• Amelia (2/5): Disappointed in the quality of this property for the price I paid. - Bright kitchen, short walk to station. This property needed to have been deep cleaned after the previous people staying. Kitchen utensils should have been provided as well as cutlery, this defeated the point of our stay as we required cooking facilities. Door lock felt very unsecure.
• Judith (5/5): Ants and rotten apples. - Location was ok. Bedding and towels were clean. Ants crawling all over especially on kitchen surfaces. Not enough cutlery, no teaspoons at all and only 3 knives, forks, spoons. Shower screen was dirty, covered in grime. Towel rail was rusty, bath worn. Electrical fitting sticking out of wall in living room. Sofa was hard, uncomfortable. Outdoor seating area covered in fallen, rotten apples which was dangerous.
• Jason (1/5): Dreadful experience - Nothing Host seemingly not knowing we were arriving despite both booking and notification of check in time. Previous tenants being granted a 4pm check out, after our notified check in time No cleaner being lined up to clear up the dreadful mess and change linens etc And to cap it all off, the ant infestation in the kitchen. Host verbally promised an immediate refund so that we could sort ourselves out alternative accommodation. What a surprise that 3 days later he has still not accepted this despite telling booking.com agents he was doing this immediately Avoid
