Nicole (7/5): - Great location and apartment. Key pick up and drop off was inconvenient. Not at location. This should have been disclosed at time of booking. Challenging with luggage and trying to secure short fare.

Daria (1/5): Very dissapoined in this service and would not recommend to try it. It was not worth staying there. - pretty clean small apartment Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with the rental company. Not what you want on your honey moon journey!!! 1. They call us a week in advance in the middle of the night at 2am and asked to make payment immediately (they can’t assume that tourists do not live in the same time zone 2. On arrival day they emailed us another link to pay a deposit and document copy. It was needed to receive extra code to get a keys. The link didn’t work and payment was taken twice at the end. 3. Key collection point was in a local shop 1 -2 miles away from the apartment. On arrival to the shop we still didn’t receive the code for the keys. We had to email the company and reply was just to call a support team. We didn’t have Austrian sim and it was a challenge to make a call. 4. Week later and we still didn’t get refund just bouncing emails with photo screens. ‼️I don’t get what was the point to create all this trouble and inconvenience for people. Put the lockers box with the keys somewhere at the location and don’t trouble people on the vacation!
