• Annett (10/5): Sehr gern wieder!!! - Alles!!! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat geduldig auf uns gewartet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön u d extrem sauber. Es gab sehr viel zu essen und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genießen können. Die Lage ist gut, da man mit Metro oder Bus recht schnell zu den Attraktionen kommt. Nichts
• Shiv (10/5): Perfect stay for family. - Rooms, facilities, kind and helpful owner. It has all the facilities required from kitchen appliances, utensils to washing machine, fridge, toiletries. Lot of additional stuff provided by the owner which made the stay more comfortable. Owner was available herself to handover the keys. Nothing

• Maria (10/5): Wonderful apartment, amazing host, and everything we needed provided. - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully thought through. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved how well-stocked everything was - from towels, slippers, and toiletries to food, coffee, water, and even juices. On arrival, Simonetta greeted us warmly and even surprised us with a cake! The air conditioners in both rooms were very much appreciated, and the mosquito repellent devices protected our peace at night. Overall, nothing was missing - everything we could possibly need was provided, and it truly felt like home. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to get around. This apartment is a gem - comfortable, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

• Herrera (9/5): Nos encanto quedarnos en este apartamento! Se siente como estar en casa! Esta cercano al metro y tiene parada de bus a m - La anfitriona es lo maximo! Muy atenta a las necesidades nuestras y fácil de comunicarse con ella. El apartamento es amplio, con cocina completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Hay variedad de alimentos disponibles para preparar desayuno que estaban deliciosos! Muy atenta de su parte la anfitriona. Solo el colchon del sillon esta un poco desgastado y se sienten los resortes.

The apartment was very well stocked with towels, toiletries, food, coffee, milk, water, juices, you name it and it was THERE. The decor was lovely. You can tell that Simonetta took the time to make everything feel like home and she even greeted us with a bottle of wine and a cake! Nothing was left out that we needed and that is pretty rare. The personal touches like decorations, very nice towels and toiletries shows that this is someone who treats guests the way she would want to be treated. We LOVED that the apartment was near a metro station and that we could just hop on and go to the center of a very busy Rome in minutes, yet come “home” to a quiet, peaceful place at the end of the day. Any questions we had, Simonetta answered immediately. This is a gem of an apartment and the secret is the care that our hostess put into it. I cannot think of ONE thing. We LOVED everything about the place.

• Nuno (8/5): Very good location, in a calm area and a very responsive host. Good value for the money. - The location is very good regarding the metro station (which is very close). From there you can reach all major attractions in 15m or more. The flat is in a very quiet area and with shops and supermarkets close by. Very spacious and comfortable, even for 4 people like we were. The host is very responsive and always taking care of our well being. The breakfast is somehow "short" on the variety and includes mostly small packed snacks and other cakes.
• Róbert (10/5): Christmas time in Rome - Very nice apartment, quiet location, very close to subway. Well fitted, comfortable, new. Simonetta was very nice, always ready to help and answer any question. We will definitelly come back again. I cannot find anything negative to be honest.

The apartment had absolutely everything and everything was thought of. We were welcomed warmly and were even left with food and drinks as part of our welcome. • Michał (9/5): for sure worth recommending - All is fine. The flat is nice, clean and quite big. In the kitchen you can find a kettle, and microvawe. Homeowners are very kind and helpful. You can be sure they will solve any problem if you face it. Flat is far from city center - it has prons and cons, depends on you, but the district is quiet, and peaceful. It could be a little closer to the metro station but you can use bus - it's only one stop and there you are. Just FYI - there are two double beds. Very comfortable beds by the way.

• Reinhilde (10/5): excellent base for excursions in and around Rome - We enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment was very clean, cosy and practical, near to the metro, the busses and a warehouse. Simonetta and Franco are very helpfull and they supported us with a medical problem, as if we were friends or family.

Was surprising to find snacks and drinks after flight and for whole days in stay. Thanks for good memorys! FYI aprtment is on the hill and a bit far away from the city centre, but very easy get in touch with metro A.

• Jelena (10/5): Suburb gem 🏠🍀 - We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. Simonetta, the owner, was very kind, friendly and welcoming. The flat is clean, cosy, warm, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The coffee was great, welcoming pie and wine were tasteful🍀🥰. Sweet breakfast options were available for us at the apartment. Even tho the app is not that close to the city center, it's super convenient to travel via metro, bus, etc., as stations are close. This flat would be for sure our choise if we visit Rome again. Tip for future guests - if you are coming from Fiumicino airport our recommendation is to book SIT BUS SHUTTLE and to drive to the station Circonvallazione Aurelia, which is a five city bus (916, 46) stops away from the apartment. Everything was perfect.

• Oleg (1/5): Ruined vacation - Оther aspects were undone by the fact that the apartment was cold Good afternoon. Initially, the website says that the apartment has heating and air conditioning, but upon arrival we were unpleasantly surprised to learn that the heating does not work. Simonetta, the owner of the apartment did not warn us about this before checking in. It was 18 degrees in the apartment upon check-in, almost like outside and the floors were cold because of the tiles, cold air blew through the crack from under the front door, it was impossible to take a shower in the bathroom because of the cold. We decided to stay because there was nowhere to go. In the evening, since it was cold in the apartment, I put the air conditioner on full heating power, but at night we almost suffocated and started coughing because there was no oxygen, and the air was dry and heavy. I had to turn off the air conditioner, but after an hour it became very cold and we froze, we had to sleep in an icy apartment. The temperature dropped to 17.5 degrees and we slept under three blankets and heated the bed with hot water bottles. We tried to find the optimal temperature on the air conditioner in any way, but it was either cold or stuffy.This has become a big problem for us. As a result, I got sick there and came home with a temperature of 39 degrees. I don't even advise the enemy to live in this seemingly beautiful apartment. The hostess did not compromise and called us ungrateful. I am writing this so that others do not repeat my mistakes and do not spoil their rest. Booking is trying to help us and thanks to him for that.
