• Joanna (10/5): Super hotel, wart polecenia - Lokalizacja świetna w bardzo komfortowej dzielnicy, piesza odległość od ścisłego centrum. Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa otwarta żeby pomóc z każdym problemem. Super bar hotelowy z bilardem. Bardzo dobre i bogate śniadania, obsługa na bieżąco przygotowuje pyszne świeże waffles. Nasz pokój był ładny przestronny z urokliwym balkonem. Nie ma możliwości zabookowania parkingu. Powinna istnieć możliwość zarezerwowania parkingu wcześniej aby wiedzieć czego się spodziewać. Personel powinien być lepiej przygotowany aby wytłumaczyć gościom jak znależć parking kiedy ten hotelowy jest zajęty zwłaszcza że hotel jest w strefie w której parkować można tylko 4,5h. Telewizor bez dostępu do streamingu.

Pas de place dans leur parking durant la période de séjour obligeant d’aller se garer dans un parking plus loin

• Humberto Vásquez (10/5): Una excelente opcion en Bruselas. - El hotel tiene cosas muy positivas pero sin lugar a dudas el personal es por lejos el grupo humano mas amable y cordial con quienes he tratado en todos los hoteles en que he estado y eso siempre habla bien de quien gerencia ese grupo humano. El sector es muy seguro y el hotel esta a pasos del Metro Schuman que te conecta con todas las atracciones. El Parlamento Europeo está al lado. Realmente fue un agrado hospedarme aqui. El poco tiempo que estuve en Bruselas 😭

The bathroom was very old, not to the standing of a 4 star hotel. The shower/bathtub were quite narrow and I almost slipped a couple of times.

• llllamine (7/5): Très bon accueil et séjour agréable - La chambre était propre, spacieuse et lumineuse. L’accueil à la réception a été très agréable : la réceptionniste était gentille, serviable, et nous a même offert des biscuits au check-in. Elle m’a aussi aidée à joindre une autre ligne locale via le téléphone de l’hôtel, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas très varié, mais il était bon, et la dame en salle était souriante et aimable. Au moment du check-out, la réceptionniste nous a même donné deux bouteilles d’eau et nous a souhaité bon voyage. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai été satisfaite de l’accueil et du confort. Le principal point faible pour moi reste l’emplacement, que j’ai trouvé un peu moins pratique que ce que j’espérais selon mon programme. À part cela, l’expérience était globalement positive.

• Valerie (10/5): The room was very adequate for our stay, and the welcome was warm and friendly. - The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and she made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. We also had a snack at lunch time and it was very nice. The hotel is in a very good location for our meeting place. The bathroom was a bit on the small side. There was a bathtub and the shower was quite small. It would be good to upgrade the bathrooms to have larger showers and no bathtub.

• Jon (10/5): - Great location. Down a side street from Schuman Metro station. Breakfast was great Staff very friendly.. Quiet area at night so you can get a good night's sleep too. Perhaps a shortage of comfy arm chairs in the bar area downstairs by reception. So if you buy a beer you might end up on the chairs that are used for breakfast. Minor grumble though, the place is highly recommended.
