Philipp (2/5): Cleanliness was unacceptable - The location was nice, and there was a professional washing machine and dryer available for use. The apartment in itself is fine. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the bathroom was moldy, and the kitchen and barbecue were filthy. The lighting was mostly broken. Also, there were almost no kitchen utensils, so it was virtually left unusable.
