- ken (9/5): The location is outstanding with a clean room and responsive friendly host. - The location was incredible- literally less than 10 min walk to the Duomo. The room was spacious as was the bathroom and kitchen. Having a washing machine was a great bonus. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with a hand-held shower head that broke and he had a male and female maintenance couple show up in less than an hour to replace/repair it!! There were numerous great restaurants nearby and we were in the center of the city within easy walking distance to almost everything. The facility was generally quiet, and felt very safe. We would certainly stay here again on a future visit. Can't think of anything. Everything was great!

- Shmuel (8/5): Apart from the internet the apartment was nice, spacious, clean, and in a great location. - Apart from the internet problem the apartment was nice, spacious, clean, and in a great and best location. (best locaion) no internet. We conected to the wifi but the internet didnot work. the owner said that he connected to the support but they told him that there are faults on the line and he is very sorry for that. It was very disappointing because I need the internet for a Zoom meeting.

- Anthony (10/5): Huge place!!! - The apartment is very large with ample space. Very high ceilings... One decorated beautifully. The kitchen was large and had plenty of cooking utensils. The washibg machine worked great! The bathroom was spacious as well. The room with the TV, couch, and bed was very large and had plenty of room for clothes, your luggage, and anything else. The apartment was very clean. It took me a little while to get used to the code for the door but after a couple of times it became easy and I liked it. Was nice it had an elevator even though it is on the first floor. AC units were in the main room and kitchen. We were there in June and it was hot and we never used the kitchen one. The main room one we did use and it worked wonderfully. It's a short walk to San Lorenzo and to the main cathedral. Lots of places to eat nearby. The wifi is very slow. We only had 2 cell phones and it took forever.

- John (7/5): Great location, comfortable but some facilities very poor & no advice given regarding works being undertaken in the - The location was great. Works in progress downstairs-strong & disgusting sewerage smell upon entering the building. Shocking shower - poor drainage and flooding; either very hot water or cold ( no control to adjust water temperature to have a comfortable shower). Tv - on day 2 didn’t work in the morning nor evening until approximately 11:00PM. No coffee provided for coffee machine. Instructions for locking the apartment were not provided & support from host could have been better.
- Gary (6/5): Great position and spacious property but lacked comfort and needed a bit of an upgrade. - Well equipped kitchen. Spacious, clean and very convenient position. Access not very welcoming and no warning of building work going on. Instructions on arrival were incorrect - the smart lock opened clockwise not anti-clockwise. Air conditioning was inefficient and shower not powerful. TV had no National Channels and needed passwords to use the apps which were available (such as Netflix and Google)
