• Felipe (3/5): FALTA DE AVISO SOBRE OBRAS, - La ubicacion esta muy bien para lo que buscabamos, cerca de todo y por cualquier cosa hay varios medios de transporte cerca. Lo ideal hubiera sido que nos avisaran sobre las obras antes de llegar. De esa forma, nos podríamos haber ahorrado la diferencia o directamente buscar otro hotel, pero esa decisión se nos fue quitada. Al llegar, nos encontramos con el edificio en reparación, casi sin vista y con personal trabajando frente a nuestra ventana, lo que afectó completamente nuestra privacidad (especialmente un día en que mi novia se estaba cambiando). Hicimos la queja en recepción y la respuesta posterior por mail fue totalmente insatisfactoria: se limitaron a decir que las obras eran "ajenas" al hotel y que no tenían control, cuando con solo avisar ya la decision de seguir con la reserva o no, pasaba a ser nuestra.

• Nathalie (9/5): Emplacement parfait et chambre parfaite - La situation géographique de l'hôtel est parfaite pour tout faire à pieds. Nous avions une chambre triple très spacieuse, les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain est impeccable avec une grande douche. Recommandé pour visiter la ville! Un peu bruyant mais c'est normal, nous donnions dans la rue et la porte de notre chambre était directement dans le hall d'entrée de l'hôtel, proche de la porte. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent week-end.

• Karen (7/5): - Fantastic location. Clean spacious room. This is not a hotel. The noise was terrible from the train/metro and the walls were paper thin so you could also hesr everyone else who was staying and coming in/out.

• Lone Simone (10/5): Beliggenheden i skønt kvarter, fuglefløjt i trækronerne og rent og velorganiseret. - Det fungerer. Super fint trepersoners værelse, vand og øl i køleskabet og daglig rengøring. Både trapper og elevator. Der er mulighed for at stille bagage inden tjek ind og også lade den stå på afrejsedagen. Beliggenheden er fantastisk, gode restauranter og mange seværdigheder indenfor kort gåafstand. At man skal være hurtigt ude for at finde ledige værelser.

There was a little bit of scaffolding outside our room but wasnt too disturbing. The location was great! The road is very noisy so can disturb you when trying to sleep!

We have been provided with fresh towels every day and complimentary water as well as beers! Honestly, whoever is planning to visit Barcelona I really do recommend staying at the M.O House! It is so well worth it and the staff is so kind and helpful!

• Erzsébet (8/5): Great location, serves it’s purpose. - Very well located, clean, easy to access. As others wrote, you can feel the metro but it’s not super bothering. If you’re a light sleeper, some earplugs will be an easy fix. We got one of the bigger rooms, it served its purpose. The mattress is super comfy, healthy for the back, but rather for 1 people or super cuddlers. We had very good communication with the staff, mostly everything online. Could have a bit more amenities, like an iron. If you are not a cuddler but rather the “dont touch while we sleep” kind of couple, the bed will be very small for two people.

• Robert (9/5): Small but Quaint - I was not sure what to expect as we entered a building with the hotel on one floor of a building that had several other businesses. I was pleasantly surprised as the room was very comfortable, had several amenities, and, most importantly to me and my wife, a private bathroom. The location near old Barcelona was very convenient and allowed us to walk to many points of interest. Overall, this was a very nice experience and I would stay there again. Small space that only had one small chair for sitting.

The staff was friendly so was the cleaning lady. The price is very reasonable for that beautiful view and the comfortable stay:) There were reconstructions of the street when we were staying so it was quite noisy.
• Vivien (6/5): Very good location, though not very good hotel, with only basic conditions - Location of the hotel is amazing. It's close to all sightseeing, main avenue and square, old town and see. in around 30 minutes you will reach everything on foot. Metro station and bus stops are also close. As Catalonia square is on max. 15 min walking distance, each place and means of transport are easily accessible. Due to this convenience, I forgot about other disadvantages. There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and capsules are provided every day. Also, milk for coffee, sugar, small cookies and water was added each day. It was good fort start of the day. Hotel is very, very basic. The room where the bed was placed, was tiny. The bed was also small and short. Really very small for couple and especially for XL size people. Shape of the room was strange - from one small space (with a bed) you could go into the sitting area (kinda 2nd room) with a narrow corridor. There was a big wardrobe in the corridor, very convenient to place all belongings. But the second space was almost useless. I placed suitcases there. Otherwise I wouldn't sit there for salon talks. Especially considering that this space wasn't clean at all, was even dirty. Hotel wasn't cheap and I was expecting better conditions. Towels are old (though they were changed each day). The room was cleaned every day, but the quality of cleanness was doubtful. If you plan to see the city, don't spend time at the hotel and are outside almost all the time, hotel will work for basic overnight stay, because of very good location. In other cases I wouldn't go there.

