clean and well maintained and has everything you would need. Bed was very comfy and we slept perfectly well each night. Perfect value for money. The location is ideal, a suitable walking distance from Termini station and the main tourist attractions but far enough away that you have restaurants, shops and bars used by locals on your doorstep where you can have a more authentic experience - and we always felt safe walking around there late at night. The highlight of the apartments is Mustafa, the host. He was so friendly and accommodating, especially when our flight didn’t land until 4am due to a storm delaying planes, as well as letting us a stay in one of his other available rooms when we decided to stay in Rome for another night last minute (which was another great place to stay). He brings you breakfast to your room each morning consisting of fresh croissants, a coffee of your choice, bread with cheese/salami, yoghurts and fruit, and made us fresh pasta with a slice of gelato cake and a bottle of wine on our last night. If we were to visit Rome again we would stay in any of his rooms again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our Rome experience even better! The room is small and the only window is in the bathroom, however you book the room already knowing this and it isn’t a problem especially when it is just a base to go sightseeing with and it is much more modern and cleaner than its similar priced counterparts

The room was clean, the air conditioning was turned on in advance, and the room had everything you needed. The breakfast is delicious and hearty. The location is very convenient, you can walk to all the main attractions. We liked everything very much! When we are in Rome again, we will definitely stay here again!
• Rexho (10/5): The best stay in Rome - We had the pleasure to meet a great host. He was extremely kind & polite & human & helpful. Definitely the best place to stay and we’ll come back for sure.
• Joel (9/5): Superb - Clean and cosy place with the best host Mustafa who went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay in Rome, helping with directions and transport options. The location is good, lots of restaurants and grocery stores on the same street and was about a 10-15 minute walk to the trevi fountain. The breakfast included is also great. We highly enjoyed our stay here. I wish there was a little more natural lighting. There are no windows, other than the one in the bathroom however wasn't a massive deal, just depends what you value. Room is also quite small with suitcases.
• Samir (9/5): Superb - Clean Mustafa is good person and kind. No window but good sleep, no noise. It is small room, dont have a locker for the staff, no window.
• Sue (10/5): 10 out of 10. - Upon our arrival, Mustafa kindly offered us a map of Rome and a bottle of water that relaxed us a lot. The beds are comfortable and neighbourhood is quiet. Sufficient clean towels for each day. With Mustafa's splendid breakfast, you can go easily two meals a day. Location is good, public transports are just a stone away. Mustafa goes beyond to make our whole trip comfortable and worries free. Highly recommended!!!
• Diana (5/5): The smallest room we ever had with 20+ years of traveling - We liked the location. Breakfasts were good with fresh croissants and fruits. There is a risk for 2 travelers to get to the room, which is not on the pictures. You can see only nice shower and bathroom. The room is extremely small. Literaly 2 foots between the walls and queen size bed. Do not try unpack your luggage. There are no hangers and shelves.

• Angelm (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing accommodation, highly recommended mainly because of the pleasant owner, clean and tidy room and luxurious breakfasts served almost until bed. Thank you very much, we enjoyed it at your place.
• Halima (9/5): Superb - Mustafa was very friendly, the room was clean and big, just a few minutes from the center station.
