• samuel igor lino campos (5/5): Precisa de reforma e limpeza. - Localização foi o ponto forte, estacionamento e mercadinho interno Estava bem deteriorada, suja, jogo de cama sujo, cheio de cabelos pelo apto. Falta cuidado e limpeza, houve infestação de formigas na pia da cozinha. Moveis quebrados e paredes faltando pintura, e bem sujas.

O banheiro tinha um retorno de mau cheiro de esgoto terrivel. Mas como fiquei pouco tempo, não era algo que me incomodava. Limpeza pode ser melhor. E mal cheiro do banheiro
