- Marion (8/5): - The place was clean and spacious. We were told because of a late departure, it wouldn't be ready until 6pm, and they would notify us if it was ready earlier. My friend went to check at 5, and the cleaners had already left, so we entered, but they didn't tell us it was ready until 6. Check in time was supposed to be at 4. We had booked for a week, but there was not enough toilet paper for a week. They were prompt in replenishing it when I notified them, but it should have been there from the start. We stayed in November, and something was wrong with the furnace. They had someone in that evening to fix it. Although these were pretty negative things, hopefully we just hit a bad time. They did try to address things quickly. I would stay again, if I was in the area.
