Francesca (4/5): - Abbiamo avuto problemi con la luce: durante il soggiorno non abbiamo avuto la luce per quasi tutto il tempo. Nonostante il proprietario fosse al corrente dei lavori nel condominio, non ci ha avvertito prima, ma solo dopo le nostre sollecitazioni. Siamo rimasti quindi senza aria condizionata, nè frigorifero funzionate e ovviamente acqua calda. Seppur fossimo a luglio, ritengo la luce un servizio necessario per il pernottamento.

Pugnaloni (10/5): Feeling like you love in Rome - It had everything we needed. From cooking supply to a washing machine. We felt like we were in our home. Fully equiped. The hood is a little dark in the nights, but we went out for some fresh air and there were a lot of people with their dogs and it felt safe. We decided to stay one more night and the owner was okay with that and had no troubles with it. He was very kind! The place is near (around 25 minutes walking) from the Subway. We did not use the bus (because we did not know how to get the tickets) but there are bus stops one block away from the apartment. It is 45 minutes (in subway) from termini.
Dina (7/5): Good - Apartment was clean. Air conditioner in both rooms. Downstairs was amazing and delicious pizzeria that wasn't expensive. In the apartment description, it is said that there will be breakfast, but there really isn't. We stayed 4 nights, and we had 3 little pastries each, 2 water bottles (0.5 litres), 3 little juice boxes each and some jam. We went to the shop and cooked ourselves. Transport is a bit of a problem. You need 3 transports (2 metros and a bus) to get to the apartment. And there is a chance that the bus isn't going to work if there is a protest in Rome. It is 20-25 minute walk to the metro station if the bus isn't working.
Jelincic (8/5): Very nice apartment, location very far from the city centre, breakfast could definitely be better. - Breakfast is more than basic. It is usual for Italian hosts, however, if you're staying longer, than you have to provide for yourself because they are not doing a refill. It's a shame because you pay for breakfast but really get a very basic package (a couple of packed brioche, a juice, water, zwieback, tea or coffee, with no milk provided). Definitely breakfast and check in (no name on the doorbell, if we didn't stumble upon the owner by accident, we would only have the email option, waiting by the doorstep).