Lo consiglio assolutamente! - la struttura è molto vicina alla rambla, neanche 10 minuti a piedi, è molto accogliente e le stanze abbastanza moderne e le ragazze all’accoglienza erano tutte molto disponibili e gentilissime! Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non fosse così tanto pulita, le lenzuola erano rotte e le tende macchiate, il problema maggiore però era il fatto che ci fossero le pareti molto sottili e quindi si sentisse tutto. Altro problema che però ho trovato sorvolabile è il fatto che la struttura si trova sopra alla metropolitana e a volte vibra a causa del passaggio di quest’ultima

• Ela (7/5): - Gute Lage. Nette Mitarbeiter bei der Rezeption. Die Fassade wird renoviert und man wird morgens vor 8 geweckt, weil es vor dem Fenster gearbeitet wird. Nachts ist es im Hotel extrem laut, die Wände sind sehr dünn, man hört alles, was rundherum passiert. Man geht duschen und hat die Überraschung, dass die Schampoo Flasche leer ist..

• Maria (10/5): Εξαιρετικό. - Το κατάλυμα αποτελεί μία άριστη επιλογή καθώς πολλά αξιοθέατα βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση.Η περιήγηση μπορεί να γίνει είτε με τα πόδια είτε με το μετρό (Urquinaona).Η γειτονιά ειναι όμορφη ,ασφαλής και υπάρχουν πολλά μαγαζιά για ποτό και φαγητό.Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με άνετο κρεβάτι και με μεγάλο μπάνιο. Ευχαριστούμε για τον καφέ το τσάι και για όλες τις παροχές που μας προσφέρατε .Γρήγορο check in πριν την προβλεπόμενη ώρα, το εκτιμήσαμε πολύ. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. • DANIEL (8/5): Habitación muy digna para una estancia breve. - La habitación era espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda. La ubicación excelente y tenía todo lo necesario para dormir y ducharse. También una cafetera de cortesía y un par de botellas de agua. Se agradece. Había un radiador eléctrico que pegaba castañazos cada pocos minutos. Así que tuve que apagarlo porque no me dejaba dormir.

L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la mancanza di un condizionatore per aria calda ( funzionava solo la stufina) e non era molto pratica. Per il resto per il prezzo è stato un servizio giusto

C'est de ma faute , mais ils ont au début pas voulu me rembourser et quand j'ai demander du temps pour sortir de la chambre , ( faire mes affaires etc ) j'ai reçu la menace de la police , ' on va appeler la police si vous ne libérer pas la chambre " bref pas cool du tout

• yumie (1/5): 最悪なトコジラミステイ - 2泊で予約しましたが1泊目の夜ベッドにトコジラミを発見しました。フロント係は夜にはいないので急ぎメールで問い合わせたところ「私達は定期的に検査をしているのでトコジラミがいることはあり得ません。もしいてもこちらの過失ではありません。」の一点張り。満室で部屋移動もできずすぐキャンセルするから2泊分の料金返金か別のホテルの宿泊料金を負担してほしいとお願いしましたが対応できないしか言わないので、booking.comカスタマーサービスを経由して深夜交渉し続けました。一泊目はもう深夜だったので仕方なく、1人は机に突っ伏し1人はトイレの便座で寝るという酷い時間を過ごし、その状況も伝えましたが「私達も初めてのことで混乱してます。ご理解ください」しか言わないので話にならず、結局2泊目分の料金の返金で妥協点としました。9月の話ですが12月現在も返金はなく、何度も催促しましたがまたもや処理済みですの一点張り。booking.comから支払い証明を出すようホテルに連絡いただいていますが無視されているようですね？あまりマイナスなコメントはしたくないですが他に被害者が出ないよう書かせていただきます。
• Ioannis (8/5): - Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο και άνετο. Ήταν σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο και είχε πολλές επιλογές γύρω σου από φαγητό, καφέ λεωφορεία και αξιοθέατα. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό . Το μόνο καλό ήταν η ηχομόνωση των δωματίων.

