• Athanasios (10/5): Great unit great spot close to everything, including the markets - The unit was amazing so clean and very very well stocked The only thing I can complain about if I have to is the actual building itself it’s not very clean but when you get into your unit, it’s perfect
• Alberini (4/5): Disappointing - There are towels There is no wardrobe or closet to store clothes. At night there is a terrible noise approximately every 20 minutes. I don’t know what it is, but it sounds as if the subway were passing right above the apartment. It makes sleeping very difficult. The bunk bed also makes noise when the person on the top bunk moves, since it is made of wood. The curtains are not suitable for blocking even a little of the sunlight in the morning. The entrance to the apartment is very dirty and gives a complete sense of neglect. The shower has nothing to hold it in place while bathing, so you always have to hold it in your hand, and the water only becomes hot after many minutes of waiting. The photos looked more promising, especially considering the price requested by the host. We paid at least 100% more than other cheaper options, so we expected something better than what we received. This last point is actually my biggest frustration. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but in this case I feel it is necessary because of the disappointment we experienced. I would not have complained if at least the price had matched what was offered

• Artem (1/5): Very bad - Nothing - Dirty SHARED bathroom. The person in charge of the room never answered me on WA. The owner explained me that it’s normal to arrive to a such dirty place. Terrible people, both of them - check out 10AM - any place to stock your belongings in the room - DIRTY - Not enough space even for one person - Any heating in February (???) - Extremely dirty entrance, you get scared of being robbed. Check the photos of other guests, they are real. - Far from the real city centre, you will need at least 30 minutes of tramway. - If you have a problem with your room, do not expect to have an answer from the house keeper. - I was harassed with messages the day before my check in because they do not know how to use their check in app. They could not simply find me, I needed to help them. You just feel harassed because of them. - Glass wines, but nothing to open a wine bottle. - dirty plates and forks - Smells really bad because of the neighbors who arr leaving their wet clothes / washed chairs everywhere in the entry. Difficult to enter with big luggage because of it. Bad experience, never again.

• Alex Lajos (6/5): - Tiszta, rendezett volt a lakás, központi helyen van. Nem volt bekapcsolva a fűtés amikor oda értünk így 15 fok volt a lakásban, és csak másnapra sikerült mindenhol megfelelő hőmérsékletre fűteni. Az estékből kicsit hiányzott hogy nem volt tv.

• Etxe (1/5): Horrible experiencia - NADA,el alojamiento fue muy desagradable. Las imágenes no corresponden para nada con lo que se ve en la realidad, en resumidas cuentas es una estafa. No recomiendo absolutamente a nadie que vaya a este supuesto apartamento (es una habitación) puesto que calidad precio es un robo. Además, para poder entrar en el alojamiento, debes de pasar por un garaje y subir por unas escaleras bastante tétricas. Como bien he aclarado, únicamente veo cosas negativas del apartamento.Cuando llegué me quedé impactada, ya que ningún momento te explican que el supuesto apartamento es una habitación diminuta, sucia y con un baño compartido con otra habitación. En la cama encontré pelos y en la pared insectos. Además, el barrio en el que está ubicado es sucio y peligroso. En relación al precio, es un precio sumamente excesivo para la precaria estancia que se ofrece. El lugar da miedo, el acceso al apartamento es bastante tenebroso y poco seguro; además de un robo!

• Rick (1/5): Een groot drama dit “appartement”. Geen aanrader dit appartement. Conclusies; boek dit niet! - Geen positieve punten te noemen voor deze accommodatie. De sigaretten /rook lucht die in het appartement hing wat direct op de longen sloeg. (staat dat het rookvrij is 🤔) Het appartement was zeer smerig, resten op de kookplaat. Overal kruimels en spinnenweb. De wc-bril op de toilet zit los en het was een grote smeerbende bij aankomst. Bespaar je moeite en boek dit appartement niet.

• Erkan (1/5): Terrible Host Terrible Accommodation by JR - There is nothing to like in this place. The entrance of the house is terrible. When I first entered the building, oh my god, where am I in Djibouti or Vienna? A very bad and heavy smell, similar to a dead animal, covered the whole place. They use the building as the neighborhood's garbage storage center. For 10 days we had to tolerate the garbage containers in the apartment that smelled like something stinking.The building has a scary entrance It looked like someone was going to stab me with a knife at any moment.The location of the toilet hole is a complete architectural wonder. You have to see what you are doing and watch it flush at least 5 times.There is no place to fix the shower head. Also, there were no simple and necessary kitchen utensils such as toaster, pasta strainer, fork and spoon. When we entered the house, the edges of the beds were covered in dust. When we reported it to the landlord named Rene was so rude and he blocked us. I came to the conclusion that he was not open to communication and was not hospitable. When the cleaning staff arrived early morning after 10 days, I asked for a few minutes to close my bags. The landlord, who had previously blocked me, sent me a message threatening me with the police. I think you've confused us with refugees instead of tourists.It's not a place to stay with a family or alone and pay. If I hadn't paid before, I would have left immediately. That's exactly what being a disgrace with your money is. Normally it doesn't even deserve 1 point, but unfortunately we can't give it 0 points.I have visited and stayed in many countries, but except for this one, I have never seen a host who I could not communicate with and who treated his customers, the very people he was making money from, so badly. No stay at any house served by JR.

• Firuz (1/5): The apartment we booked did not match the photos in the listing. The pictures showed a clean and beautiful apartment, bu - I didn’t like anything. Everything is dirty and it constantly smells like cigarettes. The apartment I booked was advertised as a private apartment, but in reality, it was just a room with a shared bathroom and toilet. We were basically misled.

• Oleksandr (5/5): Should be improved - The location is close to a metro station. Good for small group if everything you need is just bed. It was very dirty. I had to wash all the kitchen stuff before first use. The furniture and walls were dirty as well. The recipe says, it’s 59 Euros for cleaning. But it seems like it was cleaned not longer than 20 minutes. And also the window from room connects only with a balcony so it was extremely hot in July.
• Aparjeet (7/5): Picture was misleading. A backpackers place if you want to save money. - Firstly the apartment is not like the picture showing a dining table for 4 and a living room. It didn’t have all that. We just got a room with two bunk beds. If you are a backpacker, you can squeeze in here but if you have suitcases, this isn’t the place for you. The room was clean and so was the bathroom which was shared. The kitchen and dining area which were within the room was congested. The room was hot. There is no fan or AC. We had to buy a pedestal fan to get through the three nights but even that was a challenge for the upper bunk bed.
