• Zuzana (9/5): Cozy, clean hotel with a view from the hotel terrace - Clean, cozy hotel with helpful staff. The rooms are maintained and clean. Breakfast was ok, hotel location near metro and tram station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The view from the room was not nice. The view was into the windows of the building opposite and into a small courtyard which was not clean. The bathroom is very small but it was bearable.

De la cereale pana la ciorba era nu stiu ce mai vor:)) Locația este foarte aproape de atractiile turistice.(ori pe jos ori cu tramvaiul) Este aproape de metrou, tramvai şi de statie de autobuz. O imbunatatire pentru hotel ar fi sa reinnoiasca mobila din camera. In rest totul bine 👍

Les lignes de métro/tramway principales passent à proximité de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, varié (90% salé et 10% sucré) Le manque d'insonorisation dans la chambre. On entend tout la discussion des voisins, les portes qui claquent dans le couloir ...

• Robert (10/5): Great Choice, delicious breakfast - I had a wonderful stay here. It's a real 3 star hotel, fully appointed with great staff and appointed with stone and wood details. Classy, super clean, with a like new appearance. The breakfasts on the top floor dining room are out of this world. Huge buffet with many changing choices. Great 1st floor lounge areas. Excellent location between 2 metro stations, and very near tram and bus stops allowing you to reach anywhere in Istanbul. Beds are comfy and my room had 2 lounge chairs, tables, refrigerator, coffee maker, a closet. Everything you need. All good.

• Гнатовская (2/5): Жахливий готель - Готель в цілому жахливий: темні, задушливі номери, в кімнаті окрім тусклого нічника нічого не світить, відсутні будь-яка вентиляція чи витяжка в ванній, відчуття ніби ти запакований в коробку без світла і повітря, брудні вікна, в коридорі сталий запах табаку. Коли відчули цей табачний запах, який пронизує весь готель, хотіли зʼїхати так як були з дітьми, але готель відмовився повертати гроші. Це був найгірший мій досвід.

A bit short bed, a wall between room and other room's bathroom was not very well soundproof - so you can hear the noise from flushing/showering

• Katerina (10/5): An excellent hotel in the best area of Istanbul - The hotel is situated near the Yenicapi Metro station, as well as the T1 tram lines which is just a couple of stops to Sultanahmet square. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes nearby. There are also paid parking lots nearby if you are travelling by car. The hotel staff is exceptionally kind. They gave us an Istanbul card plastic that we could load and use for transport. We also used the luggage room - very convenient if you are leaving later in the afternoon. The rooms are very clean and cosy, they are cleaning them every day and changing the towels. The breakfast is at the roof floor restaurant with an amazing view. Everything is very delicious. I recommend highly! Everything is great!

• Vehabović (9/5): - Great hotel in a really convenient location, the tram stop is just a few minutes away, so getting around and visiting all the main attractions is super easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. We even got an early check-in for free, which was a really nice touch and meant a lot to us. The breakfast was also good, with plenty of variety. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was quite weak. Other than that, we’d definitely be happy to stay here again.

• Andrii (1/5): They gave our number to somebody else. - We got free tea and cockies Was traveling with family of four with 2 kids. Arrived closer to midnight. The big number we ordered with big terrasse was not available to us, so they insisted we should take smaller ones. After discussion with manager on how it happened, the answer I got was to call to booking. I had premium support call with booking and they initiated relocation with full cancelation of existing order. After hearing that, manager insisted we should stay for 1 night in the room they offered and then after that move to the big one when it gets free. We rejected the suggestion and went to a different hotel.

Хотела няма собствен паркинг, но ако сте с кола , служителите ще ви съдействат да паркирате на платен паркинг в близост до хотела. Персонала е много отзивчив.

• Yuliia (7/5): - As positives, I’d like to highlight the convenient location and the quality of service. Breakfast was good and tasty, and I was happy to try some local food. The room was clean, and they also provided a bottle of water along with a tea and coffee set. VERY THIN WALLS, the issue seems to have been ongoing for quite some time. You can hear basically everything from the next rooms. Had several sleepless nights because of noisy neighbours. It was very hot in the room. The conditioning didn’t work well, so we had to have open window 24/7. Due to that, there might be smell of smoke in the room, especially at nights

• Udrea (10/5): Minunat - Micul dejun a fost perfect, extrem de diversificat. Camerele au fost dotate, exact ca în poze. Un mare plus prezintă televizorul smart. Personalul foarte amabil, ne-au ajutat cu bagajele și ne-au oferit posibilitatea să ne cazăm mai devreme de check-in. Zona hotelului este perfecta, aproape de metrou/tramvai, ușor de ajuns în punctele de interes. Această cazare merită nota 10, privind raport preț-calitate. Ar fi necesar mai multă atenție la curățenie. Camerele nu sunt foarte bine izolate fonic.
