Kalane (9/5): Superb - Very clean apartment , well located and close to everything.
Monnye (10/5): Pleasant - The property is close to all important amenities and shopping centers. There is construction underway next to the apartment and it can be a little noisy during the day, but I think once the construction is complete all should be fine. Otherwise the apartment is amazing.
