- Robin (6/5): Good value for the area but this aint no luxury pad! - Very close to Olympia, and fairly spacious. Host was very relaxed about when we might arrive to check in because they evidently live very close by. We were let in by a lady who spoke no English at all. If you need to come to Olympia and you're willing to compromise, this place is ok. No TV, wifi, parking or lounge area, lots of stuff (bikes, rusty gym equipment, random junk stored in the garden and cupboards), only one key, no obvious or easy way to get in on arrival, not well cleaned with plenty of dust on out-of-sight surfaces, lots of mismatched furniture, windows don't properly open or close!
- Jessica Martinsson (9/5): Mycket bra och prisvärt. Kan absolut tänka mig att åka dit igen. - Det är nära till tunnelbana, ca 500 meter samt att det finns bussar utanför dörren. Matbutiken Tesco låg 10 meter från entren till lägenheten. Mycket enkelt att handla där samt att det har väldigt generösa öppettider. Finns båda mat, drycker, alkohol och kläder. Stort utbud av allt. Härligt med en egen terass så man kan sitta lite i solen på eftermiddagen och fram till typ 19. Två toaletter. Fräsh lägenhet i det stora hela. Det är en byggarbetsplats precis i närheten och här började de jobba väldig tidigt (även på helgen). Stördes lite av det Saknade dynor till altanens utemöbler som var i tenn. Det fanns inte så mycket glas att välja på, vi saknade vinglas. Annars är det fullt utrustat kök som går att laga mat i.
- Jacob (3/5): Afrader: vies, slecht onderhoud, herrie 's nachts, slechte kussens, geen wifi & koffie. - De locatie was goed: naast het appartement zit een hele grote Tesco supermarkt, die open is tot 0:00u 's nachts. En het is 6 minuten lopen naar Earl's Court metro station, nog net in zone 1. Goede oven. We zijn er 7 dagen geweest in april 2026, als gezin. Veel dingen vielen tegen. We konden slecht slapen, doordat er altijd geluid is van afzuiging van het gebouw of winkel die rammelt. Het raam kan niet open in de 2 persoonskamer, maar wel actieve ventilator van buiten gebruikt. Tweepersoonsbed is te oud en het dekbed is veel te klein. De 4 losse bedden zijn wel goed. De kussens op de bedden zijn van een bank en niet voor te slapen. Ze liggen veel te hoog. De verwarming (heet water & kachel) gaat elke dag in storing. Heeft dringend onderhoud nodig, wat geldt voor het hele huis.
Er is geen WiFi. Er is geen TV. Er is geen koffieapparaat in welke vorm dan ook. Er is geen vaatwasser.
Gebrekkig onderhoud. Geen duidelijke Engelse instructies bij binnenkomst plus nog 20 minuten moeten wachten, ondanks dat we precies op tijd kwamen. Geen goede manier om de vaat te doen.
Vieze WC's, heb ze zelf maar schoongemaakt bij binnenkomst.
- Tricia (5/5): It was a bed for the 2 nights but we would not choose to go there again. - The parking was great and the hosts were good at letting us park ther for a extra few hours. Woudl haev been useful to know they were above Tesco as had to drive around twice looking for it. We were disappointed that there was no wi fi as this was advertised on the property page as existing. The towels were small and not really suitable as bath towels. If we had known we would have been happy to bring out own. The outdoor areas were not really usable, it wasn't an issue for us but we woudlhave expected the place to be tidy. The bed linen and covers were quite sparse and some of the bed sheets weren't that clean. The boiler stopped working whilst we were there but we did fix it ourselves.
- Rebecca (5/5): If the house had been better equipped, it would have been brilliant. It needs more home comforts and functional items. - Location was fantastic for exploring London. It was very clean and the host was helpful and easy to contact. The facilities were very poor. The house booking was for 5 although it could sleep 6/7. There were 4 towels, very little cutlery, 1 bowl. The windows were broken and so couldn’t be opened. The kitchen sink had no plug or bowl so it was impossible to wash up. It wasn’t suitable for a family to stay in for a self-catered holiday.

- Carole (10/5): Perfect stay in 3 bedroom apartment with parking in London - Spotlessly clean. 3 bedrooms & 7 beds (for 5 of us) 2 bathrooms and fitted kitchen. Outside roof area with table and chairs. Parking space as part of accommodation deal. Met by Alexander, who gave us a guided tour inside and outside the building. He met us on the roof to open the gate to park the car.
Beds & pillows all comfy. Cleaning materials. Washing machine, dishwasher. Delighted It was perfect.
- Tim (9/5): - Good location for getting into central London if you don't want to be in. The West End. Very easy to deal with and great value for money. We were going to a concert in town and didn't want to do hotels. Cannot fault our stay really or the space.

- Aurora (8/5): Consiglio questo appartamento. - Appartamento pulito e 6 persone ci stanno tranquillamente, staff cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, nessun problema per l’acqua calda (infatti riuscivamo a farci la doccia uno dopo l’altro senza problemi), posizionato a 10 minuti dalla metro e sotto casa si ha la fermata dell’autobus e il supermercato. Gli utensili della cucina erano sporchi e alcune padelle non adatte al piano a induzione.. queste cose dovrebbero essere cambiate.

- Marta (2/5): The apartment needs general cleaning - Great location, close to the metro station, comfortable beds The apartment was dirty, the toilets were dirty, the floors were not vacuumed, there was dust on the skirting boards, the bin in bathroom can was full of waste, the shower was some kind of joke, the faucet was dirty, the shower head was more of a water jet than a shower head, I found dark hair on the sheets, so I suspect that even the bedding had not been changed to fresh, a strange unpleasant smell was in the apartment, a lot of dust on the sofa and behind the curtain in the room with the TV, Shoe cabinets in the hallway that do not close. I have no idea when this apartment was cleaned in general, but it must have been a long time ago, because it was very dirty in the bathroom, the same in the toilet and in the bedrooms.