El check-in super sencillo, Vanesa muy simpática Sólo por avisar, porque a nosotros no nos molestó, cuando pasan los autobuses por la calle, a veces vibra todo un poco.

• Mariana (9/5): Ottimo - Camera accogliente e calda, bella grande con balcone Bagno ok C’era cambio asciugamani e pulizie ogni giorno , anche rifornimento di caffè e acqua che abbiamo molto apprezzato Il personale gentile e disponibile Posizione ottima vicino a tanti punti di interesse e anche vicino alle fermate della metro nel caso ci si deve spostare Zona tranquilla e non assai trafficata , silenziosa di notte Letto comodo , Smart tv e Wi-Fi che funzionava molto bene Il rumore della metro ,che ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura, potrebbe dare fastidio a chi ha il sonno leggero Noi siamo riusciti a dormire senza problemi
• Irina (10/5): Perfect location and exceptional hospitality! - We stayed at the MO House for almost a week and everything was just perfect. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided regularly. The service was exceptional, from the kind and welcoming hosts to the smooth communication throughout our stay. The location is unbelievable, just a few minutes walk from the Arc de Triomf. Most major sights are within walking distance, and we only needed public transport a few times. It’s the ideal base for exploring the city. We had an amazing holiday thanks to the MO House, and the room looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Highly recommended! The only thing to keep in mind is that you can hear the metro passing by and the area can be a bit noisy, but that’s just the city itself, not the accommodation. Even so, we were still able to sleep well and go about our days without any problems.
• Femke (9/5): Na hele dagen wandelen door Barcelona, was dit een warm welkom op een top locatie - Locatie is top! Dagelijks fijn contact met het personeel! Iedere dag schone handdoeken, opgemaakte bedden, nieuwe flesjes water en koffie! Kortom Top!
• Carmen (9/5): Siamo stati molto bene. - La posizione è ottima, praticamente a tre minuti dall’Arc de Triomf. Letto comodissimo e cambio giornaliero di asciugamani. La pulizia non era eccellente, ma in linea generale accettabile.

• Maria (9/5): Παρά πολύ βολική τοποθεσία. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο και άνετο. Δεν είχε καλή ηχομόνωση, Ακουγόταν ανά διαστήματα ο θόρυβος από το μετρό.
• Nikolaus (2/5): Dreist so ein Zimmer zu vermieten dass noch nicht fertig ist, aber die Rückerstattung hat problemlos funktioniert. - Es wurde am Tag vor meiner Ankunft neu ausgemalt, dementsprechend roch es äußerst stark nach frischer Farbe die starke Kopfschmerzen zur Folge hatte. Das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig, als ich um 11:00 Uhr ankam. Angeblich wäre es sich jedoch ausgegangen, dass es bis 15:00 Uhr (Check-In Zeit) fertig gewesen wäre. Das Gepäck hätte man nur in einem unversperrten und unbeaufsichtigten Kasten lassen können. Die Rezeption ist nur von 9:00-10:00 besetzt. Es ist kein Hotel, sondern eine Altbauwohnung mit mehreren vermieteten Zimmern.
• Augusta (9/5): - La habitación era super amplia y muy bonita. La ubicación es ideal Como pega se siente el ruido del metro que pasa por la zona pero no impide dormir
• Nikki (8/5): Centraal gelegen in de stad, fijne service! - De plek van het hotel is perfect centraal gelegen en zo’n 3 minuten lopen van het metro station waardoor je gemakkelijk naar alle bezienswaardigheden kunt komen! Het hotel is relatief gehorig, je hoort goed als andere gasten ‘thuis’ komen. Daarnaast raast de metro onder het hotel door, wat niet persee een nadeel is, maar wel goed om te weten!
