Есть все необходимое для полноценного проживания, чувствовали себя, как дома. Санвел-очень отзывчивый хозяин, отвечал на все наши просьбы и вопросы незамедлительно. Цена-качество 100%. • Lika (10/5): - Прекрасные апартаменты в самом центре города — до площади Республики можно дойти всего за 3–4 минуты. Рядом есть всё необходимое: супермаркеты и сетевые магазины. Квартира очень уютная и стильно оформлена, оснащена всей нужной мебелью. В наличии две просторные спальни, два санузла, красивая кухня и комфортная гостиная зона. Всё, что требовалось для проживания, было на месте. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяина — всегда на связи, оперативно отвечал на все вопросы. Остались очень довольны и с удовольствием вернёмся снова.

• Sara (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with two bedrooms each having a double bed, plus a cozy living room. The location near Republic Square was excellent and made everything easy to reach. The landlord was polite and respectful. Although the outside of the building looked a bit old, the inside was tidy, relaxing, and well-kept. Overall, a great choice for visiting Yerevan, highly recommended!

• Hugo (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very clean, REALLY newly renovated apartment. There is everything you need for your stay. All equipment worked properly. All the attractions are within easy reach, they will be around, you just have to go outside. There are also plenty of cafes and canteens nearby.
• Yeugeni (9/5): Comfortable apartments in the heart of the city - Comfortable and clean apartments with great renovation, all in one style, a lot of different equipment, all working. Location in the city center, many tourists attractions in walking distances. The only thing to consider is parking. Since it is city center mostly all places busy and paid. Host can help with finding place nearby in walking distance.
• Anna (3/5): False info in ad, host cheats the system - Property has been renovated Firstly, the ad for the property contains false information about the bedrooms - there are TWO BEDROOMS. And the living room that the host is trying to sell as a third bedroom does not have a door to separate it from the kitchen. This has impacted our comfort greatly. Secondly, the host doesn’t care much about your comfort. The sheets for the beds are too small and a very cheap polyester material. They won’t stay in place for one night. We had a booking for 6 people but only had beds for 4 made when we arrived in the middle of the night. The additional bedding was also not in the wardrobes so for the first night we had to go without, until we found more of that hanging on the balcony. The kitchen is equipped poorly. Kettle didn’t work, No microwave, only 2 proper tea cups although their stated capacity is 7 people. The same goes for knives, glasses etc. Thirdly, the host is cheating the Booking.com system. When I asked about the third bedroom they pretended to apologise and offered me a discount of €25 (this was for 8 nights) but they told me that they will need to shorten the duration of my stay on Booking.com to avoid paying fees. However they didn’t just it by 1 night (€25 won’t even cover 1 night stay). They made my actual 8 days stay to look like 2 days stay for Booking.com. And lastly, the building itself looks like a horrible Soviet wall, staircase stinking of cats’ pee 24/7. There are newer and million times nicer looking buildings in the central area, you won’t lose anything if you decide to avoid this ‘beautiful’ one.

The apartment is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even if you stay for a longer time. In general, I liked everything!

The kitchen was clean and fully equipped with all the utensils we needed. The amenities were complete, adding to the comfort of our stay. The location was great, less than a 10-minute walk to Republic Square. The owner was very nice and accommodating, making our experience pleasant. The lift was under maintenance and it was on the fifth floor.
• Nikita (9/5): Superb - The flat is wonderful. Host met on arrival, explained everything. There is everything that you need in the flat. Only one minor disadvantage - couch is not so comfortable to sleep.
