The only thing I could fault was that I requested some almond milk to be in the room on arrival and they said they would organise. But it wasn’t there when I went up to the room. Only something minor but that’s all I could fault!

Having to pay for the parking. Should be included, especially for the much heightened prices during gather round. Price gouging during gather round. Ridiculously more than normal. Not a fan of the sliding bathroom door with gap on either side. Not enough exhaust fan in bathroom.

The hotel struck a great balance between professional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The Room & Facilities The accessible room was well-designed and comfortable, meeting all our needs without compromise. It’s clear that the layout was thoughtfully planned to ensure ease of movement. Dining & Drinks The on-site restaurant and bar were a highlight. The atmosphere was inviting, and the cocktails were fantastic—definitely worth stopping by for a drink in the evening. The "Little Things" What really set this stay apart was the incredible attention to detail: A Warm Welcome: Having fresh fruit and infused water available in the reception area was a lovely, refreshing touch for arriving guests. Easter Surprises: Since we stayed over the holiday, we were greeted with little bags of Easter eggs both in our room and at reception. Family Friendly: The communal waiting areas were decked out with festive decorations and activities to keep the kids entertained, which made the environment feel very inclusive and lively. Overall, it’s those extra efforts that make a stay memorable. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and attentive experience in the area!

I don’t know all the names but remember Taniya and Ivy. Also everyone at the reception was great. There was a guy on the 4th April evening who went above and beyond to help us through and have my birthday celebration done. Breakfast items could improve on variety if someone is staying for 5 days then you be could eat something different everyday.

- Jonathan (8/5): Fitted the bill we were visiting friends for a wedding and stayed in the hotel with many other guests. The staff were he - All good nice bar area nice restaurant food in bar and restaurant all good. Close to station and local cavities. The only thing for my wife was lighting in bathroom and decent mirror for doing make up etc.
