Christian (1/5): Alles im allem sehr enttäuschend… - Man hatte ein Dach über dem Kopf Es liegt in Kleinschocher nicht in Plagwitz. Die Wohnung war so schmutzig wir hätten uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht, aber es war leider WGT und somit unmöglich eine andere zu finden. Waschmaschine im Bad war muffig und durch den Weichspüler am schimmeln. Auf den Fliesen und neben der Dusche war Blut. Die Küche war unbenutzbar, weil sie so schmutzig war. So wie der Eigentümer am Telefon geredet hat, kann man davon ausgehen, dass das kein Einzelfall war. Das WLAN war nicht vorhanden.
Maria (4/5): abgeranzte Bude wie zu WG - Zeiten - die Anbindung an die Straßenbahn und der Blick über die Stadt Schmutzig, so wie eine WG von Jungs um die 20, viel kaputt (Rauchmelder, Schalousien, Schränke, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr/Gläser), nicht komplett Geschirr/Gläser/Besteck entsprechend Personenanzahl, zusammengewürfelt und angeschlagen

Matvey (6/5): Pleasant - Good owner, allowed us early check-in and late check-out Dirty kitchen. Overpriced.
Søren (3/5): Not for families - Bathroom was nice. Lots of sirens from the neighborhood during evening and nights. Avoid this apartment for family with children. Kitchen smelled like something that had been in use for many years (stale old grease). Looks good on pictures but is decieving. I guess if price dropped by 30 percent and apartment was used by 2-4 adults they might find it ok
