• Anna (1/5): Проживание в апартаментах подвергает риску ваше здоровье, жизнь и безопасность - Мы с подругой забронировали квартиру, и когда приехали, увидели клещей в кровати и грязное постельное белье. Мы просили хозяина поменять белье, на что он ответил отказом, сказав, что это нормально, когда в постели клещи и грязное одеяло со следами, похожими на фекалии и мочу. Мы попросили об отмене бронирования и возврата средств, на что владелец начал кричать на нас, угрожать и оскорблять

• Arslan (1/5): - Nothing! It suppose to be couch in living room, but we found a mattress! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING Owner stubborn and made a show with extra child! NO AC (air conditioner) , mosquitos even in toilet and couldn’t sleep at all night because of mosquitos and was too hot
• Kajiyama (8/5): 部屋の冷却が唯一残念ながら一泊でした。 - オーナーがとてもホスピタリティに溢れた人で全ての懸念点を事前にまとめてくれており、入室からチェックアウトまで全く問題を感じませんでした。　設備も全体的に清潔で部屋自体は大満足です。 エアコンがないため、暑い日はかなり厳しい。 窓を開けようにも網戸が全体的に破けていたり、壊れているため、蚊が入り放題。非常に厳しい二択を迫られます。

• Epstein (10/5): Exceptional - Luigi was the nicest host - he went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. My husband was in the hospital nearby and he helped to make a difficult time manageable. The apartment was clean, nice, and comfortable. Overall, a great experience. Not things I didn’t like perse, but just some things to be aware of - there is no elevator in the building so it can be difficult to get in/out with lots of luggage as it is on the second floor. This was fine for me but may not be ok for others. Also, it is farther out from the city center. Not the best location for Florence tourists, but was perfect for my needs.
• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable appartament, quiet area. Also there is a terrace and a balcony. Having all essential cooking tools. Thankfully for the information from the owner, it was easy to reach the apartment and check-in.
