• Laura (9/5): Fijn en sfeervol appartement - Een net, schoon en sfeervol ingericht appartement, gelegen op een hele fijne locatie vlakbij het centrum (loopafstand). Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen Antwerpen was aanwezig. Luxe handdoeken en beddengoed. Het contact met de eigenaresse was ook heel prettig. De slaapbanken liggen vrij hard. We hadden ook wat geluidsoverlast van de gevangenis die vlakbij gelegen is. Het goede nieuws is dat in 2026 de gevangenis wordt verplaatst naar buiten het centrum (voornemen: april 2026).

• Chatterjee (8/5): - Comfortable bed, the room was very clean, clean bathroom and cosy. Friendly host. There was no lift, so we had to walk to the 3rd floor with our suitcases.

• Claudia (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage und prima Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Netz möbliert. Alles in allem ein gutes Apartment, allerdings stimmt es, was ein anderer Besucher geschrieben hat: vom Wohnraum aus gibt es einen kleinen Balkon zum Hinterhof und dort rufen sich die Gefangenen lautstark bis Mitternacht Botschaften zu. Wenn man im Winter im Apartment ist und nachts das Fenster zu lässt, ist das ok. Aber wenn man nachts lüften möchte, ist das unmöglich, viel zu laut. Sehr schade.

A very pleasant, spacious and clean flat within walking distance of all the attractions as well as the trendy 'Zuid' area. It is excellent value for the city. Host Tea is very helpful. One warning: the flat is not suitable for people with mobility problems as it is on the third floor accessible by a pretty steep staircase. Nothing

• Bart (7/5): Prettig appartement in leuke buurt. - De locatie is perfect en rand/in centrum. Alles is aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf. Net appartement op bovenste verdieping (3e etage). Om de hoek zit je meteen tussen leuke winkeltjes en eettentjes. Er ligt een gevangenis achter het appartement waar gevangen vanuit hun cel schreeuwend communiceren. Oordopjes mee is handig. Verder goed verblijf. Als je niet goed ter been bent, realiseer je dat het appartement op de 3e etage alleen via een smalle trap bereikbaar is. Het kan denk ik wat warm worden in de zomer omdat je onder het dak slaapt.

• Marije (10/5): We had a lovely time, Coco’s Place was a calm, homely base that made our trip feel extra special. - Coco’s Place in Antwerpen Zuid is lovely! Located in the heart of the vibrant South area, it’s surrounded by lovely shops, cafés, and restaurants. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded to our messages very promptly. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. A perfect base for exploring Antwerp! We had an amazing time. Not a problem at all for us but important to note that it’s located on the 3rd floor with narrow steep stairs, so you’ll need to be reasonably fit to climb up.”

• Fred (9/5): Nice place! - Great place, very good location, comfortable apartment, friendly host, comfortable bed in the master bedroom, nice street and just a short walk distance from the old city. We were a family of 3 and really liked our stay! A dishwasher in the kitchen would be a good addition to the place. The bed in the living room could be a little more comfortable. Third floor with narrow stairs is important information for guests to be aware of.
