• Rasha (1/5): Rien ne correspondait à l’annonce : saleté, insécurité et grosse déception. - Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour. L’adresse fournie n’était pas claire, ce qui nous a menés à une mauvaise localisation avant de finalement trouver le bon logement. Une fois sur place, la maison était dans un état de saleté inacceptable : toilettes sales, poubelles non vidées, tapis de bain souillé, bouteilles de bières vides encore présentes dans la cuisine, et surtout, les lits, draps et oreillers étaient visiblement sales. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité pendant nos deux nuits, ce qui a grandement affecté notre confort et notre tranquillité lors de notre séjour. De plus, la description sur Booking ne correspondait pas du tout à la réalité de ce que nous avons trouvé. Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement et espérons que des mesures seront prises pour améliorer l’expérience des futurs voyageurs. Au vu de l’état du logement et de l’écart entre l’annonce et la réalité, nous estimons qu’un remboursement est justifié.

• Tahmina (3/5): So much disappointment. Very bad experience with booking.com - Nothing It was not attached bathroom, shared by 3 rooms, very poor cleaning. Bed was itchy, the address was not mentioned anywhere when I booked. It was written Square One which was 1.4 km from my institute but when I got the confirmation, it was 11 km. So disappointing 😞 Overall I feel I spent my money for a horrible time.

• Amina (2/5): Very poor - I was surprised that the site was not real and I called and they gave me another address and that it was a house and the entrance was not safe for children and there was no shower. I looked at the place and found it completely unsafe for my children and there was no service at all. I left the place immediately and booked in another hotel and went to it. It was a very tiring experience and not safe for families and children. I did not get the reservation amount back either.

• Andrae (4/5): The property was way below what I expected. I was very disappointed. - Very good location, very quiet, peaceful and clean neighborhood and surroundings. The wifi was fast and reliable. The young lady who cleaned the room was very polite and helpful. Upon arrival my room was not ready so I had to wait in another one. Then after the room was tidied, i realized that the door had no safety lock on the inside, hence was not able to be closed from the inside. The shower curtains in the bathroom was very dirty. Plenty of small roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Downstairs was a bit messy.

• Amy (1/5): We could not stay as location offered was not the same one advertised. Feels like we were scammed - We were not given the property booked & due to location, we could not stay. Poor communication regarding address, facilities, etc...expecting a full refund without any fees due to booking.com being unable to provide what was advertised. We had car repairs that needed to be done so unable to drive far. Transportation offered & not provided either. Therefore we could not stay there. Nothing in the booking said anything about cancellation fees or nonrefundable until after booked. We never confirmed the accommodation. Exact address booked should match property advertised. Everything should be clearly stated otherwise coming off as a SCAM
